My father in law started crying when he heard Michael's rendition of "Here Comes the Sun" by The Beatles. Michael was also an excellent master of ceremonies and DJ and had everyone dancing the entire night. Do not hesitate to book him or his company for your big day, you won't regret it!!!

He knew most of what we asked him to play and what he didn't know he learned perfectly. He also played during the cocktail hour which was wonderful. Mike was a pleasure to work with. It's rare to find people in that line of work, who do so many weddings a year, really take the time out for you while doing everything possible to make your particular day as special as can be. ng the cocktail reception and dinner and then broke into dance tunes to wrap up the event. He worked very closely with us to assure he played music that was both personal to bride and groom during the ceremony, but also appropriate for other parts of the day. His personality and "MC" skills were most appreciated and he took charge and made sure the events took place (father, daughter dance, toasts, cake, etc.) so that bride and family could relax and enjoy the day without making sure we stayed on schedule. On more than one occasion, I had a guest ask me where I "Found" him and told me they loved his play list and how he made everyone feel at ease and kept the "mood" light, and festive, touching when necessary and as a mother, I really counted on his expertise to assure everyone had a good time no matter what their age. I am from the mid west and have a niece getting married in Michigan in Dec and I think she would hire him if he were closer! I also found DJ innovations to be very reasonable, especially for the value they brought to our very special day.

d being our DJ. He was very good about checking with us about what music we wanted. Our guests were so pleased with the dance music that we ended up having him stay for a extra hour. We were very happy with the way Mike handled everything and his easy going personality.

We had a cocktail reception before dinner and he played classical guitar which was beautiful and never intrusive. Our wedding was small - 30 guests and everyone had a great time. My husband and I are baby boomers and we didn't know most of the songs that were on Mike's song list. He was very happy for us to make our own list of music. That was great; we had so much fun selecting songs. It was the first reception I've been to where we, and our guests, knew all of the music. Mike did a great job playing the slow songs we chose softly while we were eating dinner and then turning it up the volume and tempo a bit for dancing. We've gotten so many comments from our guests at how wonderful the wedding and reception were. I'm still smiling!

ance really added a nice touch to our wedding (which was in a tropical garden). He was very accommodating of our preferences and provides several helpful questionnaires you can fill out (including a list of songs you do and don't want played). He provided a microphone for our officiant and helped us set up for our first dance. We were very pleased.
