Spoke to a woman by the name of Christina who told me should would get back to me by a specific date and never called. Obviously this was frustrating to say the least! I would highly recommend finding another agency, as I have heard of this issue with Suzi Davis Bloomington, IL from others as well.

Patty did a phenomenal job designing all intricate of our Italian honeymoon from flights, hotels, trains and excursions. We were even able to contact her while in Italian with any issues that arise (nothing big) so she could handle instead of us which was a great stress relief!

We booked a trip overseas to two countries with multiple locations. Our hotels and transfers were all set up by Jill at Suzi Davis and we were extremely happy. She kept us updated, chose great hotels, and was generally quick to respond to questions. We loved the ease of having people meet as at the airport and taking us to our hotel.

The gentleman we used to plan our honeymoon was AWFUL. Didn't book things when we asked him to, sent us wrong information, the list goes on. We had to continuously check in to see if he was even working on our trip. Nope. At one point he called us and told us the hotel WE PICKED (and searched for all on our own) was sold out for 5 of the 8 days we wanted it.....simply because he didn't book it when we asked him to. That led us to another hotel that was $500+ more expensive. Long story short, we won't be going back to him again. The owner of the company was better. She was willing to help us and actually do the work. We ended up getting compensated for the difference in hotels, but we had to ask for it. They didn't want to give it to us at first.

We attempted to use Suzi Davis Travel after meeting them at a bridal show. However, I was able to find a direct flight, which was priced better than their options, on my own. Not sure what service they could have given. On the up side, they were really nice and prompt in returning phone calls and replying to my questions.

Jane Walsh is absolutely the person who you should speak with in planning a destination wedding, booking all of your guests, or even just booking your honeymoon! She is amazing! We had around 45 people go to Mexico and attend our wedding, and she personalized each individual guest, making them feel as though they were her priority! Jane was great at communication and everything was extremely easy. If Jane didn't know an answer to a question, she would find it out right away and get right back to you. She has traveled a lot, personally, and has worked in travel for many years, so she is very familiar with places and has many recommendations. She helped us also plan our honeymoon and made everything very easy and made us feel 100% comfortable. Jane was absolutely fantastic and I am very happy and honored to call her a friend and am so thankful she was able to help us with our desination wedding! Highly Recommended!

This is the 2nd time I have used Suzi Davis and will use again. I loved Jill and she gave me plenty of choices and I didn't have to worry about anything.

I went to a travel agency to reduce the risk of any mishaps. I use a wheelchair so I wanted my honeymoon to be perfect. I booked to go to Secrets Maroma in Rivira Maya Mexico (which was amazing) and my travel agent didn't set up accessible transportation, made me pay extra for front row seating on my plane (which I need so my husband can carry me into the seat). The manager of the agency in Columbia was very rude and said some discriminatory things to me regarding my disability. I had to do damage control the week before my wedding- which was coincidentally when my travel agent wad on vacation in Mexico. One positive was that I contacted the president of the company who said he would check in on me at the resort. That was nice except he emailed me Friday at 5pm- I was leaving Sat at 7am. HORRIBLE!

We booked our honeymoon to the Cayman Islands (would highly recommend this destination!!!) through Suzi Davis Travel, Pat was our agent. We could not have been happier with the help in planning our honeymoon. We told Pat exactly what we were looking for and she found us just that! We had absolutely no issues on our trip thanks to the planning and communication done by Suzi Davis! We even got a Welcome Home card in the mail when we got back!

We used suzi David travel and went through Apple vacations. We had a great experience using apple vacations and would do it again. Only issue was out travel agent was not very knowledgable about locations or resort chains. I did most of the research and planning on my own. We had a great honeymoon though!
