We had the pleasure of having Guy Voss as our DJ for our wedding at BayPointe Inn in Shelbyville (MI) and we couldn't be happier with our choice. Guy made us feel incredibly comfortable and played the perfect songs throughout the evening. His ability to get everyone on the dance floor and keep them entertained was outstanding. He coached us on entrances and the exact timing of the songs were excellent. We received countless compliments from our guests about how fantastic he was. Guy truly made our special day unforgettable, and we highly recommend him to anyone looking for an exceptional DJ.

Amazing! Guy was great at making sure our whole night went smoothly. He kept guests engaged during the photo dash, had everyone laughing for the shoe game, and was totally open to all our ideas. Highly recommend!

Guy was amazing! He did a great job working with our venue (The Fountains Banquet Center in Parchment, MI). We hired him for the photo booth and to DJ and I definitely recommend! The photo booth was so much fun and my husband and I loved looking through the pictures of all our family and friends! Guy helped announce us, walk us through our timeline, check in to make sure if we wanted to socialize more with family before our first dance. He was extremely kind and considerate and kept the party going all night! There were guests on the dance floor for every single song! I was on the dance floor for almost every single song - it was so much fun! Thank you Guy Voss for your charisma and making our reception perfect!

Guy Voss was so fun to work with for our wedding, and did an amazing job with everything from music, to up lighting, to announcing each part of our reception! At about 90 days out from our wedding date, we had to completely change our plans and move our wedding to a different venue due to COVID-19 restrictions and Guy was incredibly flexible and willing to change venues with us, and helped us with determining our uplighting needs which ended up completely transforming our space for the reception! Guy also allowed us to select specific songs for different aspects of our night, as well as give the overall “feel” that we desired during cocktail hour, etc. He also did a great job of reading our crowd, keeping the upbeat tunes going as our guests love to dance. We were so happy with how everything turned out at our wedding and appreciate Guy’s positivity and flexibility during a crazy year of wedding planning. Thank you, Guy!!

Working with DJ Guy was an amazing experience. Since I am a wedding planner, I work with many different dj's and their different operational systems. DJ Guy provided me detailed knowledge with his equipment and what it would be capable of doing. He provided my client with two different set ups - ceremony and reception - which was an important detail (making sure guests did not have to wait for the party during the venue change). The couple decided to extend their party past the contracted time, and he handled the update with a positive attitude and professionalism. I highly recommend DJ Guy. You will not be disappointed and can depend on his extensive audio visual knowledge to incorporate just about anything professionally. Thank you Guy! It was such a pleasure to work with you.

Guy Voss was referred to us by our photographer, who said she'd been to weddings that he DJ'd and was impressed by the energy he brought out of people. She was right! Guy is a true professional. He played the perfect music at the right time, the volume allowed people to still hear each other at the tables, and he guided us through the timeline seamlessly. He got people out on the floor and everyone enjoyed themselves. His photobooth was a hit, too! We enjoyed working with Guy, and are grateful he made the trip to Grand Rapids for us!

For us, it was a no brainer to choose Guy to be our DJ. He is very easy to work with and so helpful. The music he played was exactly what we were looking for and we wish the party didn’t have to end. He always kept the energy up which was very important to us. I would highly recommend!

Guy is the best of the best! My husband and I asked Guy to travel all the way to Northern Michigan for our wedding and it was one of the best decisions we ever made. I myself am a wedding planner and had high expectations for the day and the music and Guy exceeded them all from playing music on the beach (over wind and loud waves), to keeping the crowd entertained, to fielding good (and bad) song requests - he did it all! If you are considering hiring Guy for your wedding or event, stop thinking and just do it! Even our wedding coordinator commented on how easy he was to work with. We cannot thank you enough for the BEST NIGHT EVER Guy!!

Guy did an amazing job! He did a great job listening to our requests and styles, but also felt the mood of the room. He also did a great job of moving things along in a timely manner without being intrusive to the flow of the reception. He was very professional and easy to work with. The dancing and music was the most important thing for us when planning our wedding and Guy exceeded our expectations. We danced for about 4 hours at our wedding thanks to Guy! The photo booth was also a hit and was definitely worth it. Would highly recommend him.

Guy was great! He worked with our strict must play/do not play list and made the night perfect. Between playing the right song at the right time, he helped out and brought back up equipment for our ceremony because our original plan didn't work. He helped keep the night moving and was very flexible with his schedule! I would book Guy again in a heartbeat!

Where do I even begin. Guy was an absolute pleasure to work with. From the time we booked, through any questions in between to the amazing atmosphere he helped to create the day of, we couldn't have found a better suited DJ for us. The uplighting he provided worked perfectly and helped to add a nice warmth that tied the room together. And then there was the music. Perfection. Such a balanced variety that truly kept the dance floor busy! We received so many compliments during the wedding (and continue to now that it's done). I really cannot say enough good things. Guy is an awesome DJ. We booked him based off of reviews and word of mouth and he was even better than we expected. He was easy to work with, kept the reception flowing smoothly, and was good on the spot if any changes were made. We were especially impressed with his song selections. He was great at getting everyone on the dance floor and keeping them there. Our dance floor was full the whole night. Awesome DJ for an awesome price. We can't say enough positive things about him.

Guy was PHENOMENAL!!!! My wedding coordinator told me he was the best and she was spot on! We talked on the phone once and I gave him details about how I envisioned the reception, the types of guests, and the overall vision I had for the night. My number one goal was for people to be on the dancefloor all night and Guy did not disappoint. I initially wanted to make a playlist of all of my favorite songs, but I am SO glad I left it up to Guy. He did an awesome job of feeling out the crowd and selecting songs that would be hits. The night was absolutely perfect and working with Guy could not have been better. He also brought an awesome photo booth - which everyone loved! AND he customized our photo strips for the holiday! I just cannot say enough good things! If you know your date - don't waste time - book him early!!

Guy was professional, positive, kind, talented, and fun! I could not have had a better DJ. He did everything right! Our guests loved him and stayed the whole night. He was flexible too - which was a huge help. Highly recommend to anyone!

Guy did an amazing job!! I can't sing his praises enough. He played music that the groom and I loved, and better yet, it was music that got everyone out on the dance floor. He kept the reception moving along smoothly, and he wasn't the least bit cheesy. The DJ can truly make or break the reception, but you can't go wrong with Guy!

We lived out of State and got married in Battle Creek, MI. Guy Voss was reccomended by our photographer and a family friend. We did not meet him until the wedding day, but he was FANTASTIC. Always told us where we needed to be and when (without bugging us the whole time). Played music we suggested as well as a good mix to keep people dancing. The accustics in the building where we had our reception are really bad, I had been worried that it would be too loud but he used the right speakers and set up so people could talk to each other if they were not shaking it on the dance floor. If you book Guy, you'll be happy.

Great to work with! Very professional and was not overbearing during the reception. He played all of my must-play songs, and he even allowed the night to go over for one last dance, which ended up being the best part of the night.
