He made choosing songs for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception so simple with his forms and followed those with such great detail. Productions was wonderful! Rachel was always very quick to respond to our emails and questions. As a couple who had to reschedule our original date due to COVID-19, DJ Dave Productions was very easy to work with and understanding when we chose a new date. The package we went with included a photo booth, which was through a 3rd party company contracted by DJ Dave productions. The photos from the photo booth were great and the attendant very helpful and accommodating. The only downfall was that leading up to our wedding we never received any information/correspondence from the photo booth company which was Picture Me Houston Photo Booth. A month before our wedding, Rachel with DJ Dave Productions provided me with the contact information for the photo booth and I had to reach out to them in order to select a template etc. Once the template was selected I was told by Picture Me Houston that I would receive a proof in a few days. Over 2 weeks later and we still hadn't received the proof from Picture Me Houston and I had to follow up with that company again. Everything worked out fine, I just wish the 3rd party companies that DJ Dave Productions contracts for things such as photo booths were as quick to respond and follow through with things as the people at DJ Dave Productions are.

Our guests were partying until the end of the reception! Dave also helped with a monogram and colored lighting to match the venue. Excellent choice!

s that you can schedule either an in-person meeting or phone call with them online. We decided to do an in-person meeting with DJ Dave ( owner) and his daughter Rachel (General Manager); in that meeting they went over the services and different packages that they provided and showed the online planning tools that they had to help you choose your music for the day of. We decided to go with 5 hours of DJ coverage & at the time they were doing a deal that you could get 12 uplights added to your package for free. They have a number of DJs that work for them, so when you tell them what day your event is they will tell you which DJs are available to work your event. From those available DJs, you can chose which one that you want. We had initially chosen one DJ, but ended up having to chose a different DJ when the first choice was no longer available. They were very quick to communicate this to their clients, which definitely put us at ease. And to be honest, it probably was a blessing in disguise because Nick was the absolute best from our initial phone call with him a few weeks before the wedding to the day of our wedding. One of the best selling points for us was that we were able to provide an Apple playlist for our cocktail hour to make the event represent us ( it was nice not to just pick a genre that we didn’t have a connection to). Day of, Nick showed up hours in advance to set up all his equipment inside and out. He was very professional and read the crowd quite well, keeping people dancing on the dance floor. Before the last song played, he came over to ask us if there were any songs that we hadn’t heard yet that were an absolute must. Definitely something that showed that he really cared about his clients experience. We would definitely recommend this company to any couple in the area.

ith Dave a couple of weeks before our wedding and he had a list of all the main songs we submitted - intro, father/daughter, mother/son, cake cutting, last song, etc. He assured us that he would be checking the pulse of the room as songs came on. I.e. if a song didn't seem to get people moving, he'd move on, and I really appreciated that! We wanted our guests to really enjoy the reception and party to celebrate our marriage that day and it was really perfect. Definitely recommend DJ Dave!

all of our favorite songs were incorporated throughout the night and he helped to keep everything on schedule. Most importantly he got everyone on the dance floor and kept them there all night! He brough some party lights with him too that just took the fun to another level. Thank you DJ Dave for helping us and our families and friends to make some amazing memories on the dance floor!

He took requests and merged them effortlessly into the playlist and he was able to mix the very diverse group of songs we put on our "love" list and get them all played. The only announcement hiccup was in the beginning when we were trying to get a group photo of all the guests, Nick told everyone to face one way and the photographers were saying the opposite so everyone was confused. If I could do it again I would tell the photographers to just let Nick direct the night, he was so professional and on top of it. I would recommend him to any and everyone!

Rachel was our main point of contact and she was incredibly helpful and kind. She was always quick with responses and very informative. We had a phone call talk through with our DJ roughly two weeks before the wedding which allowed us to review the details and also allowed him to get to know us a little more before our big day. On the day of, DJ Nick was energetic and on top of the timeline. He worked very well with my coordinator and other vendors on the day of as well and was incredibly professional. He took day of requests through an app and also by me talking with him and requesting songs I remembered that I wanted played at the last minute. Our dance floor was packed the entire night and he really paid attention to the crowd. Our guests haven’t stopped taking about the DJ yet! We are very happy we booked DJ Dave Productions!

