Andrew with DJ Butlers did a fantastic job at our wedding on November 9th. He was extremely professional and courteous. He was very detailed during our planning meeting and was flexible on our wedding day to make sure everything went smoothly. Most importantly he made sure the music kept going and the vibes stayed perfect 😎

We had the best wedding day and Ryan Risenback helped make it that way! From the start Ryan was so responsive and helped us get our music together and let us completely customize our playlists but he also gave us a ton of recommendations for music. He was truly amazing and really kept everything on schedule for our wedding day. Ryan worked with our venue and officiant to ensure a smooth and fun day and he delivered! He made sure we (the bride and groom) were taken care of the whole night as well. He kept our dance floor packed all night and it was truly so much fun! I can’t recommend Ryan Risenback enough! If you’re looking for an awesome DJ, someone to help your day run flawlessly and just a genuine person Ryan Risenback is your guy!

We had nothing short of a phenomenal experience with Ryan Cunningham and DJ Butlers. Ryan was incredibly thorough during our meet and greet and executed all of our requests exactly how we envisioned. Our main request for Ryan was to keep the party going and people on the dance floor & he definitely accomplished this task. Ryan was even willing to stay an extra hour because our guests were not quite ready to quit partying!!! I would highly recommend booking with Ryan Cunningham you won’t regret it!!

We had Tony and he was great from the beginning. He was attentive and super fun the whole night! The ceremony was perfect and the reception was energetic all night. The glow sticks were an amazing touch to make the night more fun.

So glad I booked through DJ butlers. I had Olivia and she was absolutely amazing. She had me fill out a detailed form about our wedding day, songs we would and wouldn’t want, people involved etc. she then set up a phone interview with us to talk about the form, each detail of the wedding, what vibe we wanted for the wedding, she was so thorough it was great. Fast forward to wedding day and Olivia went above and beyond! She had an iPad that had her hand written notes of the wedding timeline on it from our meeting. She helped coordinate everything with all people from the photographer to the preparing people for their speeches, to helping communicate between me and my husband before the ceremony! She was so quick to adjust with any changes that came up, and did such a great job keeping us on track and actually ahead of schedule! She was so much fun too, keeping the music going, dancing with me and my family. Everyone enjoyed her company so very much. I can’t continue to say how great she was, book her!!

Jemal Potter was the BEST DJ! Really kept the energy high all night! Never expected to be on the dance floor most of the night and it was all because of him! Highly recommend this company and Jemal! Thanks so much!

Ryan Reisenbeck was our DJ and he was the absolute best! From first meeting outlining our wedding details to the actual wedding day, he was on top of everything. He kept our drinks filled, cleared tables, adapted to music changes, all while MC-ing and keeping the event rolling. He even put together a video of dance moments for us. He did such an amazing job and we are so happy we chose him to DJ for our special day!

Olivia was an amazing DJ and so helpful in making our big day run smoothly! We had a phone meeting before where we went over everything that was going to happen the day of and then on the day she always had great communication and helped keep the timeline running smoothly! She played the best music and kept us all dancing! 10/10 would recommend Olivia!

Andrew was a wonderful DJ! He provided us a packet ahead of time to help us plan our evening. A few weeks before our wedding, he took an hour or so to walk through the packet and ask us questions we hadn’t thought of, ensuring we had everything squared away. We hired Ryan Riesenbeck through DJ Butlers to be our DJ for our wedding and everyone else should too!! He was absolutely AMAZING in every way! He made the night stress free for us and brought my vision to life! He even surprised me and made a video of the night that I will cherish forever!! I can not thank him enough for how great he was! Olivia was so great! We had a preliminary call before the wedding to discuss how the day should go, but we ended up having to change some things because of the rain. She was very flexible and helped make everything seamless! She was very attentive, worked with my photographer to keep the day running smoothly and kept me in the loop every step of the way! During the reception she was on the dance floor teaching line dances, and put up with my friends requesting a million songs 😄 Thank You, Olivia!!

