KC was excellent for my wedding day. She did both hair and makeup for myself and two others. She was fun to talk to during the process and made sure we were happy with the final lo...
ok.
Danielle and her team were amazing they made my wedding day!
I never leave negative reviews because I understand the impact that they can have, but I would think twice before booking with Diva Me Bella. They communicate in a very robotic, un...
professional manner and are extremely inflexible and rude. I had my bridal trial scheduled and pre-paid, and due to the terrible weather that day, I was running behind. I had given them plenty of notice and asked if I'd be able to push back my appointment or reschedule. I was told I would have to repay the trial fee before I could do so, was sent screenshots of the contract (which was very degrading- I know what I signed), and was met with nothing but abrupt and harsh communication.
I understand the need for appointments and timeliness, but at the end of the day this is a customer service industry, and you need to act with understanding and empathy. The harsh, robotic communication paired with the inability to be flexible are certainly NOT anything I would want on my wedding morning. Now I am out the money for the trial and am on the lookout for another hair artist- talk about adding more stress to an already stressful situation. Very disappointed; no one should be treated like this and if they want to be successful, they need to learn to put the customer first.
Danielle (MUA) & KC (HAIR) made myself (bride) and my whole party feel like family and friends while getting ready for my big day which helped ease the nerves feeling so comfortabl...
e and have fun getting pampered. My hair and make up held up all day. 10/10 recommend these lovely ladies for wedding day (or any occasion) hair and make up!
I cannot say enough positive things about Diva Me Bella!
I did a lot of research on hair and makeup teams and was impressed with Danielle’s correspondence, website and prices. I ...
booked a trial right away.
My mom and I went to my trial when I was eight months pregnant and not feeling great about myself. Danielle and her team looked at my inspiration photos, gave their suggestions and we started the trial. They asked how I liked each look along the way and took any input I had to make sure I felt and looked my best! I got so many compliments on my makeup and hair.
We laughed a ton and I felt totally comfortable letting them do what they’re best at. I’m so excited I requested them for my wedding. I can’t wait to share my day with them!
Danielle was absolutely wonderful!! From booking to the trial and throughout the wedding day, Danielle was an absolute dream to work with! She worked with different ideas and ins...
piration I had and brought them to life, never once being pushy or leading me in a direction I was uncomfortable with, she even took into consideration my bold red hair and used complimentary colors that really popped. Danielle fit in with all my bridemaids and was a fun addition to the wedding morning, and all of our makeup looked stunning from the moment it was applied throughout the afterparty!! I highly recommend Diva Me Bella, you won't be disappointed!
