I had used an agency that bundled services and was not satisfied. This guy called me a few weeks prior to the wedding, met me in person, and put my mind to ease. Not only did he give me all sorts of contact phone numbers, I received his email address and was told anytime day or night to call him.
He played whatever you wanted for the wedding. I sent him an email that played my bridal march, wedding party entrance, and he played our first dance. I left everything else up to him and his crew.
If I had a way to contact him sooner I would have brought him on board months prior. I can't say enough positive things about this young man and the peace he put during my stressful time.