He made sure everything went smooth and allowed us to contact him even for the minor issues and continued to strive to ensure that we were always accommodated for the our wedding. Ish kept the reception moving on-time, kept everyone on the dance floor the whole night, and made every single one of our guests who came up to him feel special. Ish didn't treat our reception as just a "gig" - he treated it like he was facilitating a special experience for the two of us, our family, and friends! If you want to guarantee a good time on the dance floor - just book someone from DJ Dave (although i recommend Ish). You'll never have to worry and you won't be disappointed.

the night was going because BOY the party was ALIVE!!! Everyone kept saying that it was the best wedding they have ever been to including their own weddings. Our timeline did not go as planned at all, so our wedding coordinator had to change a lot of the order of events, and our DJ, Nick, did a great job going along with the plan. I wouldn't have had it any other way! They only reason why it is not 5 stars is after the wedding, my maid of honor/sister told me that he was supposed to make some announcements about the wedding favors and didn't which is why I have about 100 glass wine tumblers. I honestly do not care though just sad that my guests didn't take their gifts... BUT I have no idea if anyone actually told him to say something. Weddings are crazy and no wedding is 100% perfect, but ours was 98% perfect! A lot of that goes to our amazing DJ. My sister is getting married next year, and I am almost positive she will be hiring DJ Dave again!!! I wouldn't recommend anyone else! Definitely pick them!! Also, they were more than willing to adjust their packages for our wedding since we didn't need a DJ for our Catholic ceremony. They were able to do the music for our garden cocktail party instead which from what my family tells me- was tons of fun! DJ Productions was fun, professional, and SO reliable! They were there to help me through the wedding planning process, and I never worried about a single "DJ/music" detail.

From the MOMENT the music started, people were on the dance floor from 6 PM until last call at 11 PM. Dancing all night, sweating their butts off, having the time of their lives. We had multiple people come up to us saying it's the best and most fun wedding they have ever been to. I am SO GLAD we went with DJ Dave. The flow between rap to rock to country was perfect. We were able to plan our favorite songs, songs we hated and songs we liked. We were also able to do a wedding planner sheet with songs for the entire ceremony. Everything was so professional. Rachel responds immediately to any and all inquiries. I truly cannot say enough and sing their praises - they made our wedding the party that it was. I would choose DJ Dave 100000x over and recommend them to any and all brides looking for an amazing DJ.

When my husband and I requested that our songs times be cut and faded for the father/daughter and mother/son dances, DJ Dave happily accommodated. My husband and I have a very broad and eclectic taste in music and DJ Dave effortlessly flowed our contrasting genres into a seamless playlist. DJ Dave can really work a dance floor! He’s really great at reading the crowd and giving the people what they want! So many of our guests were saying that our wedding was the most fun they had ever had at a wedding! Thanks to DJ Dave our wedding was a huge success!

nce to the send off, Mark made announcements with solid “presence” and created an exceptional atmosphere. Our dance floor was packed for the entire reception, and the time went way too quickly! DJ DAVE / Mark provided excellent service with minimal effort from us. I give them my highest recommendation.

DJs. He was nice, informative, and easy to talk too. Next we met Dave the owner. He was also so nice and easy to talk too. It was right then that we knew we needed them at our wedding. We booked them right then and there. They had easy payment plans and since we booked them then we got a bunch of upgrades for free. Their online portal was easy to use and super helpful in planning the night. A week before our wedding we got a call from Mark and went over songs. We had a few gaps and Mark was able to help us fill those in with songs that we liked. My husband and I didn't want the top 40 playing all night an Mark made sure to have a great variety. The day of the wedding Mark showed up on time and was ready to go. We had an outdoor ceremony and indoor reception. For the bridal processional I wanted to have Tale as Old Time playing by a celloist from YouTube playing, Mark found it and played it and it as great, people were crying. He really went above and beyond for our wedding. He kept the party going all night long. One of my favorite parts was when Mark took a minute and came out and danced with everyone! I will never forget that moment. He was more than a DJ, he was guest, friend, and at the end of the night family. DJ Dave Productions made everything so easy about having a DJ. Book them and you won't be disappointed. If you have the opportunity to have Mark, you will be in great hands and will have a blast!!!

Our first contact was with Rachel and she was very pleasant and professional to deal with. She always responded to my emails promptly and kept me informed. Everyone was so professional throughout the whole process. They were so thorough and dedicated to getting things just right for the wedding day including providing the ability to pick songs for each step of the reception online beforehand. I also liked the fact that all the DJ’s are musicians. That told me that they really loved and appreciated music and that they enjoyed sharing it with others. The wedding would not have been the same without DJ Dave and we are so grateful to Scott and the rest of the staff for making this such a wonderful memory for us and all our guests!! You exceeded our expectations and we will recommend you to anyone who is in need of a great DJ!!!
