DJ Joe Sheets grew up in Northwest Indiana. Joe has always loved music from playing guitar, to dancing and singing, to starting his own DJ company! After college, he worked for 5 years at a local country radio station where he became the top DJ in his area. While working at the radio station, a friend asked if he would like to DJ her wedding, and the rest is history! Joe has been DJing for almost 10 years and loves seeing the smiles on the bride and groom's face while they dance all night long. Joe has traveled all over the Midwest DJing weddings and events and shows no signs of slowing down!

r DJ - it has always been Joe. My now husband and I have been together for almost 9 years, but even before I met Karson, I had planned to use Joe for the big day! I didn’t even know it was possible, but he exceeded my expectations! He went above and beyond to make sure our night was perfect. I did a voiceover of our daughter speaking during our ceremony, and he took the time to help me to get it all perfect for WEEKS before the wedding!
From the time the dance floor opened, it was FULL, which is exactly what we wanted. Joe is the life of the party - getting out and dancing with our guests out on the dance floor! We had so many compliments about how fun and hilarious he was. He also takes so many videos, and photos to share back with you, which is so fun and an added bonus to his business! He is so accommodating and even brought us food and drinks while we were taking pictures with our guests who were already eating.

He continuously checked on us throughout the evening prior to the dance floor opening to make sure things were going as planned and even during dancing, he’d check in to make sure the music was good and everything was flowing! The communication was beyond top tier and made the day so easy and stress free.
In additional to being the best, DJ Joe Sheets is also just plain FUN. It’s so clear he loves what he does and his joy is infectious. I have had no less than 50 people tell me we had the best DJ they’ve ever seen, and I’m still getting texts over a week after the wedding about him!! Not to mention the fact that he delivered hundreds of photos of the ceremony, speeches, and dancing. Extra photos on top of being such an amazing DJ!!

He has his camera & captures extra photos throughout the night & also takes videos on his phone. Inside at the reception, speeches were clear, music was ready at the right times and Joe had a phenomenal ability to keep the party going while blending into the background for the special moments of your day.
He was incredibly laid back and willing to do whatever we wanted to make our day perfect, but he also has good ideas to keep the day moving and dance floor full. If (when 😉) you book him, share your must have songs and moments, then give him the reins. He’ll keep the dance floor going!
On top of being a fantastic DJ, Joe is also a great photographer! He continued taking photos after our professional team left for the evening!
