DJ Elio was amazing, but it wasn't just the night of that makes him a great DJ, but what he does in preparation. DJ Elio is clearly very experienced working with weddings as the whole ceremony went without a hitch. Ahead of time, he sent us forms to fill out so we can tell him exactly what song to play, where to cut it, and if the song needs to be extended, he can even loop it. He included options to fill in for Wedding Party entry, first dance, etc. Every little detail was considered, he really did all the thinking for us. Mics worked perfectly, sound was crisp. I think for the ceremony, the best DJ is the one you don't even notice or need to talk to, so you can focus on getting married, and that's what DJ Elio was. He did exactly what he needed to do during the most crucial moment of the night, and he was able to function autonomously. As for the most important part, the dancing, he killed it. All of our favorite songs were played and he made sure we were on the dance floor before playing our favorites. After the wedding, our guests were still raving about the clever transitions and awesome music. I'd like to think it's my music taste that everyone loved, but really it's because DJ Elio kept a pulse on what people on the floor were vibing with at the moment, and ran with that. Last but not least, DJ Elio's better half, Sedina, was in charge of our photo booth. All of our guests loved using the photobooth and the pictures came out beautifully. Sedina was very patient with all of our guests, and made sure everyone was able to take a photo! P.S. There was one AMAZING part of the night where he found the perfect time to play "Welcome to the Black Parade" and 50 people were swaying arm in arm before going crazy when the rock part started, then straight into "Love Story" by Taylor swift. Everyone was SCREAMING the lyrics from the top of their lungs. Truly a core memory.

Elio was truly the best DJ we could have asked for! We found him 30 days before our wedding and he went above and beyond to ensure every detail was planned out prior to our big day. On the day of, he was already set up when we arrived at the venue and throughout the night he would constantly check in with me and the groom. He did more the night of our wedding than you’d expect from a DJ, he really does put in 110% effort/energy into his clients. Everyone loved his transitions and all our friends were telling us how amazing he was. We couldn’t have been happier with his services. I would highly recommend booking him for your wedding!

Elio was an absolute pleasure to work with. He takes the task at hand very seriously and works tirelessly to ensure you have the setup and set you’re looking for. We had multiple planning meetings and Elio went very in the weeds (which is what we wanted!). He helped coordinate the ceremony sound, cocktail hour music, introductions and reception set. Elio also works with your other vendors to ensure everyone is in sync the day of. All went super smoothly. He did a final check right before each big moment to in order to ensure things were good to go. The reception set was absolutely fire - our dance floor stayed active and robust the entire evening due to Elio’s great song selection and impeccable transitions. We had multiple people come up to us and say that the DJ was the best they ever had - he got rave reviews from our guests. He even surprised us with audio recordings of the toasts - a sweet personal touch. Couldn’t recommend Elio enough for your big day!

I can’t say enough amazing things about DJ Elio! He brought good vibes ALL night long. The planning process was smooth and with enough detail. After our first planning session we felt confident that DJ Elio was absolutely the perfect choice and knew exactly what we were looking for. We could trust him instantly. DJ Elio arrived early for set up, checked in with me about the order of events briefly, and even had all the name pronunciation correct. He corralled the group for introductions and executed flawlessly. DJ Elio even recommended doing the family dances after dinner with the crowd surrounding us on the dance floor. This got people right out of their seats to enjoy the dances and then start dancing themselves. There were sooooo many compliments after the fact. Do not hesitate to book DJ Elio! We received a ton of compliments on our DJ. He nailed the vibe we asked for and is very good at reading the crowds. His announcements, since he is also the MC, got the crowd going and he was very easy to work with. He prepares with you during a one month meeting and is flexible. He ensured certain people were on the dance floor before playing dedication songs. Can’t express how prepared he is and he takes the initiative to organize during the event. We recently hosted our wedding at the Saybrook Point Resort. We are very thankful that Elio was a part of the weekend! Elio’s musical expertise, extensive wedding experience, and calm organization made planning the wedding a lot of fun. The couple of planning meetings that we had with Elio on Google Meets were thorough and upbeat. Between meetings, we had access to an online portal where we were able to add song recommendations and ideas at our convenience. When we emailed a question or idea to Elio, his responses were prompt and helpful. Elio’s kindness and positive energy added so much to our wedding night. He made the most of every minute by collaborating with our vendors and guests to keep the evening flowing nicely. Our guests loved his playlists and mixing – there was never a lull on the dance floor. Our guests also noticed how dedicated Elio was to the evening. A table of elderly guests, for instance, fell in love with him after he checked to make sure the music was not too loud for them during dinner! We randomly came across DJ Elio online when we began planning and we are so glad we did: Our wedding simply would not have been such a great experience without him.

