DIXIE EM’s Event Bartending is the absolute best! My wife and I booked the Pavilion at Howe Farms, and they require couples to select a bartender from their list. When I first messaged all of the businesses, I instantly leaned towards Dixie because of how FAST she responded. After we chatted a little more, we knew she was the one. She showed true Southern hospitality from the first text and every message was like texting your family. She was kind, informative, and always timely.
Dixie helped us select our drink menu and even served a spritz I created, but with her own personal touch of fresh berries prepared right in front of our guests! She and her other bartender were ready to serve with BIG smiles and genuine conversations as soon as we walked through the doors. There wasn’t a time I came up to the bar and didn’t smile because of how bubbly they were. It wasn’t just for my bride and me. I had guests come up to us all night gushing over how great the drink service was and how kind and compassionate the bartenders were. Dixie became a part of our family that night and even sent me candid pictures of us throughout the night because of how excited she was for us.
If you are like my wife and me, you research your options heavily and rely on reviews. Let this review be the last one you read before you book Dixie. She is kind, compassionate, easy-going, detail-oriented, meticulous, and most importantly, works very well under pressure. From the first contact to our correspondence after the wedding, she was the real deal! Dixie will work with you and personalize the bar exactly to your needs for your event. We did three cocktails, one mocktail, three wine choices, and one beer option. She will provide a shopping list and helpful tips or you could allow her and her team to handle everything. I can’t recommend Dixie enough and I promise you, you will be GLAD you booked her!
We hired Emilie and her team for our wedding, and they were absolutely awesome! The drinks were great all night, and the service was amazing from start to finish. So many of our friends and family kept talking about how great Emilie and her team were throughout the evening. They were professional, fun, organized, and helped make the whole night run smoothly. We couldn’t have asked for a better bartending experience for our wedding. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great bartending team for their event!
