they get busy, and there will always be a correction or two to make before sending payments and finalizing the BEO. This happened multiple times, so please read every single word every single time a new BEO is sent before signing. She’s very quick with responding to emails as well!
Justin is fantastic for room blocks and I can tell he loves his job, he was also quite quick and responsive!
Charlie is fabulous for florals and decorations, he made sure to keep my boquet redacted in emails, since my mother and fiance wanted the design to be a complete surprise for me, he’s the best of the best!
Overall, if budgeted properly and planned for spending more than your initial budget with essential add ons, Disney is a great choice for a destination wedding. Make sure to ask all of the details questions because they will also help you with the price.
On site, all of the coordinators were really on top of things they even prevented what could’ve been a great mishap when I started to walk out to lineup for the wedding Pavilion, but my Groom was an out debt and they prevented me from walking out so that he wouldn’t see me, everything ran on time and was like a well oiled machine, people attended to our every need as if we were a real life, Prince and princess, Riding in the Cinderella’s Coach was truly a dream come true an absolutely worth all of it

a wedding at Walt Disney World. We planned it in a little over six months with help from so many people (Joe, Rebecca, Jamie, Heather, Hannah, Lindsay, Arielle, and Sarah) helped my matron of honor and I plan and execute every little detail! Even though there were a few (very!) minor hiccups here and there, it couldn’t have been a better day!
Planning a destination wedding during a pandemic could have been a challenging and stressful experience, but being able to offer the event at the hotel where most people were staying made things super convenient for our guests. It was awesome having one source for entertainment, decor, planning and catering — that made things super convenient for US!
I’d do a Disney vow renewal all over again if given the chance! Very very grateful to the entire team who made my fairytale wedding a reality!
We were so blessed to be able to have a Fairytale wedding. Disney’s staff made it truly a perfect day! They have the best customer service out there!
