Dish has the BEST catered food I've ever had; the chicken is still moist, the tri tip is perfectly done, and we had rave reviews from all of our guests. The reason for 4 starts is that the owner is pretty unresponsive and I had to follow up alm...ost relentlessly sometimes to nail down all the details. However, he was very professional and kind, and everything ended up working out perfectly. Dish would be a no-brainer 5 star if the set up process went more smoothly, but it stressed me out to have the lacking communication. It would benefit them to hire an event coordinator if they haven't already!
