DJ Brian Jackson

DJ Brian Jackson was professional and organized from the very get go. I was confident that we was going to be a fantastic partner for our wedding from our first intro meeting, and I was correct. He kept us focused on A/V matters that I otherwise would have skimmed over, and he molded his performance around our requests and vibe we were going for. From MC-ing our dinner portion of the night, to putting on a high energy dance floor for 3-4 full hours in the reception, DJ Brian Jackson was the ideal music partner for our wedding. We highly recommend DJ Brian Jackson for anyone’s wedding that may be interested coming and we will be keeping him in mind for any events that we put on in the future ourselves, even if it is not a wedding. Brian was absolutely awesome! I cannot recommend him enough. He was easy to work with before our wedding and even better at our wedding! He did our ceremony as well, and I thought he did great with the speaker placement. At our reception, he kept the energy up!! I wanted everyone on the dance floor and he kept them there! Great song mixes and was so much fun to work with.

Could not have asked for a better DJ than Brian! He was awesome to work with in the lead up to our wedding - not only providing a detailed questionnaire, but also communicating with us independently so that he understood exactly the type of vibe we were looking for at our wedding. On the day of our wedding Brian was a true Master of Ceremonies. He adjusted on the fly to accommodate some last minute changes, did a great job keeping up the pace and flow of events, and most importantly kept everyone on the dancefloor! Would recommend 10 times out of 10!

Could not recommend Brian more!!! He understood exactly what we wanted. I had said 80s/90s dance and early 2000s and that’s exactly what we got. He was so great with song selection. We created a do not play list but not a play list. He nailed every song. Also, we got sooooo many compliments on how great he was and the songs he played. One of my friends actually is going to use him after hearing him. A DJ can make or break the vibe at the wedding and he made ours. We went till 12:30am and the party was going all night. He made the ceremony and reception flow easily and without thought. We are so grateful to have chosen such a talented, professional and highly loved DJ. He was great! Book him while he’s available!!! DJ Brian Jackson came with glowing reviews from our venue and lived up/exceeded them all! He was extremely professional through all his announcements and MC responsibilities. Additionally, DJ Brian Jackson was very organized; he sent us a detailed questionnaire ahead of time and scheduled time to meet with us - allowing us to perfectly outline the whole evening. He quickly understood the general vibe of music we wanted to be played and absolutely nailed it! He kept the dance floor packed all night.

I had asked one of the vendors I was working with for any advice, and she had stated right away DJ Brian Jackson was a wonderful DJ, and had seen him for the events she ran as well as her personal events and he always was wonderful. DJ Brian Jackson made our wedding a dream come true. He was so kind, organized, and quick to respond, which relieved a lot of stress off of my part. Everything he played was amazing and we danced all night long! Multiple guests of mine kept mentioning that this was the most fun wedding they’ve ever been to, and the DJ was absolutely amazing! He made it fun for everyone, of all ages to dance all night! If I had to plan my wedding all over again, I would choose him in a heartbeat.

I can't say enough about how amazing DJ Brian Jackson was!! The dance floor was full all night, and most of our guests stayed until the very end of the night because it was just too much fun. He did such a good job of taking into account the varying ages of our guests and had a playlist that catered to everyone. It was truly the best energy and the most amazing day. Not only was the music/entertainment the best we could have imagined, but he was so on top of the organization of speeches, dances, working with all of our other vendors, and truly everything we could have asked. DJ Brian was amazing to work with! He was always quick to reply through email which I greatly appreciated. Brian also helped create acoustic versions of songs for our ceremony. On the day of the wedding, he was very professional and made sure the ceremony and transitions to dinner, toasts, and first dances went smoothly. And most importantly, he kept the dance floor going all night!

