o find DJ A-Dub. We live in Maryland and were married in Orange County so it was important that our DJ could communicate well with us by phone and email. Allen was prompt with communication and was excellent when it came to following through with certain tasks. His prices were competitive and reasonable so we decided to hire DJ A-Dub to dj our wedding reception and to serve as the official MC. He was very professional throughout the planning process and on our wedding day. Since we had not met him prior to our wedding day we were unsure exactly what to expect but everything went smoothly.The music he played was diverse and he was an excellent MC. We could not have asked for a better DJ and MC for our wedding and we highly recommend DJ A-Dub.

We met Dj Allen in person after contacting him and we had such a wonderful conversation about my and my wife's relationship, our lives, our family as well as his family. He is so down to earth and 100% gets it and is one of the calmest people we've ever met. He had everything covered for our wedding, he asked us our musical preferences, as well as a DO NOT PLAY list to avoid playing a song we didn't want when he was taking requests from our guests. He developed a custom wedding playlist for us and played it throughout the night. We loved every single song he played and his pacing with song selection was PERFECT! Nothing kills the dance floor like a pump up song followed by an emotional ballad. DJ A-Dub knows what he's doing and did not let that happen. Our dance floor was packed and everyone was up on their feet thanks to him. His announcing was perfect, the introductions were seamless and flawless. He was able to time our intro song perfectly between 5 sets of bridesmaids and groomsmen and us. At the time of our wedding we didn't realize it but after watching another wedding intro and how their song looped terribly, we realized how much of a genius Allen is. He nailed all of the name pronunciations and made sure that all of our guests knew what was happening as far as the 1st dance, father/daughter and mother/dances. He also has custom LED lights we rented from him that were matched perfectly to our wedding colors. His lights matched our tones and theme beautifully and it really pumped up the dance floor and our venue. Your DJ is as important as your photographer and even the wedding planner. The DJ is responsible for the flow, timing, and spacing of your entire wedding once the ceremony is over. (or during your ceremony if you'd like). Thanks to Allen our wedding was so seamless that we were able to relax and just enjoy our wedding reception and dance the night away.
