Above all, Danny created a special memory for me that I will never forget. I gave him a cassette tape with recordings of me singing many songs as a child, but one in particular was Butterfly Kisses. Danny was able to take this recording and mixed it with the original song to create my unique father daughter dance song. He went above and beyond and created CDs of all songs that were on the cassette so that we could listen to them in the future. This is a memory that I will never forget and I have Danny to thank for all of this. Hire Danny for your wedding, you won't regret it!!!

He is extremely organized with his music sheets, forms, etc. If you ever need song tips, he's your guy! Danny walked us through all the need-to-knows and worked with us to come up with a game plan for our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception music. Day of, everything was seamless! Danny did a beautiful job with the ceremony and song transitions--he also provided mics for our officiant. The cocktail hour was bumping! We received so many compliments from our guests raving about the cocktail hour and song choices. Bridal party entrances were awesome--Danny learned to pronounce everyone's names without hesitation and was fluid with each pair that walked into the room. And, to no surprise, the dance floor was packed from the moment my husband and I finished our last dance welcoming everyone to join us until the lights went and it was time to head out. I've heard of two DJ Danny Walsh stories where groomsmen danced so hard that they've split their pants. One wedding, I was actually a witness (haha); the other, fortunately, I did not. But that goes to show what a vibe Danny can throw. If you are unsure of what types of music to play at your wedding, don't hesitate, Danny has your back. Danny also offers fun dance floor lighting packages. We added lightening a week before the wedding and it was a great addition! Highly recommend to get everyone pumped up! Thank you, Danny Walsh! During family photos, he ran around the venue (to avoid photobombing) with a chair and appetizers for us so we could keep our energy up. Most importantly, he kept the mood and music just right, and kept people having a great time during cocktails and dancing. We closed down the night with a healthy crew on the dance-floor. Everyone I've talked to about the wedding has mentioned our great DJ. I understand I'm gushing, and this probably sounds a bit over the top, but hiring him was easily the best decision we made in all of the planning process. Finally, Danny is clearly well regarded in the industry on the Cape, because every other vendor we dealt with knew him and complimented us on our great taste in DJs. Another friend of his was photographing at another venue nearby and saw my wife and I practicing our first dance right beforehand. The friend got a great (and hilarious) candid of us, and sent it to Danny to show us. Danny was a complete professional throughout, and gave some great hints while helping make our (sometimes last-minute) requests a reality. He was way more than just a DJ, and he really brought the whole day together. I feel really lucky that we were able to get him. Please, do yourself a favor and hire him first before you worry about any other vendors.

've been to. Before even booking our venue, we booked Danny and it was the best decision we made. From our first conversation, we knew we were in good hands. His confidence gave us no worries, and you could tell he really knew what he was doing. Leading up to wedding day, all our other vendors asked us "Who is your DJ?". When we told them who we had they all said "You're lucky, you seriously got the best of the best." After hearing so many compliments, we definitely had high expectations, and to say he exceeded them is an understatement! Every single song he played had people of all ages dancing nonstop. He made it absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to leave the dance floor! We actually had friends say "Your DJ ruined any chance of us having a better wedding because he set the bar so high." We had my parents friends tell us "Your DJ brought us back to when we were younger. I felt like I was at my own wedding again!" Danny was so attentive to the guests, and he was constantly staying on top of the music; I don't think anyone could've read a crowd better. We are so happy we booked Danny as our DJ, he truly gave us (and many others) the best night of our lives.

