Divanyx Event Center, previously known as Coops Event Barn, is a fabulous venue for weddings and other special occasions nestled in the heart of Dodge Center, MN. Found just south of the Twin Cities, this 10-acre property is in an ideal location for a weekend escape to the wonderful Minnesota countryside while still being a short drive to various amenities. In 2021, passionate photographers and husband-and-wife duo Aaron and Rachel began their next journey by buying the property and turning it into a place where irreplaceable memories are made. With their background in photography, they have a keen eye for detail that ensures your special day is nothing but extraordinary. Divanyx Event Center has an array of indoor and outdoor spaces to suit the occasion. No matter which space you choose, you and up to 299 guests will be met with an enchanting blend of rustic elegance and countryside charm. Start the day off by getting prepared in their luxury get-ready rooms and then make your way to the outdoor ceremony space. Tie the knot surrounded by lush greenery, a brown wedding arbor, and authentic barrels as decor. An indoor option is also available in the upstairs section of the traditionally red two-story barn. Kick off the celebrations with a beautiful reception on the lower level of the barn. It boasts breathtaking wooden structural features and a vast concrete floor perfect for dancing the night away in style. In their rental packages, they include tables, chairs, linens, photo booths, a sound system, decorations, and a skilled day-of coordinator to ensure everything runs smoothly. When I’m not chasing after little feet or snuggling our sweet pup, I’m working as a Marketing and Communications Director, where I get to combine my creativity with strategy every day. I have a deep love for beautiful spaces, thoughtful design, and meaningful experiences — which is why I feel so passionate about helping couples bring their dream weddings to life. Whether I'm exploring new places around the world or styling our venue to reflect each couple’s unique story, I pour my heart into everything I do. Wedding directly back into the venue and it shows!!! I love the fact that you could text them any questions anytime and they were very quick to respond. They also had a lot of things included in the package which made it worthwhile. It was nice to have a day of coordinator that was included to help set up the day. I am excited to now plan our honeymoon that has over 100 all inclusive resorts for 25-50% off (we get five years to utilize). There photobooths were also included with everything.

in a matter of two months and honestly wouldn’t have been able to without them. This venue allows you to plan your wedding however works best for you and your budget by allowing you to bring in whomever for food, bar, DJ, etc. They also are there to help with recommending vendors whom previous couples have worked before making it easy and seamless. Not to mention they were amazing photographers too and were willing to commute to our church for the mass as well. Our day couldn’t have been more wonderful without them, and the venue itself is gorgeous. Our guests were very impressed with the beauty of the venue, and the fun atmosphere with the photo booth and options for mingling areas.

I don't even know where to start. Since our first visit to Coop's with Keith and Linda we knew we found something special. We actually went home and cancelled our other showings ...

and decided it was the perfect place for our wedding. Since then Keith and Linda became more than just venue vendors. They are both kind and genuine people and were truly just as excited about our wedding as we were. But we didn't just book Coop's because the owners are amazing, we also truly loved the barn and grounds. If you want a commercialized, cookie-cutter venue, this may not be for you. But if you want unique, specialized, and authentic, Coop's is in my opinion the best there is. All of our guests raved about the gorgeous grounds with photo opportunities at every corner as Linda has set up beautiful flowers and interesting set-ups. We had a great lawn space for lawn games, beautiful walking paths and corn fields which many guests used for their own photo sessions, and all the amenities you need (bridal suite, groom's suite, bathrooms, etc.) They keep adding every year to the amenities of the barn and all of our guests raved about the fun they had and how wonderful the owners are. Keith was also extremely communicative during the entire process and took initiative with our catering vendor to figure out the logistics and set-up of the day. They made planning my wedding stress-free. I'm so grateful for everything they did for us for before, during, and after our wedding. I can't thank them enough.

hay loft were gorgeous. Our guests raved about the adorable grain bin bar on the patio and the ability to let their children play outside worry free. This venue was just stunning, unique, and the talk of all our guests! By far the best part of renting through Coop's are the owners Keith and Linda. They were amazing to work with and very experienced. Keith constantly helped keep me on track and remind me of things I had forgotten. Linda does an amazing job decorating the grounds and has a heart of gold. They were both so flexible and easy to work with- I can't say enough good things.

r's wedding we learned mid afternoon that the DJ was running seriously late. We immediately began to put a plan in place to cover the music for the ceremony just in case the DJ didn't make it in time. Keith and Linda offered suggestions and together we can up with a Plan B and which we were able to test before we informed the kids there was an issue. The ceremony went off without a hitch (or the DJ) and nobody hand any idea we had to improvise. Coop's Event Barn is a beautiful setting for an indoor or outdoor event. The owners are amazing to work with and are very accommodating. We would highly recommend this quite, rustic setting to anyone looking for a relaxed, peaceful atmosphere.

than willing to come let us visit the venue at a convenient time for my family. Keith and Linda are warm, welcoming and kind! They answered all of our questions and were very accommodating! In the time leading up to the wedding, my husband and I were able to visit the barn many times to walk through and plan. Keith send multiple floor plans for you to help plan your special day. I can not say enough great things about Coop's as a bride. They were truly AMAZING! Now on to the grounds... what a beautiful place! From the open field, small foresty areas, cute little set ups outside, to the twinkle lights and tool inside!! We were able to choose our own catering and alcohol (with the appropriate documents) and were given creative freedom to make my vision come to life! Keith and Linda are constantly making updates and improving the venue. From the time we booked the venue to our wedding day, they added a concrete outdoor area, a gorgeous outside silo bar. The permeant bathrooms, bridal room, and grooms rooms were also a added bonus that you do not alway get at a barn location. My guests were in awe of the beauty both inside and outside the barn. I could rant and rave all day! You will not be disappointed if you choose Coop's Barn for your wedding venue!

irst visit, everything was fun and easy. They helped me with ideas of what’s been done before and sometimes who had been out there previously, to start my vendors searches. Keith and Linda really facilitate everything you could want or dream for your big day and will always help to make it happen. We visited a few times between first choosing the venue and our wedding, because I am a pretty detailed planner J But that really helped to organize all of my thoughts and what I was dreaming of doing, and they roll right along with it! I’ve never met two people so thrilled to see other’s dreams come true and start out their new path in life, on the best foot. Our guests have been raving for the past 2 weeks about how great our wedding was. A lot of them keep saying, the venue, the venue, the venue! It was so beautiful, unique, and made our wedding truly one of a kind. The ceremony, the cocktail hour, dinner, and dance were all perfection. Y to these two beautiful souls! Coops offered us the perfect backdrop for the relaxed, cozy, down-home wedding we always imagined. With every aspect of Coops laying a striking background, we were able to create a breathtaking atmosphere that we STILL get compliments on! Our guests fell in love with every detail and had a BLAST. The barn itself is a work of art, as the "bones" of it and the details Keith and Linda have already added are stunning all by themselves. But it is also the perfect venue to decorate however you choose. Seriously--the sky's the limit! Logistically speaking, Coops was the most affordable, the most accommodating, and the most flexible venue we encountered. Coops will be a place we visit fondly for years to come--we will never forget our BEST DAY EVER at Coops!!
