Direct Diamond was recommended to us through family. We met with Clara to discuss engagement ring designs and styles. She explained all the details and is so knowledgeable. We really appreciated her insight regarding things to consider when it comes to engagement rings and wedding bands. It shows that she truly takes pride in her craft, which we love. Clara designed my engagement ring from a photo that we provided. It was perfect and exceeded every expectation. We received so many compliments! It was a no-brainer to return for our wedding bands as well. Coincidentally, she had just created a wedding band that complemented and would sit flush with my engagement ring, which was so important to me. It took me about thirty minutes to decide. My husband, on the other hand, took about an hour and a half to choose. The Direct Diamond team was so patient. Turnaround times for my engagement ring and our wedding bands were quick. We could not recommend Direct Diamond more!

Clara is the most awesome jeweler on the planet!!! Our rings were perfect!!! All of the jewelry we've purchased from her are absolutely gorgeous!!!! We love her!!!! If you want something extraordinary, go see Clara and her team!!!!

After a not so stellar experience with the jewelers who did my engagement ring; direct diamond was recommended to us. Although my engagement ring was custom, she was able to avoid making a custom band, which saved us money. She also fixed a problem with my engagement ring that we didn't even know about. I would recommend this store to anyone and plan on usin them in the future.
