Jay is AMAZING! From our very first phone call with him, we knew he would be perfect for our reception. He was professional, organized and SO much fun! The dance floor of our reception was packed all night. I am so grateful we found Jay, and I would recommend him a million times over!

Jay took our reception to the next level! He was so fun and engaging and played the perfect mix of music. Many of our guests commented on how great he was — everyone from aunts and uncles to friends. He was super easy to work with and very flexible, which was amazing, as we were planning a destination wedding. I would definitely recommend Jay!!

Fitz was an awesome DJ for our wedding. He takes the time to sit down with you and get to know you and your music taste. From that, he creates an awesome playlist for your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. He knew exactly how to cut songs we loved to fit for both our ceremony and reception. He knows how to read the crowd and keep everyone on the dance floor! We also decided to have him provide uplighting for our reception, and it gave such a nice ambiance when the sun went down.

Fitz was a true professional to work with; he accommodated our myriad of audio requests with ease (including those of family and friends) and helped make our ceremony and reception extra memorable. We highly recommend his emcee/disc jockey services.

If you want your guests dancing all night, this is your DJ! Fitz Otis was our DJ and he was awesome! Didn't play too many slow songs and had everyone on their feet the entire time. He answered any questions I had in a timely manner and had a call to go over everything the day prior to the wedding. He was great!

We booked Jay Gordon as our DJ from many recommendations. We LOVED him!! Seriously the best. We met him about a month before our wedding and saw him DJ for a bit. We knew he was going to be perfect. We corresponded with him leading up to the event about all our song picks, names of everyone, etc. He was very timely in his responses and totally professional. The night of the wedding was great, the dance floor was always packed. Due to some rain, our cocktail hour was extended to a cocktail 2 hour but he played perfect music to keep people up beat and would announce updates about when dinner would be served. People were already dancing before dinner because the music was so great. Seriously we had an awesome experience and would have loved for him to DJ for us all night long. THANK YOU Jay Gordon!!!!!

Talk about knowing how to get everyone up and moving. We had an absolute blast with Fitz. He is very professional, very prompt. Works well with your personal schedule. Super knowledgeable with music and knows how to keep the party going right until the end of the night. He did both the ceremony music and the reception. Please use him!!! Just in case he may be booked out far in advance so reach out early once you know your date.

I chose Fitz off of a list of recommended vendors from our wedding venue. He was awesome. We planned the wedding from afar so we had a skype meeting about 2 weeks before the wedding and we went over the timeline and sent him a list of songs we did and didn't want to hear. He played everything we wanted and lots of other great songs. I was worried that people wouldn't want to be dancing because it was such a small wedding(~30), but the dance floor was hopping the whole time!

DJ Fitz Otis was so wonderful at our wedding he had people dancing before the salad's came out! Everyone has told us we had the best wedding every and people didn’t stop dancing all night! We also had Peter Sims do our ceremony and it was very beautiful. Both were so easy to work with while planning our wedding from out of town!

I had a great experience with Fitz, we met a couple times and I told him what I was going for with our music and the overall vibe and I was not disappointed!! I didn't even bother giving him a long list of songs I wanted played because I knew I was in great hands. Fitz is a pro and he knows how to work the crowd. Every transition went so smoothly and the reception music was fantastic! My husband practically had to drag me off the dance floor to meet the out of town guests. Every body, all ages was loving the music, dancing and having a good time. So happy we went with Fitz!

I can't thank Fitz enough for all he did to make our wedding amazing! Dancing was very important to me and Fitz had everyone on the dance floor all night long. Fitz came very highly recommended, and I honestly cannot imagine working with a better DJ. During the planning process, he was a fantastic listener but was also very willing to share his expertise. He spent a ton of time on details like what point we would fade out the music for the parent/child dances and the couple's first dance, pronouncing my Indian family's names right, and which song we'd play for the anniversary dance. At the wedding he was a breeze to work with, and kept everyone on the dance floor all night long. Our wedding was so, so much fun, and I owe that in very large part to Fitz.

We worked with Al as our DJ he did a great job with us walking us through the reception process and setting up a final meeting with us to talk about some extra details for the party, we had a few hiccups with him though but thankfully only the wedding party noticed. Our entrance song was supposed to be something different... the mother/son dance song was wrong and when our guests who were dancing asked for more dubstep they didnt get nearly enough... but Al was wonderful at creating a dance party vibe like we wanted and incorporated some traditional songs to get both sides of our family out on the dance floor!

