DJ Buggy

DJ Buggy was amazing!! He got everyone on the dance floor ALL night. People told us that they’ve never been to a wedding where they didn’t sit down once because the DJ was so good. We had SO much fun! Rusty sang during our ceremony and cocktail hour and did an amazing job as well! He also sang a couple songs during the reception which were a big hit. Would definitely recommend!

I will start this review off with the cliché ‘I have never written a review before.’ When the truth is, I have never written a review in my life. I am not the kind of person who complains or sings the praises of people behind the keys of a computer. However, a few people truly went above and beyond for our recent wedding in Key West Florida, that it would be a crime not to let other potential clients know about them! My now husband, Kris hails come America and I am from Australia. While we call Australia home, we decided upon a destination wedding in Key West Florida. We prioritized music as an important element of our big day. Our fabulous wedding planner Kelly Fowler from Just Save The Date recommended DJ Buggy and Lemon Russty and it was a perfect recommendation! DJ Buggy and Lemon Russty did not miss a beat (pun intended!). There website selection process was super simple and all songs we chose for those special moments were played at the right time. Lemon Russty even learnt a few extra songs that we requested. The dance floor was so much fun. We had everyone from our 1 year old nephew to my 89 year of Gran on the dance floor. The music was perfect will everyone dancing and laughing along. We cannot recommend the combination of DJ Buggy and Lemon Russty enough. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

DJ Buggy is a thief. CoronaVirus shut down the keys and we couldn’t have our wedding last weekend. DJ Buggy has our full payment. He refuses to refund us. He thinks it’s totally fair and good business to keep our full payment. He won’t reschedule and he won’t refund us. He’s fine with keeping our money and performing no services. Nice guy right?? Just remember Key West has bad weather and hurricanes all the time. If you have any situation, just keep in mind that DJ Buggy and his buddy Rusty Lemon will try to keep your money without playing a single song. The guy is a scumbag. There’s so much musical talent in Key West. Find someone who’s not looking to take advantage of you.

We hired DJ Buggy & Rusty Lemmon for our wedding at the Hemingway House and they were both great! Rusty played all of our wedding ceremony music, music for the cocktail hour, and played our first dance. He's very talented but also does a great job "reading the room" and understands what's appropriate for the situation. DJ Buggy played our recessional song & music for dinner and dancing. We were able to work through his online portal before hand to give some music ideas and he did great. He also got a very quick read on our crowd and was fantastic. Some DJ's can insert themselves a little too much in the party on the mic...DJ Buggy did not do that at all and was super cool. Rusty will come out and sing with DJ Buggy and it's a ton of fun. Everyone was dancing from start to finish. Both guys were super professional, very cool and were a big hit. I'd recommend them both to anyone. Thanks, guys!

DJ Buggy delivered our ceremony and reception music with precision, timeliness, and energy. Music was one of our biggest priorities when it came to our ceremony and reception. DJ Buggy played exactly what we asked and was flexible during the reception when we decided to be spontaneous and have a karaoke battle :) Needless to say, we had the wedding/party of our dreams. 10/10 recommend! Thank you DJ Buggy!

All our guests said he was the best DJ they have ever heard at a wedding! He kept the party going from cocktail hour through the end of the dance. He definitely was one of the highlights of our wedding.

DJ Buggy will rock your event/wedding! He plays the best music and everyone loved him! You won’t be disappointed if you chose him for your wedding..trust me!!

We are so grateful we were able to secure this amazing duo for our special day! Rusty Lemmon was amazing on his guitar and the perfect intro as I walked down the aisle, and having him to mix up the vibe during our cocktail hour and dinner was just PERFECT! DJ Buggy and him crushed it when it came time for us to hit the dance floor and even allowed my little brother to get up there and DJ with them! Our dance floor was literally packed from the first song down to the last! We would certainly recommend these two time and time again!

Choosing DJ Buggy as our DJ for our wedding night was one of the best choices we made in the wedding planning process! He was such a joy to have there due to his upbeat and welcoming personality. We received SO MANY compliments on how amazing the wedding music was from guests of all ages. Buggy was able to strike a great balance between classics during dinner and more modern/fun music during the dancing portion of the night. He also was very flexible with guest song requests on the fly, and was even able to play a song off of my bridesmaid's phone that she specifically requested because she knew I would love the surprise (it is a very random song from a movie, which I doubt many, if any, DJs would have in their files). His flexibility, personality, professionalism, and talent makes him an incredible DJ - we could never thank him enough for helping to make our big day so perfect! :)

What can I say about DJ Buggy and his guitar-playing/singing counter part Rusty Lemmon. They brought the party. I wanted a fusion type of feel, but had a particular budget in mind, so it limited what we could do. This was a blessing in disguise. After having to move our venue because of the hurricane and being stumped on who to have as the entertainment, Carin at Key Destination Weddings (our planner) suggest DJ Buggy and Rusty Lemmon. The process was so easy, Buggy sent us a link to fill out our songs and wedding party and then pick must plays and don't plays. They also had a fusion list of things that Buggy would play while Rusty sang, and there were some great choices on there. Rusty played all the songs we asked flawlessly (Walked down the aisle to "I Choose You" by Sara Barailles) and they even showed up with an awesome saxophone player unexpectedly! Not to mention all the single ladies totally swooned over them. Great hair, great vibes, great guys all around. I cannot recommend them enough.

He was great! We actually had a small guest list and he had everyone dancing at just the right time. We love all types of music and only had a few "do not play" songs. He played the right songs at the right time. He will not disappoint!

Book DJ Buggy immediately!!! For your wedding, for your party, for Whatever!!!! He's awesome. The music he played was absolutely perfect, and his presence, fun personality, and ability to read the crowd was absolutely critical in creating the perfect atmosphere for our wedding. He is a complete professional, has excellent poise, and makes your event a PARTY!!!! Thanks so much. I am so grateful for the incredible job you did to make my wedding unforgettable.

DJ Buggy was awesome! He had everyone dancing at our wedding from the very first song to the last. I received many compliments from family and friends about how much they loved the DJ. He appealed to all audiences and was very enthusiastic. DJ Buggy was also very accommodating to all of my song suggestions and formal dance needs. He even managed to help us out of a little wedding day catastrophe earlier in the day. I can't thank him enough - Buggy is the best.

The absolute best!! Everyone had such an amazing time!! He was energetic and fun and kept us dancing the whole day! I wasn't in my chair for my then 5 minutes the whole time!

This past weekend, DJ Buggy performed at our wedding. I have never danced so hard! He was such a blast and played outstanding music! Highly recommended!

DJ Buggy was amazing! We chose the package deal that provided a musician, Rusty Lemmon, for the ceremony and cocktail hour. The guest could not stop raving about how much fun they had dancing and how amazing Brandon and Rusty were. They are true entertainers! They played a variety of music for all ages at the wedding, and everyone danced the night away. He provided the uplighting as well and it was gorgeous. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!!

DJ Buggy kept the party going during our entire wedding. A great MC and one of the nicest guys around. Everybody was our of their seats dancing during our entire reception. Nothing but the best!

DJ BUGGY kept the party going all night long. The grooms had requested that the music not slow down, and DJ BUGGY did exactly that. The dance floor was jumping all night long, no boring wedding reception music! The crowd was mixed ages, from four years to over fifty and we danced all night long. He was professional when he needed to be with the traditional wedding announcements and then went right back to playing the music without any breaks or long pauses. If you want your wedding reception to be fun and memorable, this is the DJ for you!

Dj buggy exceeded all of our expectations. He's not only a great Dj but an amazing MC. He kept the party going and was very professional and outgoing. He was the highlight at our reception.
