Patrick was great in the planning process. He did not try to sell us more than we needed. Quantities were great. They boxed up the leftover food for us. Most caterers do not do that.

Day-of they worked directly with our venue’s day of coordinator to have everything taken care of, we didn’t have to do a thing. Such a great, affordable option.

They were also very responsive and accommodating throughout the planning process, quick to answer any questions and make adjustments we had along the way. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for good BBQ style food at their wedding or special event!

because there was some miscommunication where I was told the server would Chemo cleat the tables. Then two weeks before the wedding they told me they wouldn’t and I would have to hire another person for $400. They did end up bringing it down to $200. But just not what I wanted to deal with two weeks before the wedding! But they did work with me and made it pretty easy!

After dinner they brought out the actual pig that was roasted, they wrote our names on it with a heart, put some fun sunglasses on it, and left it out for a couple hours before leaving. Our venue let us use dishes for a very discounted price so Divine Swine was able to put together the bronze and silver package for us to make it work for us and use our venue's dishes, at a very reasonable price!!! I would eat Divine Swine again any day (with or without a wedding!!!) THANK YOU!!!

All our guests could not say enough great things about their pork and BBQ sauce and how much they loved that German potato salad! I recommend them for any event you have and need great catering!

The staff was incredibly accommodating and so nice to everyone that went through the line. This was also the most affordable catering service I could find, and everyone was impressed with the meal.

ur wedding this past weekend and everyone is still talking about how great the food was. Those mashed potatoes are to die for. Not only do they let you keep the leftovers, they packaged them up in to go containers for us. The catering staff was very professional and extremely helpful if we needed any little thing. And so fun to have the whole pig outside! Our guests raved about it and we couldn't be happier. Highly recommended. We opted for the silver package and everything looked awesome. Fed almost 225 for under $6000 including the extra for the China dishes. We would book them again in a heartbeat!

We got our cake through Divine Swine as well and it was SO good (and decorated nicely too!). We got the full roasted hog and the caterer came to find us before dinner to let us know we could take a photo with it - so nice! Divine Swine for our big day we could not have been more pleased. The service was wonderful, the prices were great, and everyone absolutely LOVED the food. It ended up being the perfect dinner for our June wedding. Anyone looking to have some delicious BBQ should seriously consider Divine Swine Catering for their event.

arrangements. We chose their gold serving options with full service and stainless steel serving dishes, which made our buffet look so elegant. We both have extended families from rural Minnesota, whose diets mainly consist of 'meat and potatoes.' This was perfect for everyone!! Excellent BBQ sauce to go with the shredded pork and beef, along with potato salad and more.

was delectable. We chose garlic mashed potatoes and gravy, beans, Caesar salad and pasta salad as our sides. Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, was amazing! It tasted even better the day of than it did during our tasting. The owner, Bruce, is great to work with! He let me pick up our utensils and napkins the week of our wedding, so I could wrap them how I wanted. Book them. You will not regret it!

ore succulent and flavorful at Divine Swine, also the dishes and utensils at Divine Swine were of much higher quality than This Little Piggy. But even more importantly, they were more than willing to do a number of custom items just for our wedding. We didn't want a normal "casual picnic pulled pork sandwich" dinner, instead we wanted to create the effect of a Bavarian chalet in winter with a wild boar with an apple in it's mouth (we couldn't get wild boar so a pig was as close as we could get), and the meat torn into larger pieces, meant to be served on a plate not in sandwich form. They also custom baked a recipe we gave them of apples with red onions in olive oil with balsamic vinaigrette to be placed onto of the pork (kinda like a pork loin dish with baked apples). How many wedding caterers would go through so much extra work?! Also, they offer a number of different packages for tableware from disposable picnic style to porcelain dishes with linen tablecloths for a more elegant look--so you have a number of options based on the desired look of what you're going for. It was incredibly affordable! Many of our friends spent upwards of $50/person for food at their weddings, we paid about $13/person for super meat, a vegetarian option, and a number of sides including our custom apple/onions side! Additionally, they were happy to co-cater as we got gourmet salads from Cafe Latte to really dress up the dinner. And the service in the planning process and the day of was just great! Lots of our wedding guests commented on how friendly and helpful the servers were.

hter's wedding reception. The server had the buffet set up quickly and began serving our guests a little earlier than was planned, which was wonderful - they were hungry!! Divine Swine guarantees to have plenty of food, and it was evident. Everyone got to eat as much as they wanted and we still had leftovers. We had planned for 125 and we were pretty spot on with our guest count, so it's not like there was a lot extra because people didn't show up. DS truly had plenty of food for everyone. We had one family member with dietary allergies, and DS made a separate dish for this one person. It was wonderful and we truly appreciated that they did this. After reading all the good reviews about Divine Swine and then going to our tasting, we knew we had found the right caterer and we were not disappointed!
