He was very upfront and honest with us about what type of services would be helpful to include or not include based on our needs and our wedding venue and we very much appreciated this. He was always available for all of my questions throughout out planning process. I also found his planning website very helpful and after sharing our music tastes with Bill he nailed the selection that was played for us. We had so many guest compliments about the song selections we worked on together and Bill made sure that the dance floor was never empty! Bill definitely knows what he's doing and I can tell he brings years of experience to being a quality DJ. ns, in general, you may have about your event. Bill also has a wonderful sense of humor, and he truly cares about providing the best music and announcements for your event. Leading up to our wedding, Bill was willing to meet with my husband I multiple times on the phone or Zoom to answer any of our questions and provide us with his expertise. He also answered our emails or text messages in a timely manner. He was always willing to offer advice and guide us with song choices for our ceremony.
Bill's planning website was a very useful tool, as well, as we prepared for our big day. It helped provide us a spot to put all of the ceremony and reception music and also plan their order of events. The website also offered a spot for us to select songs to "like" and "love" that we were interested in having played at our wedding and even included a spot for songs we do not want played. As a type A bride, I included an extensive list of songs on the website and Bill was very flexible and willing to try and play some of those songs.
On the day of the wedding, Bill arrived early to set up and was prepared with all of his equipment. He provided a microphone for our officiant, as well. The ceremony music was flawless, and Bill had a strong and inviting announcement voice for introductions during the reception. Bill even took the time to plan with my husband and I a photo dash, where he announced the different tables to come take a picture with us on the dance floor so that we had the opportunity to have a picture with all of the guests at our wedding.
When the reception dancing time began, Bill got the crowd up and grooving. He played just the right number of slow songs and party songs. He also read the room and adjusted the songs based on the dance crowd and what they were feeling. Bill did a great job at keeping the event lively and on pace. He also worked seamlessly with our other vendors to make sure our wedding day was successful.
We are so grateful to have had Bill as our wedding DJ and would recommend him to any couple or family looking for music for an event! Thank you, Bill, for providing awesome music and energy to help create lasting memories for us on our wedding day!

We received tons of compliments from our guests on "our" music selection during cocktail hour, even though the only instructions we gave Bill to work with was "please play Sinatra and Dean Martin type music during cocktail hour." Also, there was even one song that we mentioned in our call that was one of our favorites but was not a dance song, yet he managed to find a time to play it during the event!

Bill played every single song I requested and played them in an order that turned the night into an absolute party. From the beginning of our wedding planning, Bill was always our vendor that responded the fastest. Whenever we had a question it was answered within a few hours. On wedding day, he was there early setting up and getting everything in order. He was also an incredible MC.
