We cannot recommend our DJ enough. Helker was professional, kind, and made our wedding day so special. When my wedding ring was accidentally left behind during the ceremony, he personally ran to retrieve it and truly saved the moment. Every moment from the ceremony, to our reception were handled so so well. We are so grateful for him and highly recommend!

DJ Helker was born and raised in Brazil. Helker attended a music conservatory for eight years which fueled his passion for music. Helker moved to Australia at the age of 19 and lived there for six years. There he learned to speak Spanish from the Argentinians who adopted him into their community. When he moved to the U.S. nearly two decades ago, Helker began work as a videographer. In 2009, Helker found his niche in the business of DJ'ing and weddings.

have done without him. As a bride, I was so overwhelmed with planning since, you know, I’d never planned a wedding before. But Helker went above and beyond to schedule planning meetings, walk through all the different music options, find specific songs I wanted, and really get to know me and my fiancé to ensure the music and atmosphere at our wedding was perfect for us and our wants/needs. We started by simply hiring a wedding DJ but ended up feeling like we found a friend with Helker. Couldn’t recommend him enough!!

Helker with an extensive playlist for more than 5 hours of dancing. I also had a very specific schedule with accompanying songs which Helker flawlessly executed.
Helker was incredible. All of my guests complimented on his presentation and lighting. Even those passing by the venue commented on how exciting it looked and sounded inside.
He was polite and social with everyone. He confirmed each detail prior and went out of his way to make the entire night spectacular.
I could not have been happier or more impressed. I will definitely have Helker DJ some upcoming events and would recommend him to anyone.

He was prompt, flexible, and even helped coordinate a timeline with my other vendors. The entire event start to finish went off without a snag. He handled all of our obscure requests with ease and joy, and can play any song you could imagine. He reads the room well, and matches to the music to the moment.