Our wedding had a few hiccups along the way but the one thing that kept us level headed was our DJ, Greg! Not only is he a great DJ but he checked on us during the dinner and asked if we needed anything, held things for us when we were running in three different directions and even got a scary man to leave the outside of the venue by de-escalating the situation by talking to him. Greg went absolutely above and beyond with everything! When my now husband was getting a bit nervous about the schedule or we needed to add something he would go and talk to Greg. Greg always responded cool, calm and collected and would say “no problem”. You can tell he is experienced and enjoys what he does! My brother and his wife had him DJ their wedding a few years back and we enjoyed him so much we asked for his information. He was the first vendor we booked for our wedding because we knew we wanted him. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a DJ! He is such a good guy and his positivity is contagious!! I have been a guest at several weddings where Ryan Riesenbeck has been the DJ/Master of Ceremonies and I walk away impressed every time. I have seen other DJ's in action and nothing against them, but Ryan is a professional MC and you can tell the difference. His personality is laid back but fun and you can tell he cares a lot about making his clients day smooth and stress-free. I have referred him a few times now and he hasn't disappointed. Ryan Riesenbeck is someone you can rely on 100%.

DJ Jared Metz was our DJ, and it was the best decision we made! Jared was very professional, attentive, fun, and an excellent MC. Our experience from beginning to end was absolutely wonderful. We talked to Jared virtually and met with him in person, which solidified our confidence he would be an amazing choice to help guarantee it was the best night. He played all the songs we asked and kept the dance floor packed the entire night with the best choices of music for all age groups. Many friends and family said it was the most fun wedding they have been to and how impressed everyone was that the entire dance floor was crowded and energized until the very end. Jared helped us have the best celebration we could have ever imagined!

Our daughter just got married this weekend. Jemal went above and beyond and was a wonderful to work with; outstanding job! He made the wedding smooth and stress-free, and provided a wide selection of songs. Jemal had high energy and all ages of guest enjoyed him throughout the evening. It was a great experience and I highly recommend DJ Butler for your event. We cannot recommend Jemal enough and can’t thank him enough for all of the hard work and attention to detail he put into our daughters special day.

I am particular about the music I like, so I was very selective. After interviewing numerous candidates, I choose DJ Butler for our 50th wedding and very happy with my choice. Greg Ruschman was great from the start! He met with our planning group a month early and had great input. We had an additional guitarist before and during dinner that Greg easily dovetailed with him to make an easy transition. We gave Greg a list of our ‘have to songs’ and some of our favorites that he mixed in with crowd favorites to encouraged dancing. A few people said the music was loud, but others said it encouraged dancing. Guest that danced said the volume of the music was fine. Greg arrived very early to meticulously set up his equipment in the dance area and inside our venue(French Park). I would highly recommend Greg for any event. He is an excellent listener, and I respect him as a person and DJ. We would not hesitate recommending him for any event. We would be thrilled to have him as our DJ for any future plans we have. My wife and I highly recommend Greg. Our guests feel the same.

Andrew Dj'd my June 1st wedding and everything went so well. He had a great personality and read the room well. The only "mistake" we had was our reception entrance music was started at the wrong time but honestly no one noticed and we were way too happy to care. Received many compliments on his song choices and will for sure recommend him in the future to other brides.

Olivia Watson was our wedding DJ and she was absolutely incredible! She did such a good job of listening to what we wanted and playing music we liked that also kept people on the dance floor! We loved every song that was played and our dance floor was packed from the first song to the very last! She helped to make our reception perfect!!

We had our daughters wedding last Saturday on our family farm. Greg Ruschman was the DJ that we secured from the company DJ Butlers in Crescent Springs, KY. He was absolutely perfect! He met with us a week beforehand to go over the playlist and to get a schedule of what he needed to announce. The sound equipment was perfect. Our minister wore a microphone, the speakers were wireless, and the acoustics were clear and loud enough for everyone to hear the ceremony! He was vibrant and kept the party flowing all evening!!! I could not have asked for anything better and the price for his service was super reasonable! I would recommend him and DJ Butlers to anyone needing a DJ!!!

I didn’t realize how important this was until last weekend when I attended a wedding with a bad DJ. Ryan made sure there were no awkward silences of pauses in our big day. And can we talk about his dedication? Despite my last-minute music list submission at 2:47 am (thanks to the chaos of wedding planning!), he never missed a beat. He followed up with me, ensuring all our favorite tunes were ready to go, and sure enough, he delivered an unforgettable soundtrack for the reception. Andrew absolutely knocked it out of the park!! He was the DJ for both our ceremony and reception. Our ceremony was beautiful and meaningful. The reception was an absolute blast!!! Jared was the DJ for our high school’s winter dance. He was absolutely amazing! He kept the dance floor packed and created a special night for our students. Chaperones and students went out of their way to let me know how great the DJ was and the students are looking forward to having Jared chaperone their prom in May!

