He did a great job the day of the wedding with setting the tone during the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Our only issue was that he played a lot of songs that weren't on the dance playlist we gave him (which could have just meant a lot of guest requests--but we feel there should have been more of a balance so that we could enjoy the music we paid for as well). But he did play an extra two songs at the end of the night, including one when they were actually packing up. Overall, a great DJ--we'd highly recommend him to anyone!

stance was difficult at times. Dwight emailed me back right away after I contacted him with all of the information I was looking for. He worked with me and answered all of my questions. Once we arrived to the island he met my us to go over the timeline and songs. He was very professional and we could tell that he was passionate about his work and making sure he delivered exceptional customer service. We had 8-10 specific songs we wanted for our ceremony and reception and he was right on time with the requests. He also had flexibility to choose his own songs and did a fantastic job selecting songs for our mixed crowd. I wasn't expecting to dance much at all during our reception and I was on the dance floor pretty much the whole night. Our guests gave us several compliments about how great Dwight was. He was early and all set up once we arrived for photos prior to the ceremony and had a staff with him that ensured everything was covered. I would recommend DJ D-Lyte for any DJ needs you have.

Dwight had superb communication and replied quickly via email and was always available to chat on the phone. He was helpful in recommending other vendors as well as giving suggestions for the timeline to help things run smoothly. His equipment and skills are top notch, but what is most outstanding is his kind and patient character. He is punctual, professional, and made our day so very special for us. He even brought his own photographer to take photos of guests dancing - which he provided free of charge. His photographer even took of couple of important pictures my photographer missed (the cake display!) and the photos were good enough to include in our photo book. He also flawlessly keep to the schedule and kept things moving smoothly. When it came to dance time he kept the dance floor packed seamlessly flowing into song after song. the older folks and younger folks, and reached across our multicultural family (Venezuelan, Korean, American). He had a beautiful setup: he had a white facade to cover his equipment that blended well with my white tent, beautiful uplighting, and dance floor lights that made the dance floor fun. My wedding venue manager told me afterwards that he had absolutely no problems with Dwight's volume, which I was surprised about since the music sounded plenty loud to me (in a positive way)! My wedding coordinator told me that he arrived very early to setup and had only good things to say about him. What I really appreciated a lot about Dwight was how flexible he was with regards to both the location of my cocktail hour and the possibility of rain at my wedding. My cocktail hour was a few hundred feet away from the reception, but he was able to setup a speaker over there so that people could still enjoy music and hear his announcements despite it being far from the reception setup. I told him about the likelihood of rain (which thankfully did not end up happening), and how I would have to move the cocktail inside. I was ready to give up on cocktail hour music if it rained, but he came up with a solution so that he could still provide music for the guests despite the complicated alternative setup. Overall, I could not have asked for a better DJ/EMCEE than Dwight!!

From superior quality sound, clean lighting, video/picture projection, to various Mic’s to pass around the crowd, he has it all. He is very organized and presents a professional image!
