ave a spotify playlist you want to listen to? Well, their UI will allow you to easily share a playlist for your selected songs. It could not have been easier, and Brian really cares about what you want for your day and avoids the usual rogue DJ that wants to play songs they want to listen to. During a final sit down meeting the week before your wedding, he will comb through any and all details with you so he can completely understand the vibes and desires and perfectly compliment them as needed. In all, we could not recommend DJ Indiana enough for your events as he has a complete system, not only in the physical setup, but also with the pre-service system. Brian is the man!

ity. Brian was extremely helpful and communicative during the planning process. We were able to use his online portal to create custom playlists for every part of the day and also for guest requests, which I loved. He created a detailed itinerary that reflected all of our plans and requests. Overall, his attention to detail gave me so much peace, as an anxious bride. Then, on our wedding day, he did an awesome job coordinating the ceremony and reception music and getting people on the dance floor. My biggest complaint was my grandma requesting too much music from the 60s (lol), but as soon as my husband mentioned it to Brian, we were back to the kind of music we preferred. I would absolutely recommend DJ Indiana. Thank you Brian!!!

We also opted to add on the dance floor uplights and they truly added to the overall experience and really kept the party going! go over the website for organizing the music. There are a lot of pre made slots for songs which helps you to think about what you need. DJ Devon was great, he met with us a few weeks before the event. We ended up picking our music only a week or so before the meeting because there was so much else going on 🤪 but that didn't cause any issues. We ended up connecting it to spotify to get most of our songs added (although we found out later that our DJ couldn't get a link to the spotify song through the system). Despite this, we had no issues with any of the songs. We did have one or two unique songs we wanted which we gave the youtube links for. Devon found all the right songs and everything went off without a hitch. We ended up switching from outdoor to indoor a few days before the event (sad weather 🙃) and he adjusted quickly. We had the package that had extra speakers, which he used to great effect on the day of. He was great with announcements, checking in with us a few times and liasoning with our day of coordinator and Photographer to make sure the timing worked out. After that, he was very good at keeping the dancing going. He ended up pulling out a line dance (we didn't rule out but didn't request) and people loved it, so kudos on reading the room well. All this to say, we would definitely recommend DJ Devon for your event!!

I told him I wanted to know more about the DJ he was going to assign to my event and within minutes he connected us to our DJ Devon. From the first contact, we had a good feeling about Devon and we were not disappointed. DJIndiana has a wonderful website where you can select all your songs if you want to. The bride and groom wanted to play a particular CD during the cocktail hour and Devon was not able to find it the right way online so he met me to get the CD. user friendly. There is a section which includes a schedule with the entire wedding timeline which you can use to plan your whole wedding. Brian was fantastic to work with, he offered to meet us in person or call to go over all the details. He played all of the music that we requested. The lighting package included looked cool and was synced with the music. He suggested the upgrade for the uplighting and we are so glad that we did. He provided a great service and kept us on time - even ahead of schedule. For an expert and professional DJ, this was very affordable pricing. For the size of our venue, the music seemed a little too loud at times according to a couple guests, but overall we very happy with the services provided by DJ Indiana. We would recommend them for any wedding reception!

he information that he requested and even gave him detailed timelines to ensure correct song placements. When the wedding day arrived, he was running late and was confused as to the order of the wedding day and the start time of the ceremony, along with when he needed to start playing music. All of this information had already been discussed in detail before the wedding. We had a very special song that we wanted to be played during the bridal processional. We made sure that the song title and artist name were clear beforehand and specified when it needed to be played. When the time came for the bridal processional song to be played it was the wrong song. At the reception, there were moments when the DJ was unsure of the order of events and what needed to happen next. He was willing to be relatively flexible at times, which we appreciated, and he also brought the equipment necessary.

This customer is absolutely correct. Things did not go right and I am ultimately responsible. The miscues I made were totally unintentional and I tried my best. After this couple's wedding, I emailed them twice and left a voicemail offering ...

to make a mutually agreeable partial refund. But, they have not returned my call or replied back. So with that said (if you would like to read on), I will explain what happened from my perpective. There was a misunderstanding as to the song I needed to play for the bridal entrance. The song title was entered as "Ar Ã‰irinn nÃ Neosfainn Cé HÃ". I didn't do a search on that because it had a "%" (percentage sign) in the title. I thought it was a display glitch after they copied it into my planning form. During the planning call, the groom referred this song as Maria McCool's Ireland or Irish song. Based on that information, I searched Youtube on that and found lots of songs by that artist called "A Song for Ireland". At the time, I was totally convinced that I had the right song and the right version because all versions sounded exactly the same. My protocol for when I am not totally sure about a specifically requested special song is to send my customers a Youtube URL to make sure it's right. In this case, that is what I should have done. To be fair to them, they did email me a direct link to the song the day before the wedding. Somehow, I missed that email due to spam and out-of-state travel the day before the wedding. With regards to the delay, I errored in the amount of time that it would take to track two officiants, a wedding singer, a guitar player, and a keyboard player for two different locations (to hookup to my equipment). Most weddings we do will not need all this done and therefore, less likely to be a problem. I feel it is very important to make sure that each and every microphone and each musical instrument is tested and volume adjusted in advance prior to guest seating. Even if I would have arrived much earlier to begin setup, any DJ would have been faced with the same challenges due to to the distance between the ceremony area and he reception area at this particular venue. As far as everyting else is concerned the sound quality for the musical insturments and microphones worked perfectly (and something that many underexperienced DJs often have problems with). The reception music requests were played as directed, and I made the adjustments to the bridal party introduction order as they asked. As with any wedding, things can unintentially be overlooked or initially written up incorrectly by either the client or the DJ. To remedy that problem, I will now ask my future customers to officially confirm (by email) that everything listed on a finalized DJ Announcement and Special Songs document (something that many DJs do not even do) and I will always include the Youtube Url on this document for all special songs or special versions that are obscure and not generally recognized by others.

A few weeks before the wedding DJ Brad called to clarify some spots I had missed (a few were on accident too so I was able to add those in). He was so kind and thoughtful. My husband listens to punk rock which isn't main stream. DJ Brad took the time to research the station my husband listens to and made sure to add in some songs he'd like! I was so impressed! When our ceremony was off to a late start DJ Brad asked if we'd like an announcement made to the guests so they could take a restroom break, etc and not miss the ceremony. During the reception he played every song we'd requested. He picked up on the vibes and kept it going! He was so amazing! I have never danced that long in my life and I'm not a 20 year old kid, lol. I am so happy we went with DJ Indiana! I would highly recommend them! Plus the price was a fantastic value compared to other DJ services!!

We had a unique ceremony space and reception and Brad rose to and above the challenge helping to make our special day a fantastic one. Brad made our unique location seem like a breeze to set up. The uplighting was perfect, music and sound was great) didn't even hear the ultra quiet generator at our ceremony that took place in the middle of the woods! Brad kept the guests entertained and happy and on the dance floor, played all our special songs with perfect timing, taking advantage of the moments we were on the floor. Everyone was relaxed and having fun, letting lose and being themselves. So many compliments of how natural and content everyone seemed to be and Brad's skill had something to do with that. As the bride and groom we were so busy at the reception making rounds and getting pictures, finding little time to get on the dance floor ourselves. DJ was organized, professional, flexible and on point with all our special requests and unique set-up. ommend opening up the sample online planner located on DJ Indiana home page. Once you see that, you'll know what I am talking about. We really liked the uplighting package too. It was perfectly spaced around the room. We liked it even more when it created the perfect mood for dancing by having it change colors to the music.
