DJ Greg Ruschman was a HUGE HIT at our outdoor farm wedding - not only did he take time prior to understand the vision we had for multiple music genres during different moments throughout the night, he was also flexible, kind, helped us stay on schedule, and delivered in giving us a KILLER DANCE PARTY. So many friends commented in the days after that they were still hoarse from scream-singing along until the wee hours of the morning. We love Greg and can’t recommend him enough!

Olivia Watson was an incredible DJ for our wedding in September 2025. She was very good about communicating before, during and after the event. She was organized, did a great job coordinating and kept our guests on the dance floor all night long! Would highly recommend her for DJ and day of coordinator!

Amazing, fun, personable, and professional—those are just a few words to describe Jared Metz’s DJ expertise. Having a great DJ was a top priority for my husband and me since we both love to dance, and Jared absolutely delivered. He kept the energy alive all night long, was incredibly flexible when we had to pivot our timeline, and handled every announcement—whether preset or last-minute—with ease.
One of my cousin’s husbands even asked, “Did you make this playlist? It’s one of the best I’ve ever heard at a wedding.” That says it all! My wedding was one of the best days of my life, and Jared played a huge role in making that happen. I cannot recommend DJ Butlers and Jared Metz enough for anyone planning a wedding.

Greg was incredible!! He was very organized and helped us plan out the entire reception timeline a week ahead of time. The day of he was set up early with all the lights, and even made sure the bridal party had drinks the whole dinner. Greg brought the energy all night and ensured we had the best experience! Could not recommend him and DJ Butlers enough!!!

What really stood out was his ability to adapt as there were many unique changes to our ceremony & reception plans that we had envisioned & he handled everything with total professionalism & a unique twist that made the night even more memorable. His attention to the details were creative & personalized to us!

We were so lucky to have Olivia as our DJ. We had a thorough meeting about two months out and then again 10 days prior. We recently had the absolute pleasure of having DJ Butlers handle the music and coordination for our wedding on June 14, 2025, and we couldn't be happier with our choice! From start to finish, the experience was seamless, largely thanks to our incredible DJ, Olivia.
About a week before the wedding, Olivia conducted a thorough over-the-phone meeting with my husband and me. She went over every detail, ensuring she understood our preferences for songs to play and, just as importantly, songs to avoid. Her attention to detail immediately put us at ease, knowing our musical vision for the night was in expert hands.
On the day of the wedding, Olivia truly shined. She worked exceptionally well with our photographer and videographer, coordinating behind the scenes to ensure every special moment flowed effortlessly. This collaboration made the entire day and night run incredibly smoothly, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the celebration without a single worry. Olivia also made sure to frequently check in with us, coming up to us as often as she could to ensure everything was okay, if we needed anything, or if there was anything she could do!
Beyond her professionalism and organizational skills, Olivia was, quite simply, a bundle of joy to have around. Her positive energy and delightful demeanor made an already special day even more stress-free for both my husband and me. It felt like having a trusted friend orchestrating our reception.

We hired DJ butlers for our May 23rd wedding, and they sent us Oliva. Olivia was absolutely amazing! Before the wedding, Olivia sat down with us and had a meeting where we went over the activities we wanted (shoe game, generations dance, plus I had 3 dances with my husband, dad and stepdad) and created a timeline to ensure that we could incorporate them all. We also went over the music that we did (and did not) want played at our wedding. Come the wedding day my husband and I got caught in traffic, and she did an amazing job keeping our guests entertained during cocktail hour while they waited for us to arrive. When we got there she was able to corral everyone and get them where they needed (the groomsmen can be a rowdy bunch, so getting them to go where they needed to go and when was huge!). She personally went to each table and made sure they knew when it was their time to get their food, and made sure that there was enough time to incorporate the activities we had planned while keeping the dance floor open for our guests to enjoy! She made sure to play our song (the song that played on the radio in the background of our first date) and all the others we had requested. Olivia was a huge part of making our night truly magical. Our wedding ended up being evertying we wanted and more, and no small part of that was thanks to her. I'm truly grateful for her time and her service at our wedding, and couldn't recommend her enough.