It had a lot of wonderful suggestions, and we ended up using some of the songs he recommended! In addition to providing DJ services, Danny provided uplighting for our reception venue. Our wedding color was purple, and Danny arranged lights around the room to give the whole space a purple hue. It added a very fun and festive element to the celebration! Danny provided DJ services across our wedding day, beginning with the outdoor ceremony, where Danny provided processional and recessional music, as well as a microphone for our service. Danny also provided beachy (e.g., Kenny Chesney, Zac Brown Band, etc.) music for our cocktail hour, at our request. My husband and I love country music, and Danny played perfect music to cater to our personal taste, and also engage our guests. Danny did an amazing job introducing the wedding party, getting the energy up in the room, and setting the tone for the reception. During the reception, Danny played instrumental music from our favorite movies and shows (e.g., Game of Thrones, Lord of the Rings, Star Wars), at our request, during our dinner hour. This was a fun way to incorporate our interests into our day! Danny did a fabulous job of gaining guest attention for important events throughout the reception (e.g., cake cutting, parent dances, etc.), and perfectly announced each event. Following dinner, Danny can be solely attributed to keeping our dance floor fun and packed! We had a wide range of ages in our guests, and Danny read the room and played music to keep everyone up dancing the whole night! Danny is the best DJ I have ever seen at a wedding!

From the outdoor ceremony (where he set up outside and the sound was great!), to the intros, speeches, cake cutting, first dance & father-daughter, he dictated the flow of the timeline perfectly and with ease. He made our whole wedding party very comfortable and dealt with a last minute line switch perfectly. He took a few of the important song requests (from my parents and the best man), but otherwise chose all the dance music and it honestly couldn't have been more perfect. There was never a pause and the dance floor was full all night. His mixes were amazing too! Our best man requested Nice for What request by Drake and his transition to this song was unbelievable - probably our favorite part of the night! My parents are really into music and they had a few requests, plus we had a few requests of our own. Danny didn't miss a single one. So attentive to detail and just really on his game. We ended our night to Tom Petty's American girl, which happens to be the first song my husband and I danced to and I'm am so happy we picked that song! Book Danny Now!!!! I will say that all our other vendors were telling me how lucky I was to get him because he books up fast and now we know why!! y a great guy. We live 2,000 miles away from Cape Cod and to help introduce himself we had our first meeting was through FaceTime and then later on in person. Danny asked what type of music we liked and if there was any kind we'd like to stay away from and made the whole process painless. He provided the ceremony sound equipment as well as the reception. My husband and his mom, for their mother/son dance, asked Danny to help him blend two songs together and our guests loved it! We used Danny for a wedding occasion but whatever event you need a DJ at, Danny is your man. I highly recommend him.

Get the dance floor party lights - they made for an extra fun post-dinner dance party! Danny exceeded our expectations in every way - you can't go wrong booking him for your special event!

He made great suggestions about songs we wanted that may clear the dance floor so we followed his suggestions. His bridal party introductions were flawless. And most importantly, the dance floor was packed the entire night. He matched beats from one song to the next PERFECTLY and even responded to the crowd reactions. We put a lot of 90s hip hop and pop on the playlist and the crowd liked it so much that he threw in some extra 90s music and we all loved it. Danny is a professional and was one of the nicest people I've ever worked with.

. In our opinion, the DJ was probably the most important because thats what most people will remember- was it a good party? Our dance floor was electric, and while you can attribute it a lot to a crazy crowd + open bar, Danny never gave them a reason to stop dancing. In fact, it was the opposite. Each song was better than the last, as crazy as it sounds. It wasn't just us thinking this either. We were repeatedly approached by our guests (of all ages-20-80) throughout the night raving about the DJ. The next morning at brunch is was one of the big topics of discussion. Our pre wedding experience with him was great. He met with us in person a couple times to review exactly what we wanted and remembered literally everything. My advice to you? If you're getting married lock him down for your event ASAP because the guy is money! Thanks for everything Danny- you're the man. -Jeff & Angelica

was for people to be having fun and dancing all night long and because of Danny, that's exactly what happened! Everyone was up and on the dance floor from the very beginning to the very end. We left the song choices up to him and he did an amazing job reading the crowd and knowing what songs to play when to keep everyone dancing! People are still telling us how great our DJ was weeks later! If you want people dancing all night long, go with DJ Danny Walsh!
