Owner Jeremy Long is a native of Kansas City. He got his first job in a fried chicken restaurant at the age of 12, leading to a lifelong passion for food. Later, he spent time working in a world-class restaurant in the small Italian village of Barga, Tuscany, where he met his wife, Kelly. Their time in Barga inspired Jeremy and Kelly to found Dispatch Pizza and bring the magic of Italy to their hometown.
Dispatch Pizza specializes in delicious Neapolitan-style wood-fired pizza, made fresh to order in their 1949 International Harvester truck. They provide unlimited salad and pizza for your guests, along with additional charcuterie boards, passed appetizers, and desserts if desired. We used Dispatch Pizza for our wedding rehearsal dinner and it was a wonderful experience! Once I found them on instagram I had to have them for our event and searched for a venue that could accommodate them and the rest of our needs. Jeremy was so kind and helped me look for a venue and when I chose a place he had not worked at before he went to scope out the location in person months before to make sure it would all work. I really appreciate his time and creativity. And of course the pizzas were delicious! They were even able to make a few gluten free pizzas for certain guests. Everyone loved our unique take on a rehearsal dinner.
Can’t say enough good things about this team. The pizza was incredible, the service was professional, and the food was PERFECTLY timed for our wedding. Seriously a guest favorite!!!!! I would book them again and again if I could. They also gave us the remaining pizzas to take home which was AWESOME!
SO MUCH MORE THAN A FOOD TRUCK! We wanted something unique and different for our wedding food and Dispatch Pizza was one of the first food trucks I found and immediately got a hold of them! Not only were the pizzas fresh and delicious, the staff, the set up, display, the truck itself, the live fire.. it was all AMAZING! Our guests have not stopped talking out it!
Dispatch Pizza catered our wedding celebration and knocked it out of the park. 10/10 food, 10/10 service, 10/10 set-up. Jeremy and Kelly were a not only a dream to work with, their pizza was incredible and the vintage truck was an added bonus to the vibe of our party. They were extra accommodating to any dietary restrictions (I sadly can’t have dairy), which is always refreshing! Our guests are STILL talking about how amazing it was, and that’s really all you can ask for!
Absolutely Beautiful Presentation!!! Plus, the food was delectable! Best Gluten Free Pizza Ever!!! The prosciutto truffle pizza is mouth watering! The couple that drives the truck are just too cute! Must have for an outdoor wedding reception, or actually any event needing outdoor catering !!!

Best tasting pizza I’ve ever had!! I’m a vegan and gluten free, Jeremy went above and beyond to cater to my needs. Dispatch Pizza is one of a kind experience, they will now be our go to for any event not just my Dads wedding. All guests were blown away and there were no pizzas left at the end of the night. We can’t wait until we get another chance to book them again!! I can’t say more amazing things about Dispatch Pizza than they were truly amazing!! Thanks so much Jeremy for making my Dad and his new wife a memorable day to remember!!
