We absolutely loved having her serve at our wedding. We met her a few years ago while I was working a catering event and so glad I kept her number. She is the most personable, kind, and professional bartender out there. She will help you with all your needs leading up to the wedding with such a great spirit. We had the BRILLIANT idea of having Emilie serve as our bartender for our wedding on 6/29/24 in Brentwood, TN, and we couldn't be happier with the experience! From start to finish, she was professional, personable, and an absolute delight to work with.
Leading up to the wedding, she was incredibly helpful in crafting the perfect drink menu, and let us get creative with the drink names to make it feel like "us." She communicated with me via text message and email, which was appreciated, so we could keep track of what all needed done leading up to the big day. She took the time to understand our preferences and suggested some amazing signature cocktails that our guests absolutely loved. She even made a shopping list for us which made it super easy for us to find the best deals and save us some $$.
On the day of the wedding, she arrived with all items needed, plus some decor she added to the bar that matched with our theme! She handled the busy crowd after the ceremony with ease and grace, ensuring that everyone had a drink in hand and was enjoying themselves. Our 75 guests raved about how great the service was.
The drinks were delicious and beautifully presented, and she made sure everything ran smoothly. Not to give away any surprises to future brides, but she gifted us a bottle of champagne and two flutes for us to pair with our cake - so incredibly thoughtful!
We can't thank Emilie enough for being such a bright part of our special day. If you're looking for a talented, professional, and all-around fantastic bartender for your event, you've found one in her. We highly recommend and would give more than 5 stars if we could!
Emilie was so sweet from the beginning. She was so communicative, helpful, and just fun to get to know over the course of the wedding planning.
I knew when we hired her to bartender wedding that we were not only hiring someone who was great at making drinks, but someone who guests would love and BOY did they love her!!
I would frequently take breaks during the wedding just to go chat with her, haha! My sister even added her name to her speech saying “We are all here today to celebrate our favorite person…. Dixie at the bar” haha!
We also had a situation with a guest that got a little too drunk before the wedding, and the way that Dixie handled it was absolutely hilarious but perfect. It would honestly be a huge mistake for you to not hire this impeccable and phenomenal woman. She added so much more to our wedding than she will ever know 💛
Dixie EM’s did a FANTASTIC job bartending our wedding. She was very personable with every single person she served. She was super professional, really easy to work with and communicate, and was so helpful with the planning process. Her set up was very nice and went well with our wedding decor. We were so pleased with her and would use her several times over!

We hired Dixie for our son's rehearsal dinner at the marina in Clarksville. She was the absolute best! She was friendly, professional, attentive to every guest, and helped make the event extra special for everyone.

We could not have been happier with Dixie Em. She was so easy to communicate with. She responded promptly with clear and friendly messages. She easily "got" what we had in mind, made helpful suggestions, but didn't try to sell us anything we didn't want. She gave us reasonable/fair quotes with options to purchase supplies and beverages ourselves or to have her supply everything. She gave easy-to-follow supply shopping lists and guides. Emilie was very efficient and professional at the wedding while at the same time seeming like a good friend we were happy had joined us. The presentation of the bar was professional and also welcoming. She went out of her way to get a special beer we requested that was not part of her typical offerings. Her signature drinks were delicious. The guests commented on how friendly the bartender was. And, she even sent us some photos she had taken of the wedding.
Bottom line: We highly recommend Dixie Em. She was professional, friendly, communicated very well and provided high quality service.

Emilie did our daughters wedding and she was fabulous from start to finish! Emilies fun loving attitude made everything even more enjoyable and she knows her stuff! From planning, to shopping list, to day of everything was seamless! She even put up with ole moms 1000 questions during planning! Emilie pays great attention to the people that she is serving and even knows how to kindly tell someone they have had enough 😎. We will definitely without hesitation used Dixie Ems again and will recommend her to anyone we meet! You will not regret hiring her! Emilie was the best addition to our wedding! We knew we wanted a bar with great drinks and a great bar tender but there were so many companies to choose from. Once we touched base with Emilie we knew we had the person we had been looking for. Her kindness was noticed by all our guest and the drinks were fabulous. Emilie went above and beyond in every way possible before, during and after our wedding. She even went as far as helping us find a wedding gift of ours that was misplaced the night of the wedding. We reached out to her a week after our wedding when the venue and our wedding coordinator did not respond to us. Within just a couple hours of reaching out to Emilie, we had located the gift and were on the phone with the person who mistakenly had it added in her stuff.

