We could not have had a better experience working with all our vendors; as hospitality industry professionals ourselves we recognized that we really hit the jackpot across the boards. Through our planner Rebecca Frankel with Wynn Events we were introduced to Joe Costa and his team. After talking to Joe he quickly picked up on our overall vibe and paired us with DJ Thomas Walter. As the groom I was entrusted with one item, the music. Thomas and I quickly hit it off with our shared musical interests, before we knew it what started as an “initial meeting” turned into an hour of us kicking back and forth ideas and reminiscing on favorite concert experiences. Thomas was the driving force of direction for our entire reception. He wrangled family for photos, professionally entertained overly excited guests, accommodated our must haves and do nots with the utmost professionalism. Through Thomas we made the connection to our photographer, Tiff at Hot Metal Studio. Between Thomas, Rebecca and Tiff we ended up with a stacked lineup of vendors who all knew each other, had worked together at previous events, knew the venue and all tied in to make for a day we will always remember. Joe made sure that we were on track every step of the way. Even as we worked with Thomas for the majority of our planning, Joe made sure to keep in touch along the way. If you work with any of these guys you’re going to have a seamless experience from start to finish. Five stars on The Knot, 10/10 in our books! Thanks guys!

You need a dance floor to be packed ALL NIGHT?! Well then Joe is the DJ for you. He was easy to get in contact with, helps you get the experience you are looking for, and is open to ideas. He was very affordable and has anything you’re looking for to make your dance floor unique and fun. As a couple who loves music and dancing, Joe was able to make our evening the best time of our lives. He is an all around a great guy, makes everyone get hype and involved, and is super organized. If you want your guest to talk about your wedding forever, then Joe is the guy!!

Joe was so amazing to work with! We set up an initial call where he went over every detail included with the package I planned on getting and walked me through all of the extras that I could add. The best part was, I did not feel pressured to add anything. He wasn’t trying to up-sell me on a ton of stuff, which i greatly appreciated. One of the extras Joe mentioned was a photo booth which turned out to be even better than my husband and I imagined. The Photo Booth was through Action Inc and was just incredible. DJ Joe was not available to DJ our wedding, so he connected us with DJ Karac Rhyner… Karac was outstanding, phenomenal, excellent, literally we cannot say enough great things about him! Karac was so sweet and friendly. We had two zoom meetings with him where we basically filled out his template and went over a few specifics and left the rest up to him! He was such a wonderful MC and DJ. The dance floor was PACKED all night. We are still getting soooo many compliments from guests for all of the music from the ceremony to cocktail hour to first dances to the last song. Another thing about Karac is that he showed up in STYLE. He had on a fresh suit (that complimented our wedding colors well) and a clean pair of Jordan 3’s. Again, there are so many wonderful things we could say about Karac but this review is getting too long. We would HIGHLY recommend using DJ Joseph Costa Wedding Entertainment Company!

Joe is the BEST DJ in Pittsburgh! The music was great and kept the dance floor lively all night for both young and old. The best part is that Joe is incredible to work with and very responsive. He goes out of his way to make sure your day is easy and just as you had hoped.

DJ Joe Costa did such a wonderful job during our wedding! We would recommend him to anyone looking for a DJ! Joe was so helpful during the planning process and knew exactly what we needed for our venue. Not only did he do a fantastic job with the music, but he did so despite it pouring down rain during our outdoor ceremony. All of our guests danced all night have gave us many compliments for his work. If you ever need a DJ, Joe Costa is your guy! 100/10

We used Joe for our ceremony and reception at the Carnegie Museum in Oakland, and he was so great! We couldn’t have asked for a better person to emcee and DJ our wedding. He has done many weddings, so he knows what people want to hear and dance to. Every song he played was a hit and many of our guests made comments about how they never wanted to stop dancing because another song they loved came on. Joe was also super responsive and was always happy to answer all of my 100 questions. He worked with our venue to ensure everything ran seamlessly on the day of, too. 10/10 recommend! Thank you Joe!
