tire evening, as he made sure he pronounced all the names right and made announcements when we needed him to. He took some liberties with the music (e.g., did not play our cake cutting song, played some songs outside of our list), but he was fine overall and kept people dancing. The photobooth attendant was awful, however. Rather than spending most of the night around the booth and encouraging people to use it, she spent 90% of the evening at the DJ's table, which was nowhere near the booth. We had multiple people tell us that no one was there when they used it. Plus she set out all the props on the floor so people were kneeling down to pick things up. Who does that? We had to tell her to find a table to put them on - inexcusable. So we spent over a grand on a booth and absentee attendant. In all, I'd say the DJ was four stars and the photobooth was zero stars.

eremony and reception music, were very thorough and included many things we had not thought of previously. My husband and I had some unique ceremony music that we chose, and our DJ, Jen, executed the pre-ceremony music, entrances and exits flawlessly! Our goal for the night was to have our guests out on the dance floor having a blast, and I can't remember a time during the reception that it wasn't full! Jen did an awesome job keeping the energy up, mixing guest requests and our playlist that we provided her with. We still are receiving compliments from guests about Jen and they're well deserved!

mmunication problems before the wedding (not getting back to us) but we were able to iron those out about 1.5 weeks prior to the wedding. She had good music ideas, as well as selections. Overall, good experience.

e Phantom Shadow. The process was extremely easy with the worksheets that they have you fill out prior to the event. Plus, Whitney was very helpful with making sure that everything was in order and went through several rounds of proofs with us to make sure our gobo light was perfect. On the day of the wedding, Jon did an excellent job of creating an atmosphere that energized our guests and got them on the dance floor, which isn’t an easy task with a group that spans several generations. He listened to all of our requests and preferences, and from there seamlessly selected music that kept the party going all night. If you’re looking for an experienced DJ for your wedding that does more than just hit play on a playlist—that actually engages with your guests and ensures everyone is having a great time, all while being true to what the bride and groom want —I highly recommend Phantom Shadow.

s off at the exact time at particular point in a song. She executed this flawlessly by working with The Gettysburg Hotel staff by practicing beforehand. Although she was pretty great; we were a little disappointed with the music. Only because we live in Philadelphia and go out on the weekends to dance to house music and we gave her a list to play off, yet there were some off the wall songs such as the wobble (which is just awful in our thoughts and a little too -uhm much). Overall, she did a great job and for the most part attentive to our needs!

both. Which people either loved or hated, and unfortunately I was the latter. Although, I had a wonderful night parting with the family so the DJ did great in that respect. My advice would be to meet your DJ in person if possible or just define your style better then I did.

wish he wouldn't have done was include so many remixes of songs that I had requested. However, I'm sure that this could be remedied by requesting that only originals be played. :)

, from helping people in and out of the limo, loading the trunk with everyone's belongings, to making sure everyone was comfortable. Even though we were half an hour late in leaving the reception, he told us not to worry about it and even emptied out the rest of the coolers of drinks for the groom and I to take with us following the reception! I really enjoyed our service, even though it was really brief! I highly recommend Phantom Shadow Limos - timely, professional, and caring to customers!

he song on her IPhone and borrow the phone for the dance. (Horrifying) He was nervous and made everyone feel on edge.

f a freak out at first but soon got a call back and was told that we would recieve an upgrade because we had already paid for services. The DJ was great, and kept everything moving right along. He played exactly what we asked for and didn't play anything we didn't want (I was specific about certain artists not being played too). Overall I would recommend them.