We hired Jared Metz for our wedding on 11/3/23. We met with him 2 weeks before the wedding via zoom call as that was our preference. Jared helped us decide on timing and music for the ceremony. He provided suggestions when we were unsure what we wanted and helped us work through how to add in extra dances. Jared prepared our officiant before the ceremony and helped make last minute announcements. He was able to adjust the timing for a last minute change to the ceremony. He played all the songs we wanted for each event throughout the night. Once the dance floor began, he played continuous hits from our requested list. If he played a song that was not specifically on our list, it still matched the energy on the dance floor and there was no interruption. Jared shouted out a special song for my dad, but when he noticed I went looking for him outside, he let me know he would play another song and wait for my dad to return. He was very attentive and kept a great energy throughout the night. He even gave us an extra half hour on the dance floor (I told him to cut the music at 10:30 in our meeting, but I was having such a good time that night he offered to play until 11). We had so many compliments from wedding guests about the music and we danced all night. It was such a fun time and we owe a lot of that to Jared. Thanks so much for making our wedding amazing!

Olivia was our dj for our 10/7/23 wedding at Alms Park. She did a great job setting everything up for our ceremony string quartet, and flawlessly switched over to cocktail hour music. She did a great job using our playlist and incorporating some other songs that matched our music preferences.

We loved DJ BUTLERS!! Brent Wells was the freaking man, let me tell you everyone!! I mean this guy was on his game from the start and is worth every penny you can afford. There wasn't a song he didn't have and he has advice for everything that you need, as far as song suggestions, etc. They have the absolute best sound equipment ever and lighting in the business. He was very professional and very prompt and very helpful in every way. We definitely refer Brent Wells 100% of the time, every time. This guy was the DJ for my sisters wedding last year as well and this year my other sister wanted him to DJ their wedding as well. The dance floor was packed from beginning to the end of the night. Worked well with the children in the beginning that was running all over the dance floor. He definitely knows how to coordinate songs as well through out the night and knows how to mix music for sure!

Great is very intentional, always making sure you have everything you need on your special day. We had the PERFECT day thanks to Andrew Kiner!!! He did such an amazing job as our DJ for the night. During our planning meeting, he provided us with some ideas for things we forgot about such as a Welcome Speech at the reception, what type of music to play during dinner, etc. Throughout the night he was attentive and let us know ahead of time when certain things were coming up on the timeline. He was also super flexible when we wanted to start our first dance a little early and do a cake cutting, as well as making a few announcements for us throughout the night. Towards the end of the night, Andrew let us know that we were 2-3 songs short on our playlist vs when the reception was supposed to end. We were able to work with him to add a few extra songs to finish out the night seamlessly. We had multiple people come up to us throughout the night telling us how awesome our DJ was! Overall, Andrew did an amazing job and really helped the party come to life! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

I cannot recommend Greg Ruschman from DJ Butlers enough! Many DJs told us that we would not be able to find a DJ in our budget. Lucky for us, DJ Butlers was one of the very few that fell in our budget, and they were worth every penny! Greg was phenomenal! Our experience with Dj Butlers was AMAZING!! We cannot thank Jemal enough for helping us to throw such a great wedding. Jemal was very entertaining and kept everyone on the dance floor. The night ran so smoothly and he took care of everything for us without a worry. Our first initial call was with Fred who made us feel at ease and confident in their services. We did not expect so many guest to stay as late as they did and they were disappointed when we forced to shut down. So many guest told us how fantastic Jemal was!

Our entire experience with DJ butlers was excellent. Fred, the owner, was prompt with responses, upfront about pricing, and all around respectful. We realized last minute that we needed an extra sound system for our ceremony and he threw it in for just an extra hundred bucks. What a deal! Our DJ, Jared, was extremely professional, willing to do the extra work, and was very friendly. He played great tunes based our request list and kept our guests on the dance floor. He truly made the evening a blast! Additionally, he passed along any and all pictures/videos he took during the night. This company was the obvious choice for us. They had competitive prices and were willing to do whatever was asked.