Mark M. is the guitarist we used for the cocktail hour & dinner hour. Jay Goodley as a company may need to work on communication (they had wrong info passed along to Mark); spoke to Mark 1 week prior and cleared up any confusion. Being a musician myself I was able to really specify my needs and what type of music I wanted performed. He is a great musician, very talented.

We used DJ Jorge from Jay Goodley Entertainment and he had everyone out on the dance floor dancing! He had great recommendations as to the "flow" of the reception and it all worked out beautifully!

Finding a good DJ was really important to us, and we couldn't have been more happy with our choice! Fitz was our DJ and he was beyond amazing! He had everyone on the dance floor the whole night and our guests are still raving about how much fun they had. He went above & beyond by bringing several additional pieces of equipment so my husband could play the piano at our reception. We are so glad Fitz was our DJ - thank you for an amazing party, Fitz!!!

We heard about Fitz from one of the vendors who said that he is the best. As a matter of fact we have changed our date a bit so that we could have him as a DJ at our wedding and I'm glad we did. We have had a mixed crowd of people of different age groups and music preferences. Everyone had a great time on the dance floor. We had a lot of compliments on the mixed music selection that was presented. Over all, sensational personality, many years of experience, original and smooth with music selection.

Fitz did a WONDERFUL job at our wedding!! My wedding planner, Anna Pohl, highly recommended him and he did not disappoint! Fitz helped with the sound system at our ceremony (we had a beach ceremony), and did a great job. Our guests were able to hear all the music played and everything that was said thanks to Fitz! For the reception Fitz really made sure that each song we asked him to play for us was included in our night. He had a great sense of the crowd, and everything he played was played at just the right time. By the end of the night a few people had some requests that he didn't have in his system there but he still managed to hunt around and find them! Fitz helped make our day perfect and kept our dance floor busy all night :)

DJ Fitz is absolutely amazing! He made things so fun and easy for us! He was an incredible DJ and he arranged everything for the steel drummer to come for our ceremony. Of all my wedding vendors, he is the one I recommend the most! I can't say enough about him! Not only did he DJ our wedding, but we got married in an area we weren't completely familiar with and Fitz helped us with so many other things. He was there to answer all our questions and would get right back to us every time. I could not possibly recommend him more! He was worth every penny we spent (which wasn't unreasonable at all)!

I had the Trinidues. They were great performers. Took all of my special requests and even learned our wedding song so there was no cd's.

They provided the bagpipe player for the ceremony, the steel drum player for the cocktail hour, and the d.j. for the reception. And they all did an incredible job.

It was so important to my husband and I to have a DJ who could get our guests out on the dance floor. We both love dancing so much, we wanted our guests to enjoy it as much as we do. DJ Fitz makes it comfortable for all ages to get out on the dance floor and have a wonderful time! Even my friends who normally don't dance, were out dancing for hours!! We were slightly worried when we decided to have a dry wedding that people would not dance, but DJ Fitz pushed past that and chose amazing music to get everyone out there! He has a great ability to sense what the crowd is most into, and go with that feeling. Several friends had picked him as their DJ at their weddings as well and EVERY wedding people are having a wonderful time! Definitely suggest choosing him as your DJ!

Fitz really made the wedding run smoothly. I initially wasn't sure if we were going to have a DJ (we originally were thinking to use an ipod and rent the sound system) but he was such an important part and helped orchestrate the day. He is a pro, delivered what he promised and really got a feel for what we wanted. I would not change a thing. He took requests from our friends, changed things on the fly and was very organized. He caters to all ages and everyone was dancing up a storm. He's great!! Least expensive part of our wedding, but the most important!!!

Fitz Otis was AMAZING! He managed to keep the dance party all night long. Every song he played transitioned from the previous one perfectly! His style and choice of songs worked perfectly for every guest! I would recommend Fitz to anyone I know and already have!

Music selection was impeccable. I had provided a list and he talked through it with us then played selections that were even better. Also downloaded uncommon songs for first dance and father-daughter dance. Jay's energy was great.;Talk with him ahead of time and let him get to know your tastes. By doing this his music was perfect and our guests loved it.

He played the music that we wanted to hear adhered to our do-not-play list was not obnoxious on the Microphone. Completely professional.