We truly couldn't have asked for a better DJ for our wedding! Ryan Riesenbeck from DJ Butlers was amazing to work with! From the moment the day began until the very last song, everything ran so smoothly - and that's largely thanks to the amazing job he did. Not only was the music absolutely perfect and tailored to our style, but Ryan also had a great presence, reading the crowd effortlessly and keeping the energy just right all night long!

The owner Freddy Caldwell is incredibly responsive and caters to your needs. He set my wife Emmaline and I up with his top DJ Ryan Reisenbeck, and he was stellar! Ryan is experienced, detailed, professional, and creates a wonderful wedding atmosphere. SUCH great service! Andrew was our DJ and he worked with us phenomenally. He took so much time to go over every detail of the reception with us, communicated all cues through the night, and continued to check and make sure we were satisfied throughout the day. He took the time to practice the bridal party entrance PERFECTLY so my husband and I were introduced in perfect time with the beat drop. We even changed our first dance song the day before the wedding, and Andrew made all the last minute changes we needed. Our dinner and dancing spots were also in different rooms, and Andrew was able to hook up all of his equipment to transition between rooms perfectly. We truly could not have asked for a better DJ! The AV equipment and lighting were top notch as well. We were able to tell Andrew songs/artists/genres we liked, and he built the perfect playlist. He really kept the party going!

Ryan made the process incredibly easy, was clear and detailed about what would make the day run smoothly, and was so kind and helpful to the other vendors and our families/VIPS throughout the event. We had the best wedding day and Ryan Risenback helped make it that way! From the start Ryan was so responsive and helped us get our music together and let us completely customize our playlists but he also gave us a ton of recommendations for music. He was truly amazing and really kept everything on schedule for our wedding day. Ryan worked with our venue and officiant to ensure a smooth and fun day and he delivered! "Where do I even begin? Greg Rushman absolutely smashed it as the DJ at our wedding! From the moment the party started, he had everyone on the dance floor and kept them there all night long. The song selection was perfect, with the perfect mix of classics and modern hits to keep all of our guests entertained.
What really impressed us was Greg's ability to read the room and adjust the music accordingly. He knew exactly when to slow things down and when to get the party started again. His energy was infectious, and he even took the time to learn some special songs for us, which made the night even more magical.

We had nothing short of a phenomenal experience with Ryan Cunningham and DJ Butlers.
Ryan was incredibly thorough during our meet and greet and executed all of our requests exactly how we envisioned. Our main request for Ryan was to keep the party going and people on the dance floor & he definitely accomplished this task. So glad I booked through DJ butlers. I had Olivia and she was absolutely amazing. She had me fill out a detailed form about our wedding day, songs we would and wouldn’t want, people involved etc. she then set up a phone interview with us to talk about the form, each detail of the wedding, what vibe we wanted for the wedding, she was so thorough it was great. Fast forward to wedding day and Olivia went above and beyond! She had an iPad that had her hand written notes of the wedding timeline on it from our meeting. She helped coordinate everything with all people from the photographer to the preparing people for their speeches, to helping communicate between me and my husband before the ceremony! She was so quick to adjust with any changes that came up, and did such a great job keeping us on track and actually ahead of schedule! She was so much fun too, keeping the music going, dancing with me and my family. Everyone enjoyed her company so very much. I can’t continue to say how great she was, book her!!

Ryan Reisenbeck was our DJ and he was the absolute best! From first meeting outlining our wedding details to the actual wedding day, he was on top of everything. Andrew was a wonderful DJ! He provided us a packet ahead of time to help us plan our evening. A few weeks before our wedding, he took an hour or so to walk through the packet and ask us questions we hadn’t thought of, ensuring we had everything squared away. Olivia was so great! We had a preliminary call before the wedding to discuss how the day should go, but we ended up having to change some things because of the rain. Ryan Riesenbeck was the absolute best. From the moment we first met, he made sure to let us know that he was going to take all the stress and pressure off of us as much as he could. He was very detail oriented, clear and concise on how it all goes down, and very helpful with ideas and thoughts to make the wedding go super smooth and to help us dance until we couldn’t anymore. During our wedding day, we were in constant communication with him on what was next and that just made our day that much better. He absolutely killed it. Now, to the most important part, his DJ’ing skills are the best. He listened to what we liked during our first meet up and then he delivered well above expectations. Our group danced from the moment he played the first song until our last dance. You can tell he was in the moment just feeling what the vibes were and then he just kept playing hit after hit. Definitely one of the best nights of my life and he was a huge part of that. If you ever need a DJ, he’s your guy. Thanks Ryan. What you did for us that night meant more than you know.

