When our local community Street Dance suddenly lost one of our scheduled bands due to a medical emergency with less than three days before the event, Divergents came to our rescue. From our very first conversation, they were accommodating, flexible, and incredibly easy to work with. Their communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and they immediately helped reduce what could have been a very stressful situation.
As if finding a replacement band on short notice wasn't enough, Mother Nature decided to keep us guessing with forecasts of severe storms throughout the day. While we anxiously monitored the weather hour by hour, Divergents remained calm, flexible, and prepared for every possibility—whether performing outdoors as planned, moving indoors at the last minute, or adjusting during the performance if needed. Thankfully, the weather held off until after the event, but knowing they were ready for anything gave us tremendous peace of mind.
Their performance exceeded all expectations. They brought fantastic energy, did an outstanding job reading the crowd, and kept everyone entertained and dancing throughout the evening. We truly couldn't have asked for a better group to step in and help make our event a success.

For clients looking for a higher-energy experience, I am the lead for "The Divergents." Formed in 2017, we are an upbeat trio dedicated to keeping your guests on the dance floor. While our roots are firmly planted in classic and modern country as well as light rock, our musicianship allows us to transition effortlessly into disco and dance hits to suit the mood of the room.
