ch for my wedding in September. We were blown away by how accurately and gorgeously she made our vision come to life. From the very beginning, Moni was a delight to work with. Through a zoom consultation, she asked many questions and listened intently to our dreams of an "Amalfi Coast-inspired" wedding, with flowers in blues, yellows, whites, and greens, as well as real fruits like lemons and grapes adorning our tables. Moni made us a mood board and was able to adjust it seamlessly when we gave feedback on things we liked and didn't like. She also added elements on the fly when we had additional ideas as the process went on closer to our actual wedding. The day of the wedding was like a dream come true. Not only did she and her team set everything up in stunning arrangements in a timely manner, they also helped us in moving arrangements around for the ceremony and repurposing them for the reception as well. The flowers were one of the main things people talked about after our wedding! I cannot recommend Dirt & Co. enough!!! Working with Moni and planning the floral arrangements was one of my favorite parts of the wedding planning process. I didn't even know I would love our flowers and tablescapes as much as I did. It was incredible. And Moni is just the best throughout the whole process. She is prompt, well organized and so kind and thoughtful. She was conscientious of our budget, flexible with any ideas or needs we had and just an absolute pleasure to work with.

Florals are THE decor of your wedding. Period. Moni makes your guests feel like they have entered a freaking lucid dreamland that embodies everything about who you are as a bride. She gets you and is able to transcribe that into the art she creates. From the beginning, reaching out to Moni is easy. I didn't know exactly what I wanted from the get-go, so I sent her some pics of the vibes I was feeling. In less than 24hrs she sent me a moodboard of the type of flowers she would choose and the arrangements and arches. She provided me with options of how I would want me bouquet to be arranged. She gave a detailed breakdown of the costs and her honest opinion on flowers and table arrangements. She was completely transparent about prices and the process of when things need to be finalized and ordered. I booked Moni in Dec 2023, and my wedding was Aug 2023. I booked her a week after I booked my Venue. Originally, I wanted a venue that was rustic and giving like lots of pampas grass decor. But I booked Crystal Plaza, which is very ballroom elegant vibes. So, I asked Moni how can we incorporate what I wanted into what we're working with? She told me to make a Pinterest and share it and if I come up with new things I see or like send it her way. Well, I did, and my vibe/vision changed constantly. She was so open to change that she would respond with an even more ELEVATED idea. She not only updated the mood board, but also the cost breakdown so nothing comes as a shock to you. She came CP, to get a walkthrough of the open space and how the tables were arranged, but i ended up asking her to stay for my final meeting with CP later that day. She asked all the questions that I should have asked and didn't know I needed to ask. She asked about open flames because she wanted to include candles to the table arrangements. (Yes, she is NOT JUST florals). She asked them to iron the tablecloths, so it's not creased. (The attention to ever small detail is unmatched) She is the best friend/planner that you want to have in those important meetings. She makes you feel like you are family to her - that is how important your wedding is to her. I felt like when I was wedding planning I was in survival mode, just me myself (and my fiancé) and a rabbit hole of Insta and Pinterest decision paralysis. Then Moni came around and let me feel so comfortable to bounce ideas off. She saved my sanity. From candles to stands to table numbers and menu designs. I admit I took advantage and bounced majority of my ideas off to her. She always came back ecstatic to give her opinions and how what we chose would look good with the aesthetic. What she came up with is like giving a Tropical Filipino Elegant Exotic Wedding. My entire Filipino family and friends were obsessed. They spent time at the arch touching it shocked that all the florals were real with dried pampas+ dried palm leaves. Best of both worlds and very Filipino. People kept saying "the florals are so you". I couldn't in my wildest dreams think of what Moni thought of to create everything. I want to live in her mind because it's one of a kind.
