lected the full package that included design & decor, planning & execution. I had a vision, but Lucretia and her team brought it to life. There were times where I was stressed in other areas, but my wedding was one area that was extremely STRESS FREE from planning to the moment I left the venue. She was professional, prompt, creative, responsive, flexible and HILARIOUS. She knew just the right vendors to reach out to that fit my style, & budget~~and I received top notch service from ALL. Because I work in the event management field of a major hotel chain, I have an eye for detail, and I'll admit my standards are high, but Distinct Event Planning exceeded my expectations.

From the day I hired her, I received a piece of mind. I was able to enjoy the planning process more knowing that I had Lucretia to handle all of the details. As a result, I saved a lot of time and money. My friends and family were able to enjoy the wedding without acting as hosts, especially my mom. Lucretia and her team basically set everything up and all James and I had to do was show up to the wedding. My advice for those thinking of hiring Lucretia would be to HIRE HER, she’s absolutely amazing! She is passionate about her work, and takes pride in making sure your day will turn out perfect. The year and a half I worked with her she was always there when I needed her even with a personal issue that had nothing to do with wedding planning. I Love Lucretia and her DEP team! You won’t regret letting them help you plan your day. :-)

as PERFECTLY ‘EASY’ :) Lucretia was very attentive to our wants & needs to ensure a PERFECT day. She made sure we didn’t lose sight of our personalities & what we wanted leave as a wedding day memory to our guest. If there was a desire of our hearts that didn’t fit the budget, Lucretia found a way to make it fit; due to Lucretia’s plethora of knowledge and resources, it not only helped us save money but precious time as well. There was no time wasted in getting what we wanted at a price that was right for our budget. Her proven relationships with some of the best vendors in town was like the cherry on top to planning our wedding. Lucretia has a good read, not only on the bride but the groom as well (so ladies be sure to take him to at least 2 of the meetings). Lucretia goes the extra mile to ease the uneasiness that comes with planning a wedding.

re extremely friendly, professional, detail-oriented and very knowledgeable about the best local vendors for our budget. Not only that, Lucretia helped communicate our wedding vision to each of our key vendors and she even helped us win a $2,150 credit toward our reception and cake! She also helped us stay on budget and re-examine it when we needed to. Plus, Lucretia was excellent when it came to coordinating our rehearsal and actual wedding day! We were able to relax and not worry about the details, knowing how committed she was to making our day perfect! For anyone thinking of hiring the Distinct Event Planning team, we say go for it! We doubt you'll find anyone as committed to delivering a beautiful, well-planned event as she is! In DEP's hands, your event will have excellence written all over it!