Elio provided the best DJ services! He was wonderful to work with, by listening, giving helpful suggestions, being organized and using excellent equipment. We did a lot of our own choreographed dances and sang one song, for which he was able to compile the music. He played each song perfectly which he timed wonderfully for our special event. DJ Elio was everything we wanted for our reception! My husband and I were very nervous choosing a DJ as they can make or break an event but DJ Elio put us at ease as he was very quick to respond and easy to communicate with throughout the entire planning process. He listened to all of our concerns and kept the party going throughout the night! Could not recommend him enough!

Dj Elio was amazing to work with. He was so responsive and answered whatever questions we had quickly. Throughout our wedding day he continued to check in with us to make sure we were okay with the plan and adjusted as needed. He played exactly what we wanted for music and kept us all out on the dance floor all night. Our original officiant was unable to attend and he was so helpful in helping the one we got last minute learn everything we needed him to in order to marry us. The ceremony was absolutely perfect. Elio never let us down and our guests had so much fun. We also LOVED his beautiful wife, who ran our Photo Booth, which was another big hit that our guests enjoyed. This added service was so worth it - we were gifted an album at the end of the night with all of the photos, and we will treasure them forever. You would be crazy not to book DJ Elio. His business is committed to your satisfaction, and no detail was overlooked, from the custom monogram to the seamless transitions to the smoke machine to the lights - this man has it all!

He was perfect!!! He ROCKED! From day one he was very professional and guided us along the way. He was a great MC and DJ. He really got the crowd going and we had a beautiful flow to the night. He was very intuitive with crowd .. when to play certain songs! It felt like you really understood what we were going for. DJ Elio was the best wedding DJ ever!! Absolutely phenomenal. Book him if you want all of your guests coming up to you after your wedding asking for his contact info and telling you it was the most fun dance party they have ever been to. DJ Elio is incredibly organized and communicative and makes you feel comfortable and ready in the weeks leading up to the big day. He made sure to double-check all of our details from our ceremony music to our wedding party name pronunciation, all supporting a stress-free wedding day. But what truly set him apart was his amazing performance at the wedding. He was flawless with ceremony music and introductions - all necessary and par for the course with a great wedding DJ - but then he went the extra mile. We had a unique layout where we wanted a 100 person conga line from our dinner to our reception for a dance party. DJ Elio literally picked his speaker up and carried it on his shoulder, leading us the whole way. We had a playlist ready for DJ Elio for the party, but it was clear at the outset that our list wasnt quite cutting it. We told him "make this the most epic dance party ever, no rules" and he responded. He brought our vision to life with an amazing custom mix of music to fit our vibe PERFECTLY. Our friends set it was the best party they had ever attended. We can't recommend him highly enough!!

Elio did our wedding reception this October and did a great job helping with the flow of the evening, as well as giving the crowd energy and helping us to all have a great time. We really appreciated his positivity and friendly energy and how he balanced gentle kindness and consideration with really being able to pump up a party. He also helped a lot with problems that came up during the day. When our guests started arriving much earlier to the venue than expected, he helped coordinated with the owner of the venue to help make our entrance and the dinner sooner. He also made adjustments during the evening to help things run smoother, like moving speeches to fill in wait time for dinner. Having him handle things so we didn't have to think too much about them was very helpful.

He has a such great vibe to him and we felt confident he understood what we wanted, what kind of music and vibe we wanted all night long and he absolutely delivered! Looking for a wedding DJ? Seriously- look no further than DJ Elio!!! We had Elio as our wedding DJ in October 2021, and he made the day so incredibly special. He really took the time to get to know us, and personalize our playlist for the day based on what we truly wanted. He was able to feed off of the crowd’s vibe and knew when to change the music up. He was always right there to keep us on time in regards to different events (processions, special dances, cake cutting, etc.) and made sure we were having a great time.
