We had an amazing experience with DJ Hybrid Chicago! We were originally torn between booking a live band or a DJ, but finding DJ Hybrid who offered the best of both worlds was the perfect solution. We also really wanted to work with a team that had experience with weddings, and DJ Hybrid’s expertise truly showed. They were familiar with our venue and worked with both the DJ and musicians to offer insightful suggestions that helped the day run smoothly.   We had a few “must-play” songs in mind but were unsure about curating a playlist that would resonate with everyone. The DJ Hybrid team guided us with song recommendations that not only aligned with our personal taste but also complemented the instrumental selection (We chose electric violin). The DJ onsite did an incredible job blending oldies with more modern hits, creating the perfect vibe all night.  Overall, we couldn’t recommend them more highly—they went above and beyond to ensure our day was everything we hoped for and more.

We recently had the pleasure of booking DJ Hybrid for our wedding, and they absolutely nailed it! From start to finish, the experience was seamless. Marisa made the entire booking process a breeze—helping us with everything from onboarding to selecting the perfect songs, and even matching us with the ideal DJ for our big day. On the wedding day itself, everything went perfect. One of the highlights was the Tenor Saxophone performance, which was a huge hit! The saxophonist jumped right into the crowd, and it was a moment that our guests couldn’t stop talking about. As for the music, DJ Hybrid hit the balance between our personal song requests and reading the crowd. They kept the energy high, and the dance floor packed all night long. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience—DJ Hybrid helped make our wedding unforgettable!

We hired Funktastic Productions for our wedding reception, and they completely exceeded our expectations! We opted for their “hybrid DJ” service, which included a DJ, a saxophone player, and a drummer—and it was the best decision we made. The combination of live instruments with the DJ created an incredible energy on the dance floor. The saxophone added a touch of elegance and soul, while the drummer brought an unbeatable rhythm that kept everyone dancing all night. They read the crowd perfectly, mixing songs that appealed to all generations, and kept the vibe fun and exciting from start to finish. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how unique and entertaining the music was, and we’re so grateful to Funktastic Productions for helping make our wedding reception unforgettable.