There are not enough STARS to click on this review and not enough hours in the day to tell you how AHHHMAZING this vendor was during our entire wedding process and the day of.....professional, courteous, helpful, value friendly, etc......THIS IS YOUR VENDOR.....stop now before you consider anyone else because if you do consider others you'd be making the biggest mistake of your wedding day. From start to finish Dixie Em's was PERFECT. I will never, EVER, us anyone else for my entertaining events!

I wanted to take a minute to post a review for this super lady! She not only was our bartender at the wedding she was extremely helpful as well. She even took photos and emailed them to me! She was one of the firsts to send me pics. Her Dixie-Rita's are the bomb! The guests loved her as well. One commented it was like a friend was serving our drinks. She opened the bar a little early and put all the leftovers in containers at the end of the night. She helped to get the personalized koozies dispursed to the guests with some southern charm. Checked on us even 1 to 2 days after the wedding. She came from Tennessee to Alabama for us and I highly recommend her. Very dependable!

Emilie is THE BEST! First, she was the most helpful and responsive vendor we had. She answered all my questions super quickly which made working with her a dream. Emilie is also SUPER sweet!! We used Emilie for our wedding 5/6/2023 and it was THE BEST DECISION! Out of all our vendors she was the easiest to work with, most helpful and truly a joy to work with. She was so organized and on top of our event leading up to the wedding. She often sent out reminder text messages and recommendations/ advice as we decided to stock the bar ourself! The day of, Emilie was prepared, joyful and so much fun! Not to mention she made FANTASTIC drinks! All of our guests raved about her and how thoughtful and fun she was. We used Emilie for our Wedding 4/1/23, roughly 170 people and wow..Where to begin!? Emilie was AMAZING. She was by far the quickest to get us a quote. She was super reasonable with her pricing. Very open and upfront about what you were receiving in regards to service. She made the whole process so easy. We chose to provide our own items but Em was super helpful in supplying us with a shopping list and a list of items we would need. This was super helpful. She was in constant contact and was so helpful with reminders. She was very responsive and made sure we had everything in line for the event. Once you meet Em you will see why she has all 5 Star reviews. She was the star of the show!(other than the bride ofc) She was quick to get drinks out, quick to let us know if we were running low on any items at the bar so someone could make a supply run. She was all smiles and such a joy to be around. Everyone ranted and raved about how amazing she was, the bar was decorated just like she said it would be and everything went off without a hitch. I cannot say enough positive things about her and our experience. If we ever have another large event we will for sure be using Emilie and her services. Thank You Em for being a major part of our special day!
Do yourself a favor and hire Emilie as your bartender, you will not regret it!! She is utterly fabulous! So many of our guests at our wedding raved about her service and loved her! Emilie responded so quickly to all of my questions leading up to the wedding and she always had such a bright, kind personality. She made the process of figuring out drinks/the bar situation for our wedding so much less stressful. I cannot recommend her enough, she makes you feel like a friend, rather than a customer.
Emily is the bar tender that you need!! She is so sweet and thoughtful and will go the extra mile to make sure your day is magical!! Emilie took the absolute best care of us at our wedding! Our original bartender cancelled fairly close to our wedding so my coordinator reached out to Emilie and I have to say I am sooo glad she did! Emilie was very personable yet professional and within an hour of being there she already felt like part of the family! Her bar setup was absolutely adorable, the drinks were FANTASTIC, and Emilie is just an all around great woman. Prices were very affordable and she dealt with mine and my mother's indecisiveness like a pro. 2 thumbs up and 5/5 stars without a doubt. (She also saved me some of the fuzzy navel to take to my honeymoon with me and that was just the cherry on top 🤣)

Working with Emilee was absolutely wonderful-she couldn’t have made the process easier for us! We hired her in January for our wedding in May, and in March we had a venue change. Emilee was super understanding and flexible with the sudden change and made us feel very reassured. She was very quick to answer any questions, as well as guiding us with her expertise. With a wedding attendance of 104, we were unsure of what exactly to get, and how much! Emilee was spot on with her suggestions on quantity so that nothing was wasted, and the drinks she made were absolutely delicious! Our wedding guests raves about the drinks she made, and kept commenting on how pleasant she was. She really added something special to our reception with her positivity and engagement. Emilie was the perfect bartender for our daughter's wedding reception. She was friendly and helpful from the time we booked until the actual wedding day. She was alway willing to answer questions and helped with a few rental items we needed right up until the week of the wedding. She also helped us develop the supply list based on guest count. Our guests loved her bubbly personality!
