Bill was great at our wedding this past weekend! What impressed me the most about Bill was his responsiveness - when I originally submitted an inquiry for Bill's services he respon...
ded by calling me directly within the same hour. He was very upfront and honest with us about what type of services would be helpful to include or not include based on our needs and our wedding venue and we very much appreciated this. He was always available for all of my questions throughout out planning process. I also found his planning website very helpful and after sharing our music tastes with Bill he nailed the selection that was played for us. We had so many guest compliments about the song selections we worked on together and Bill made sure that the dance floor was never empty! Bill definitely knows what he's doing and I can tell he brings years of experience to being a quality DJ. We will definitely refer Bill to any friends getting married in the future and would absolutely work with Bill again in the future if we need him!

ns, in general, you may have about your event. Bill also has a wonderful sense of humor, and he truly cares about providing the best music and announcements for your event. Leading up to our wedding, Bill was willing to meet with my husband I multiple times on the phone or Zoom to answer any of our questions and provide us with his expertise. He also answered our emails or text messages in a timely manner. He was always willing to offer advice and guide us with song choices for our ceremony.
Bill's planning website was a very useful tool, as well, as we prepared for our big day. It helped provide us a spot to put all of the ceremony and reception music and also plan their order of events. The website also offered a spot for us to select songs to "like" and "love" that we were interested in having played at our wedding and even included a spot for songs we do not want played. As a type A bride, I included an extensive list of songs on the website and Bill was very flexible and willing to try and play some of those songs.
On the day of the wedding, Bill arrived early to set up and was prepared with all of his equipment. He provided a microphone for our officiant, as well. The ceremony music was flawless, and Bill had a strong and inviting announcement voice for introductions during the reception. Bill even took the time to plan with my husband and I a photo dash, where he announced the different tables to come take a picture with us on the dance floor so that we had the opportunity to have a picture with all of the guests at our wedding.
When the reception dancing time began, Bill got the crowd up and grooving. He played just the right number of slow songs and party songs. He also read the room and adjusted the songs based on the dance crowd and what they were feeling. Bill did a great job at keeping the event lively and on pace. He also worked seamlessly with our other vendors to make sure our wedding day was successful.
We are so grateful to have had Bill as our wedding DJ and would recommend him to any couple or family looking for music for an event! Thank you, Bill, for providing awesome music and energy to help create lasting memories for us on our wedding day!

Throughout the planning process, Bill was more than happy to answer any questions we had. Whether it was about song selections, equipment, or timeline details, he was always quick to respond and made us feel confident every step of the way.
During the reception, Bill kept the energy high, seamlessly mixing songs and adjusting the tempo to match the crowd’s energy. Our guests were on the dance floor all night, and we’ve gotten countless compliments on the music choices. Bill’s experience and skill really shone through in his ability to read the room and keep things flowing smoothly.
Beyond the music, Bill was extremely professional—arriving early, setting up without any fuss, and making sure everything was perfect. We really appreciated his attention to detail and how easy he made the whole process.
If you’re looking for a DJ who is professional, talented, and knows how to keep the party going, we highly recommend Bill Scheivert. He made our wedding day truly unforgettable!

he songs we requested and also threw in some unexpected surprises that got our guests on their feet. A couple of guests mentioned that they felt the music was too loud, but that may have been the sound system at the venue. On the day of the wedding, DJ Bill arrived early to set up and ensure everything was in order. He seamlessly transitioned between genres, keeping our guests on the dance floor all night long. His ability to read the crowd was impressive—he knew just when to play the right songs to keep the energy high.

Bill Scheivert was AMAZING to work with for our October 20 wedding. My husband and I are not huge dancers and didn’t know where to start with looking for a DJ but we wanted to hire...
a DJ for our guests to enjoy. We talked to a couple of DJs but loved Bills energy, knowledge, and his experience. He had the majority of our guests, some who also are not dancers, and us on the dance floor all night! He took all of our requests into consideration and made an amazing set of songs that followed the exact vibe we were looking for but also kept people interested and dancing. He was also great at announcing everything on time, has great energy when announcing our introductions, and was very upbeat and energetic the whole night. He makes selecting songs to play, not to play, and preferences very easy and accessible through his online program as well. We highly recommend Bill for anyone who is looking for a DJ to keep the party going all night!
Working with Bill for our wedding was unbelievably easy. The website he makes each couple for their event was very easy to navigate, and was a helpful tool for us to know which par...
ts throughout the night to plan for and what songs need to be selected in order to make our wedding personal and run smoothly. Having never been married before, it was incredibly helpful to see a drop-down list of events, traditions, people, etc. that we may have to account for and could choose to do/ opt out of for our own wedding, all laid out through the website he created for us. Whenever we emailed Bill with a question, he responded almost immediately and was to the point. He works with our venue, Kings Mills in Media, very often so we easily trusted him to know how to navigate set up and any potential problems that may have come up. On the day of the wedding, he was friendly, professional, had good, high energy, and played all the songs we asked him to. Our friends and family had such a good time on the dance floor thanks to Bill!

ke sure our day was everything we hoped for, and to make sure that everyone was having a great time. He played the music we requested for our ceremony, all of the songs we requested for our reception. Bill was very responsive, flexible, and such a pleasure to work with. He did a fantastic job with the uplighting, our personalized monogram, and provided a photo booth that our guests loved! Our guests are still talking about what a great DJ we had. I would 100% recommend DJ Bill Scheivert for your next event!
Our venue recommended Bill as a DJ for our wedding and he was fantastic! From the first outreach to the wedding, Bill was incredibly responsive to all our questions (we always rece...
ived a response within 24 hours) and he did a great job incorporating our music requests while reading the room and keeping guests on the dance floor. Plus, he was flexible and easygoing during the event, even when we changed up the announcements for group photos, cake, etc. a few times.
We received tons of compliments from our guests on "our" music selection during cocktail hour, even though the only instructions we gave Bill to work with was "please play Sinatra and Dean Martin type music during cocktail hour." Also, there was even one song that we mentioned in our call that was one of our favorites but was not a dance song, yet he managed to find a time to play it during the event!
We had a great day, and Bill's professionalism and great DJing was no small part of that! We highly recommend him!

Bill has a comprehensive form to fill out before the event that really helped us nail down our ideas and plans for the day. When we didn't know what we wanted or were torn, Bill helped us choose what he thought was best based on our music preferences.
I highly recommend working with Bill for all types of events! He really made our wedding fantastic.
Bill Scheivert recently DJ'ed my wife and I's wedding on May 21st, 2022. As someone who is very particular about music, hiring a DJ was something I was weary of because I wanted th...
e songs that I wanted played to be played, and only those songs. I definitely did not want some DJ that was going to abandon my requests and go off and do his own thing. Bill played every single song I requested and played them in an order that turned the night into an absolute party. He never once made me feel bad because of how particular I was either, which I also appreciated.
From the beginning of our wedding planning, Bill was always our vendor that responded the fastest. Whenever we had a question it was answered within a few hours. On wedding day, he was there early setting up and getting everything in order. He was also an incredible MC. Whenever the crowd's attention needed to be drawn to something, such as cake cutting, he had control. There is just no other way to put it than that Bill is the guy you want DJing your wedding. His motto is "your wedding, your way" and I know now that he absolutely means that. Whatever your vision is, he will make it happen. I would recommend Bill to anyone.

When we talked on the phone I told him that a lot of our friends are kids of the 90s and we didn't really get that music until the very end of the reception after many people had left. The music was made for a generation a decade or two older than us.
Bill was incredible to work with. We’d highly recommend him to anyone who needs a wedding DJ!
