First of all, congratulations!! I am excited about the opportunity to DJ & MC for your special day! My nickname is Disco Bill, because that’s how long I’ve been a DJ, but I play the newest music and the oldies with everything in between! I’ll create an atmosphere playlist.  I take pride in my professionalism and my extensive background in DJ’ing, public speaking, Master ceremonies, and creating the best atmosphere for all the attendees. You’ll see by my recommendations below that I truly provide an unforgettable experience. I hope you choose to take advantage of my extensive experience from working in renowned clubs like Bobby McGee’s in Newport Beach and several other locations, Confetti nightclubs in Houston and Sacramento, as well as other dance clubs, in KC, The Bay Area, and the UK & Athens, Greece. I was using three turntables in 1980!  I will work with you as I do with all of my clients closely to plan the event, the entrance of the couple, the first dance, cutting of the cake, announcement of the toasts, and all the other traditional activities. I will want your suggestions to select music from various genres, accommodate requests, and keep it fun! I welcome a list of preferred songs that gives me a flavor of what to target, as well as I will play a mix of Current top 40, Oldies, classic rock, Latin, disco, funk, New Wave, Motown, R&B, and country. And yes, I’ll take requests! Important Note: Don’t Let Poor Sound Ruin Great Memories Speaker placement may not be glamorous, but it’s one of the most underestimated factors in your wedding’s success. Great sound helps people connect, move, laugh, and feel. Having the speakers close together, just facing one direction (like a boombox), does not make a dancing atmosphere! I can deploy up to 10 speakers across zones, incorporate dynamic lighting effects, or envelop the dance floor in immersive, crystal-clear sound. For smaller weddings, I could still make it sound very clean and welcoming and be able to be flexible with different rooms and redirecting the speakers, so they’re not too loud for certain areas of the venue. “When you’re hiring a DJ, make sure they’re not just pushing 'play' — but actually designing an experience: Like Disco Bill Productions does at all of their events!” - says National Hotel Event Coordinator. My services include a professional sound system, lighting, a mirror ball, and wireless microphones, all starting at $150 per hour. I am open to negotiating additional services, such as extra lighting, fog, and video projection, to ensure a memorable event that fits your budget.
