DJ Emmett Florence

ing day and not only curated music that matched that but brought great energy that helped make our event even more fun. All of our guests could not stop raving about how great of a DJ he was.

ur day from ceremony to reception perfectly and was flexible when needed. His lighting amplified our backyard atmosphere and tied everything together into a fun environment. He kept people dancing all night long with a great mix of our own musical tastes, his own picks, and any on the spot requests from our guests. Not even a short spell of rain can keep this man down! He played Ironic and Unwritten which was a pro move, and kept us all singing and dancing in the rain. Everyone kept telling us how much fun they had, and I know he played a HUGE part in that. I would hire him all over again. Thank you Emmett!

the experience very positive. The acoustic guitar and cold sparks were a huge hit and a great addition to our wedding. Aside from that, he was also super easy to work with and punctual. The best!

to music planning. Instead of giving him a strict playlist, I just shared the overall vibe I was going for—and he nailed it. The energy, the flow, the music… everything exceeded my expectations. All I wanted was for my friends and I to be on the dance floor all night, and that’s exactly what happened. We had the absolute best time, and it’s all thanks to Emmett for setting the perfect tone and keeping the party going!

ivia game to dismiss guests to the buffet which was a huge hit and made the buffet line go by quickly. He also was accommodating as he helped us plan our playlist and the logistics for our ceremony. Our venue had a special noise ordinance and he was able to follow it, while still keeping the party going. It was great working with him, thank you Emmet for making our day special!

xibility when it came to our venue with limited electricity. We would recommend DJ Emmett to anyone looking for a DJ!

e. His music selection was absolutely perfect—he clearly took the time to get to know Andrew and me beforehand, and it showed in a playlist that felt so personal and meaningful. Emmett’s setup was top-notch, both visually and sound-wise, and he kept our guests entertained and engaged the entire night. His fun, professional vibe made everything run smoothly, and we got so many compliments about how great the music was. If you're looking for a DJ who truly cares, brings the party, and knows how to read a crowd—Emmett is your guy. We are so grateful to have had him as part of our big day!

erything we needed, was there with plenty of time to setup, and helped us throw the wedding dance party of our dreams. His lights made it extra fun, his music mixes were smooth and fun, and he brought energy to the dance floor. Along with that, his equipment sounded great too! We loved having him as our DJ and can truly say he was worth the money! Thank you, Emmett!

great he was!! We are so appreciative for Emmet for helping make our day so special! He was very responsive and easy to communicate with when planning, he had many amazing add-ons to choose from (we chose the acoustic set and he killed it!), and he overall did an outstanding job at dj’ing our wedding. Would 100% recommend him to anyone looking for a dj! Also to note, his wedding packages are so well priced!

floor and DJ Emmett brought them to life. Everything sounded great and he matched the energy and vibe of our group perfectly. Not to mention, the lighting setup Emmett brought was amazing! Our wedding was outdoors and the lights synced up to the music added another dimension to the ambiance. Thanks Emmett!

all of it. He was very easy to get in touch with, incredibly priced and his light set up was absolutely perfect. Everyone had a blast and we're so happy we used him!

o LOVE music and more than half our guest count personally reached out to me after our wedding either asking for the dinner playlist, or saying how much fun the dance music was. Our dance floor was packed all night and we had a crowd of all ages. Communication leading up to the event was super easy and he was always quick to respond. Stop looking for another DJ and hire Emmett, you will not regret it!!

rsonal touch that made the moment unforgettable. The highlight was his hour-long acoustic set during cocktail hour—it created the perfect ambiance. Highly recommend DJ Emmett for any event!

tt was a true professional, with great communication, a punctual arrival, and an impressive lighting setup that transformed the dance floor. He kept the evening flowing smoothly as MC, and our guests couldn’t stop raving about his music selection. The vibe was exactly what we wanted, and he made sure everyone had a fantastic time. Highly recommend Emmett for anyone looking to bring an unforgettable energy to their event!

sent him audio files for her speech. He did a wonderful job! I couldn’t recommend more!

hly recommend him for any and all events to get your party started and keep it going.

ocktail hour, and of course the reception music were all incredible. He did an amazing job of taking our ideas and bringing them to life. The cocktail hour playlist was totally up to his imagination and we received nothing but compliments on his playlist. Then the reception playlist was just *chefs kiss* people were dancing all night long. My wife and I have different tastes in music and he did an amazing job of mixing things up, keeping it fresh, and keeping everybody happy. I hope to only have one wedding but the next time I need a DJ I will be calling Emmett for sure!

tention to detail and professionalism throughout the planning process ensured that every aspect of our music preferences and timeline was meticulously accounted for. He took the time to understand our vision for the day and executed it flawlessly. During the event, his ability to read the crowd and keep the energy high was exceptional. The dance floor was never empty, thanks to his perfect selection of songs and seamless transitions. Moreover, his charisma and enthusiasm added an extra layer of excitement to the atmosphere, making our wedding truly unforgettable. Overall, we wholeheartedly recommend this DJ to anyone in need of top-notch entertainment for their special day. Five stars without a doubt!

issues with this at all!!! He listened to my and my husband's requests/music preferences and mixed that smoothly into things other people would enjoy as well. There were tons of fun mixes, awesome lighting, and great vibes overall!! We couldn't recommend DJ Emmett enough, he is amazing!!!! 12/10 should hire him for your wedding/event!!!

erything. We could not be happier with how it all turned out with Emmett!

g, and brought a great energy!