Our wedding had a few hiccups along the way but the one thing that kept us level headed was our DJ, Greg! Not only is he a great DJ but he checked on us during the dinner and asked if we needed anything, held things for us when we were running in three different directions and even got a scary man to leave the outside of the venue by de-escalating the situation by talking to him. Greg went absolutely above and beyond with everything! When my now husband was getting a bit nervous about the schedule or we needed to add something he would go and talk to Greg. Greg always responded cool, calm and collected and would say “no problem”. You can tell he is experienced and enjoys what he does! My brother and his wife had him DJ their wedding a few years back and we enjoyed him so much we asked for his information. He was the first vendor we booked for our wedding because we knew we wanted him. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a DJ! He is such a good guy and his positivity is contagious!! Thank you Greg for making our night memorable for not only us but our guests!!

I have been a guest at several weddings where Ryan Riesenbeck has been the DJ/Master of Ceremonies and I walk away impressed every time. I have seen other DJ's in action and nothing against them, but Ryan is a professional MC and you can tell the difference. His personality is laid back but fun and you can tell he cares a lot about making his clients day smooth and stress-free. I have referred him a few times now and he hasn't disappointed. Ryan Riesenbeck is someone you can rely on 100%.

DJ Jared Metz was our DJ, and it was the best decision we made! Jared was very professional, attentive, fun, and an excellent MC. Our experience from beginning to end was absolutely wonderful. We talked to Jared virtually and met with him in person, which solidified our confidence he would be an amazing choice to help guarantee it was the best night. He played all the songs we asked and kept the dance floor packed the entire night with the best choices of music for all age groups. Many friends and family said it was the most fun wedding they have been to and how impressed everyone was that the entire dance floor was crowded and energized until the very end. Our daughter just got married this weekend. Jemal went above and beyond and was a wonderful to work with; outstanding job! I am particular about the music I like, so I was very selective. After interviewing numerous candidates, I choose DJ Butler for our 50th wedding and very happy with my choice.
Greg Ruschman was great from the start! He met with our planning group a month early and had great input. We had an additional guitarist before and during dinner that Greg easily dovetailed with him to make an easy transition.
We gave Greg a list of our ‘have to songs’ and some of our favorites that he mixed in with crowd favorites to encouraged dancing. A few people said the music was loud, but others said it encouraged dancing. Guest that danced said the volume of the music was fine.
Greg arrived very early to meticulously set up his equipment in the dance area and inside our venue(French Park).
I would highly recommend Greg for any event. He is an excellent listener, and I respect him as a person and DJ. We would not hesitate recommending him for any event. We would be thrilled to have him as our DJ for any future plans we have.
My wife and I highly recommend Greg. Our guests feel the same.

Andrew Dj'd my June 1st wedding and everything went so well. He had a great personality and read the room well. The only "mistake" we had was our reception entrance music was started at the wrong time but honestly no one noticed and we were way too happy to care. Received many compliments on his song choices and will for sure recommend him in the future to other brides.

We had our daughters wedding last Saturday on our family farm. Greg Ruschman was the DJ that we secured from the company DJ Butlers in Crescent Springs, KY. He was absolutely perfect! He met with us a week beforehand to go over the playlist and to get a schedule of what he needed to announce. The sound equipment was perfect. Our minister wore a microphone, the speakers were wireless, and the acoustics were clear and loud enough for everyone to hear the ceremony! He was vibrant and kept the party flowing all evening!!! I could not have asked for anything better and the price for his service was super reasonable! I would recommend him and DJ Butlers to anyone needing a DJ!!!

Ryan Riesenbeck was our Dj Butler and he was great. We met up beforehand and he said how he wants the wedding to be seamless and he delivered. I didn’t realize how important this was until last weekend when I attended a wedding with a bad DJ.
Ryan made sure there were no awkward silences of pauses in our big day. He kept the music appropriate for the day and even brought us waters while we were taking photos. He worked well with the others at the venue. A few weeks after our wedding he sent over a compilation of some dance floor videos we didn’t even know he took. I highly recommend Ryan to Dj your wedding or really any event!
