Ordering was super simple, very responsive customer service and fast order processing!

We ordered stemless wine glasses for our wedding. We had a completed design and we were able to upload and modify it without too many issues. The online editor is somewhat clunky but it worked for our purposes. They have a policy where they may send you +/- 10% of what is specified in your order so it’s safer to order more than is necessary. Also they give discounts (hence the name) for buying in bulk. Beware though, because even though we received more than our initial order, due to print quality issues you may need to request a redo. ~20% of the glasses were unacceptable for giving as party favors due to smears, smudges, missing ink, etc. That being said, the ones that were executed were beautiful and the glass itself was of decent quality. Despite some of the other reviews I have seen, the customer service representatives were very helpful and responsive to our request. However, the print quality was again an issue as every single glass from the reprint was defective (Missing a part of one of the letters). We are lucky in that our guest list actually shrank and in the end we will have just enough for our wedding guests. We are not interested in another reprint at this point since they will not come in time for the wedding. Also I don’t think asking for a refund is appropriate because honestly, we’ll never need to buy glasses again since the ones that are misprinted (even though unacceptable for gifts), are serviceable to drink from ;-). All-in-all I would be cautious when dealing with Discount Mugs. If you have the time and patience, you should be ok…but definitely don’t wait until the last minute and you WILL almost certainly need to work with customer service. When they execute well, their products have the potential to make your wedding day incredibly personal and special but due to quality issues it could certainly wind up running the day. Either way…you’ll be crying.

We ordered personalized pens from discountmugs.com and it was an incredible value. We had a rather large guest list and almost didn't want to do favors. Their prices made it possible for us to do them after all! 315 pens for around $100. We have plenty leftover and use them all the time. They work great.

I submitted my order with a personalized logo and I got a very quick turn around. The proof was ready that same day and shipping occurred within the following two days. I live in Virginia and got married in Las Vegas. They shipped out to Vegas with no problem. The finished product looked great!

I bought 175 stemless wine glasses for $300 for the wedding as favor/wineglasses. They turned out beautifully, the guests loved them! Ran them through a gentle cycle in the dishwasher, and they still look perfect! So happy esp with the price!!!!!

We gave away personalized champagne flutes as a wedding favor, and DiscountMugs had the best prices I could find on the internet. While many other sites charged upwards of $3 for a personalized flute, DiscountMugs' price was much less. The product was nice and impressive and they even sent a few extras in the box. We did have a mishap where a couple of flutes got broken after they'd arrived, so the extras came in very handy.

I think I checked every website there is for wedding koozies before I ordered. This is hands down the best site to use. You can design your koozie, then someone will email you a template, and you can make as many changes as you need to make it perfect. I will be using this site again and again for my koozies!!

We ordered personalized shot glasses as one of our wedding favors and they went over great. They were a good quality and looked great on the tables. The only downfall was that the online ordering and designing process was a little confusing.

We wanted our guest to have a gift that is a reflection of us as a couple and that they would actually use, thus we gave each guest a monogram wine glass. Yes, it was pricey, but the guest LOVED them. I suggest find coupon codes and getting things on sale. So, it may take a while of stalking the website, but in the end it's worth the wait.

I ordered my wedding favors from them. Printed candles. They arrived a week before the wedding and 30 glasses were BROKEN and 36 more were MISPRINTED! I contacted them immediately and they apologized and said they'd be able to get me a replacement before the wedding. Well, THEY NEVER CAME and I ended up not handing out any wedding favors. I was so disappointed. Then, to pour salt in my wound, they told me I can only have a freaking store credit and I can't get my money back! What a shitty company. Don't order from them!

We made beer glasses with our name and cactus image, along with date and place (Tucson) of our wedding. It came out beautifully; and the quality of the glass as well as the personalized image were outstanding. We had a keg for our wedding and everyone enjoyed them with those very useful wedding favors and they can take them home and for sure find them useful everyday. Who can't use another beer glass? Everyone loved it. If you have to rent your glasses anyway, why not order them as favors?

These guys were inexpensive and that proved to be just cheap. They screwed up our design on our water glasses and since we didn't order then soon enough we had to use them anyway. They wouldn't reprint and refused to give a refund. Then they were rude about the price we paid and said we would have had to pay more to get what we really wanted - wouldn't you think they would call and say it was going to be an extra $100? I would have gladly paid that to get what I was expecting instead of them just printing it poorly. My husband even called to ask if the art was ok and was told it was perfect. We ended up settling on a $150 credit to buy more glasses, but when am I going to need another 72 water glasses? I wouldn't order from disountmugs.com

I used DiscountMugs to make personalized shot glasses for our wedding favors. They were so helpful and it was so cheap! But still had great quality. I would suggest to order some extras because it is glass and its impossible to keep everything from breaking. I ordered 200 and had chips in maybe 5.

We had a lot of fun creating the shotglasses for out guests. We played with style, colors, fonts and images until we had just what we wanted. My questions were answered right away. The price was fair (we had a coupon code for free shipping). The glasses were delivered according to our agreement and they were wonderful. We filled them with candy, wrapped them with clear celephane and used a ribbon that matched our colors to attach a gift tag and create a bow. We put them at each place setting and our guests loved them. Should the need arise, we would order from them again.

I was able to get favors for my 250 guests for around ~$300 for everything. We purchased quality shot glasses that we got to design ourselves. Everything is done online, so you may feel a little hesitant as I did at first, but all in all - everything came out great! We even ended up getting extra shot glasses then we had initally ordered!