hing out to DJs for our wedding, we were met with resistance when it came to accommodating our own personal preferences and song selections. DJ Emmett showed no hesitation when asked to work with all the music we love and fully understood the vision that we were going for. I was so impressed by the attentiveness to detail and expertise when it came to timelines and moments to be captured. Our wedding was the dance party that we always dreamed of, thanks to DJ Emmett who not only played every song that we had selected, but songs that perfectly flowed together and the fit the vibes that we were going for. Additionally last minute was able to incorporate some extra uplighting that set an amazing mood. Cannot thank enough for the memories we’ll hold forever!

eally nice having a DJ to not only play music and keep the energy up, but to make sure the flow of the evening went smoothly, and Emmett far exceeded our expectations in these areas. During the wedding planning process it was really helpful for me to bounce ideas off of him and hear his tips and suggestions. We had a few unconventional aspects to our wedding, and some last minute changes, and Emmett just rolled with all of it seamlessly. He also was very kind and respectful of our religious wishes which meant a lot to us!! Overall, it was really easy to trust Emmett and let him do his thing while my husband and I enjoyed our wedding. Everyone had a great time and the dance floor was full all night - many people told us afterwards that they loved our DJ. We would absolutely recommend DJ Emmett :)

c wedding songs and our requested playlist. 10/10 recommend.

and plague mask to be on theme! He was professional and friendly throughout. We gave him a pretty hefty Playlist to go off of but encouraged him to add other songs he felt fit. We weren't interested in the usual wedding fare musically, as this was a big Halloween party, and all of his additions and choices from our Playlist flowed perfectly. They never felt jarring or out of place from the rest of the music. Timing was spot on consistently through the night. We highly recommend Emmett to anyone hosting their wedding in the area, I don't think it would have been as magical if we went with anyone else!

en it was time. He also performed and sang a solo guitar set during cocktail hour which was a perfect addition. 5 stars!

nce floor! Highly recommend DJ Emmett for any event :)

rk with. DJ Emmett helped structure the event and kept the party going all night! We sincerely appreciated his fun and positive attitude which helped create a memorable night for us and our guests.

r pressure! All of the guests loved him and we received several compliments. I considered many other DJs who were a lot more expensive, and I am so glad we decided on Emmett!

energy during the ceremony leading into the reception. DJ Emmett, as the MC, was able to host and deliver an amazing playlist that brought that energy right back. He knew exactly what songs/games/interactivity would boost crowd involvement, but also sprinkled in our personal music tastes to fit the vibe we wanted. The day was beautiful and magical and DJ Emmett was an integral part of that. It'll be a bit before we throw another large event, but when we do, DJ Emmett, without question, will be our top choice.

we wanted. He did an amazing job balancing our request of playing more deep tracks while also still playing some songs he knew everyone would love to get people dancing. On top of DJing, he was also a great MC, never missing an announcement and keeping people laughing and entertained without trying to take over the event too much. We didn't get married at a typical wedding venue but he had no issues with figuring out how to hook up all of his equipment and playing our music without guaranteed WiFi. We would highly recommend booking him!!!

re we created a timeline, confirmed all of our special music, and got all of our questions answered. Working with DJ Emmett is like working with your super talented friend. He fit in perfectly with our wedding! He made each interaction personal - it was like we had known him for a while! Our guests raved about the music during both cocktail hour and the reception, as well as loved the games that DJ Emmett played with us throughout the night, like the Newlywed Game. If you need a DJ, BOOK HIM! You will not be disappointed!!

nd a lot of fun to work with. Our guests enjoyed his energy as an MC and his music as a DJ.

His attention to detail with the lights and the games we played while our guests ate dinner was so much fun.

intuitive to what the crowd was into and throughout the night and in the days since, all of our guests raved about him! Preplanning was so smooth and all correspondence was prompt and thorough. The value is there and then some. I would book again in a heartbeat!

questions, give suggestions, and help out with anything he could. We had a conference call about 2 months before the wedding to make sure we had a solid timeline. This lifted a huge weight off our shoulders! I even asked if he could do a special song mixup for my father/daughter dance and he did not disappoint. When I arrived to my wedding as the bride, I was 2 hours before the ceremony was to begin. DJ Emmett was on time and set up quickly with no stress. Unexpectedly, the fire alarm at my venue kept going off. He kept his cool and in turn made me feel more relaxed about everything. Luckily it all worked out! He played all of our music on time and kept the ceremony and reception flowing all night. He was very charming, and kept our guests engaged the entire time. At the beginning of dinner, he even played a scavenger hunt with our guests to see who would line up for food next. This was all his idea, and our guests had so much fun with it. DJ Emmett took song requests all night and was a fantastic MC. His song choices were spot on as well which in turn made our guests say this was the most fun wedding they have ever been to. Definetly would hire him again and suggest him to anyone in need of his services. He is very professional, kind, and talented. I can’t thank him enough!!

attentive to me and my husband. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a fun and exciting experience!

weeks away from the wedding, but Emmett made us feel comfortable right away. He was so responsive and easy to talk to. We felt that we connected with him right away. He offered a DJ set and an acoustic set, which we were so excited to take advantage of. It really made our wedding special! As for a DJ he was amazing. He kept the party going all night long. He played the songs that we requested and had great ideas to make our night even more special. He provided a lot of input that we were so grateful for. We would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking for a wonderful wedding DJ that will make your wedding very special.

l the day of the wedding and he was rolling with it and made the day that much more special by keeping guests engaged! Highly recommend him and will book again if we ever need a DJ

nsitioned every song great! I would highly recommend him!!

d reception music--and then was flexible enough to adapt under pressure on the fly. Absolute professional. 10/10.

e of music we did/didn't want played. The day of the event he was very communicative and was very attentive as to what type of songs got people dancing. If any weren't a hit He quickly phased them out. He also was very open to putting song requests by guests into the mix (as long as we said it was okay). Overall we loved him and would absolutely work with him again.

s technical dj skills during the dance party too! He really kept the energy levels at the max. He’s responsive and punctual.
