We had the absolute pleasure of having DJ Jawk DJ and MC our wedding, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
From the very beginning, he was incredibly communicative, responsive, and professional. He made the entire booking and contracting process so smooth and easy, which made a huge difference during such a busy and stressful time of wedding planning.
He gave us plenty of time to create multiple playlists, including our “Do’s” and “Do Not’s,” and was extremely flexible and accommodating with our itinerary and requests. He really took the time to understand the vibe we wanted for our wedding and absolutely delivered!
Everyone at our reception loved him! He kept the energy going, kept everyone engaged, and did an amazing job as both our DJ and MC. So many of our guests complimented us on how much they enjoyed the music and the overall atmosphere he created.
We would 1000% recommend DJ Jawk to anyone looking for a DJ/MC for their wedding or special event. We would absolutely book him again for any future events we have. Thank you so much for helping make our wedding night so unforgettable! ❤️🎶💍

Every transition, announcement, and playlist choice flowed perfectly. Jawk read the crowd like a pro — the dance floor was never empty, and guests of all ages were up and moving all night long. His ability to mix our favorite songs with crowd-pleasing hits made the night feel both personal and full of life.
He went above and beyond by coordinating with our coordinator and photographer to make sure key moments — like our grand entrance, first dance, and bouquet toss — were perfectly timed and seamless. The sound quality was excellent, and his setup looked polished and professional.

DJ Jawk had the impossible task of consolidating nearly 9 hours of music (3 hours for cocktail & 6 for dancing) for our 6 hour wedding in 2025. I was a little nervous given the end...
less amount of music and array of genres my husband and I wanted to play. But Jawk quickly showed us we had no reason to be nervous.
I gave Jawk a list of must play songs and a rough idea of what we were looking for and he absolutely knocked it out of the park.
My husband and I are huge nerds and on top the typical dance music you expect to hear at a wedding, we wanted a large mix of video game, anime, and film scores incorporated. Jawk easily accommodated our unique song choices during both the calmer parts of wedding, i.e. dinner & cocktail hour, and during the dancing portion. I was very happy to hear our oddball requests of “Live & Learn” and “Death by Glamour” mixed along with typical wedding crowd pleasers during the reception. Not only were our songs played, they were mixed perfectly for everyone, nerd or not, to enjoy and dance to. This was no shuffle between random disconnected genres, but instead music was seamlessly mixed and transitioned between.
Our guests danced the night away and everyone I reminisce with brings up the music as one of our TOP highlights. (And we got married at a zoo, there’s a lot to chose for a highlight, lol!)
Outside of the music mixing, Jawk was also able to accommodate our 3 areas that we wanted music played. He was also professional, communicative, and very passionate in making sure the crowd, and my husband and I, was enjoying ourselves.

For my birthday party, he seamlessly mixed music across all genres and age groups and even did an awesome kids music set so everyone felt included. The transitions were smooth, the energy was perfect, and the playlist kept people engaged all night.
His pricing is very reasonable, especially considering the quality, professionalism, and versatility he brings. It’s rare to find someone who can handle both a large school event and a milestone birthday with equal skill.

the big day, checking in regularly to make sure we had all our playlists and song selections finalized. He was open to brainstorming and bouncing ideas with us, which made the planning process feel effortless.
At the rehearsal, he was professional and easy to work with, coordinating seamlessly with our venue to ensure everything was set up perfectly. On the wedding day itself, he kept the energy flowing all night. He did an excellent job MCing during dinner and keeping guests informed, such as directing everyone through the buffet, while perfectly balancing our music preferences with guest requests.