Brian is the best!! A good dance floor was a priority for our wedding and Brian Jackson lived up to the hype!! He is so organized, has amazing communication, and is flexible and dependable! When you are looking for a wedding DJ, it is so hard to know if you are going to love the DJ you choose… but trust me, you want Brian as your DJ. He kept our dance floor going until our wedding was over. He tailors your night to exactly how you want it. He lets you request as many or as few songs as you want, and he also lets you block certain songs from being played. The quality of his sound was amazing. He supplied microphones for our officiant, and all our speeches. Not only did he do that but he helped to coordinate and prepare everyone for when and where they would be giving speeches. He also lined up the wedding party before their entrance to the reception and made sure to pronounce everyone’s name correctly. You will love Brian as your wedding DJ!

My wife and I had the absolute pleasure of having DJ Brian Jackson as our wedding DJ. Not only did he play essentially all the music on our list, but he had remixes and upbeat versions of songs that kept the party going literally all night. If you are looking for a DJ that actually DJ’s instead of plugging in and playing a playlist, look no further. I’ve been to a lot of weddings and he was far and away the best DJ I’ve had. And to be clear I’m not paid or given a discount for this review, I was just that happy with his work. BOOK HIM!!

Brian is the best DJ EVER!!! I can't recommend him enough. My wedding was back in August, and he did such an amazing job. I still get compliments from my guests about how good the music was. He really took my preferences into consideration and then managed to surpass expectations. He was the DJ and MC for my ceremony and reception. Brian was a top-notch DJ for our wedding at The Mill Top in Noblesville IN on 2/24/24. He took extensive time early on to understand our likes and dislikes in music and made sure he prepared appropriately. Brian is readily available for questions and very responsive. Brian was absolutely fantastic throughout our entire wedding planning process! He is a true professional and extremely talented1 He helped throughout our process with finalizing our timeline and working with our reception staff and photographers to ensure everyone was on the same page throughout the night. Brian was by far the easiest vendor to work with and by far the most affordable. We only had to exchange a few emails with what details he needed and he nailed it day of. Brian was simply amazing! He was so easy to work with and did an amazing job with song selections and transitions during the open dancing portion of our wedding. I also gave him free rein to pick the songs for processional with our families and the music to be played as guests arrived/during cocktail hour and he did not disappoint. He did a great job with picking the songs due to his talent and experience. If you hire Brian you will not be disappointed and he will make your wedding/event amazing!

Do not read this review, just book Brian. He was totally professional, collaborative, communicative, and painlessly helped us plan. You will think to yourself - "Dang, I'm really glad I booked him!". My wife and I both feel this way! Brian was a great emcee, a great organizer, and really an asset to our wedding! I would book him again and again. Seriously. I gave Brian a 12 song "vibe" list and he straight up made it happen. For three hours our guests were on the floor having a great time. Can't ask for more than that! But he did all the little things, too - he took requests from guests, checked in with me to see if I wanted to slow things down a bit (I didn't!) and read the room so well. The way that he moves from song to song gives him the freedom to, if the song isn't catching the crowd, to seamlessly switch to another and that was a big strength in keeping the mood! He was genuinely happy to be there and clearly loves what he does, because he's good at it! He had great reviews on here, so we booked him. But he has great reviews from those he's worked next to and places he's worked at and I thought that was just as meaningful, if not more. Thank you, Brian!

I cannot speak highly enough of or DJ, Brian! He was very communicative leading up to our wedding day, and worked with me very closely in email as my (now) wife planned out the details of our ceremony and reception. The transitions of the various songs we planned for our ceremony were *seamless*, and he was so thoughtful with questions and concerns to make sure we were all on the same page for our plans to work out as intended. Not only did I notice pretty much all song requests we had submitted before our wedding weekend were indeed played (throughout the plated dinner and during reception dance floor time), but even our guests were asking how we found him and were sharing compliments about him! :-) Our venue--Mill Top Banquet and Conference Center--recommended Brian to us, and we couldn't be more grateful that they did. Brian also even worked with myself and one of our bridesmaids to make sure his equipment used for the day would accommodate her performing songs for us for first dances!
