Dixie DJ Service is honored to be a part of one of the many DJ's in the Greater Houston area. Mark Mogensen, owner of Dixie DJ, started DJing 27 years ago, and doesn’t plan on stopping anytime soon. Before Dixie DJ, Mark started DJing at Tin Hall in Cypress, TX. After several years of DJing, it led him managing the facility. Although this was rewarding, Mark decided to focus more on himself and pursue his passion of DJing, which led him to start his own business, Dixie DJ Service. Dixie DJ Service’s main objective is to give exceptional service to its customers, that is why we have invested in the best sound systems and lighting to follow through with our promise. Dixie DJ did incredible job at my daughters wedding. He has amazing lights and the sound was terrific. Everyone enjoyed dancing all night to his music. He was very polite and very professional also. He did amazing job.

Mark was the sweetest person! He helped make my Halloween wedding amazing. He was amazing with the requests and even kept our timeline very well! I’m so please with his service.
We had the most fun at our wedding thanks to Dixie Dj services! Mark was wonderful to work with. We even had some weird song request but he made them all work and sound beautiful. He hooked us up with everything we needed from lapel microphones...
for the ceremony to backlighting for the reception. He really has it all. Make made planning easy, especially with the online planning tool. His planing too made us realize there were songs for specific moments we didn’t even think about choosing a song for originally. We were really grateful for the organizational help. Most of all Mark is a great DJ. He did a great job following the mood of the night and the party was awesome. He has a great personality and was fun to have at the wedding. . If you need ideas he was also very helpful and communication was great. I would recommend him to anyone for their wedding or event. He also added some nice touches with the lighting which last minute things like that most brides do not think about but it added such an settle elegant look that also really popped. Overall super satisfied with our service and so happy we choose him to make our day that much more special, a night to remember, and memories we hold dear in our heart forever!! ❤️
