Distinctly Yours went above and beyond to make our day and the months leading up to the wedding much smoother. I never thought a wedding planner/coordinator was needed and considered it a luxury but Distinctly Yours was a must! Alex planned my entire wedding weekend timeline down to the minute and brought up a lot of things that I would've never thought about. She even handed out little schedules for our entire bridal party at the rehearsal dinner. She also handled a lot of "morning of" tasks that allowed myself and my bridesmaids to just enjoy the morning without stressing including picking up lunch for the entire bridal party, taking care of vendors showing up to the venue, pinning boutineers on the groom/groomsmen/dads, turning on candles and coordinating room changeovers between the ceremony and reception. We received many compliments from our guests on how perfect everything turned out and how smooth the day was.

Marsha is fantastic! Highly Recommend!! Tons of planning materials to keep me on track. Actively listens. Offers suggestions and unique ideas. Gets excited when we do. She has been a tremendous help in helping us plan our wedding!

While photographing a recent wedding, I had the complete joy of working alongside Marcia! She truly cares for her clients and fellow wedding vendors helping us all have an enjoyable, stress free experience. She frequently checked in with me during the wedding day making sure I was aware of any new timeline changes and answering all my questions. Marcia even included me in a separate vendor table ensuring that I received dinner and had a place to sit which is much appreciate after a long day of shooting! Wow, I cannot recommend Marsha enough! She was an absolute pleasure to work with. Marsha helped me stay organized, answered my (many) questions throughout the entire process, gave great advice, and was so unbelievably friendly. She definitely helped us feel prepared for the big day, even though we were planning out of state. Any time we weren't sure about something, our first thought was to ask Marsha. She has so much experience with weddings, it seemed like she was prepared for anything! Our wedding went more smoothly than I could have possibly imagined, and I know that is largely due to her help and guidance. I didn't even realize how much she was doing behind-the-scenes during our wedding day, but not only did she help make sure I was feeling calm (including helping me get rid of a dress stain), but she also made sure all of the decorations were taken down at the ceremony and reception venues. I didn't have to worry about any of it! I cannot thank her enough for all of her help and guidance. She is a wonderful wedding planner!
