sk me for others, I share a few contacts of other local DJs for them to check with. On the day I booked your event, I made a mistake of looking at the wrong calendar. I didn’t know about the mix-up months in advance like you’ve stated in your review. It was actually only 1 month prior to your event-date when I had realized about the mix-up, and I explained that to you in our email conversation. Once I found out, I started reaching out to my network of local South Asian DJs to see who’s available to take-over this event because I did not want to panic you guys within the last 30 days prior to your wedding day. There are only a handful of quality DJs within our market who are capable of doing Pakistani Weddings because our weddings are unique. Everyone gets booked-out months in advance, so when I started reaching out to my local group in order to find you a replacement-DJ, only one responded at the time and said that he was available. I went ahead and had him fully briefed & confirmed for your event, but a week before your wedding, he tells me he can’t do it because of a family emergency. So then, I was back to square one, and had to start researching again with only 1 week left before your wedding. This time, I found another experienced replacement-DJ whose availability opened-up for your date, so I briefed him about everything based on the timeline & music-list you had shared. I even gave him a good Pakistani music-list to choose from. Those last 30 days leading up to your event were super stressful for me, and I took all the stress upon me to source a quality replacement-DJ to handle your event. I did not want your whole month to be ruined by the panic of having to look for a replacement-DJ all by yourself because there are only a handful of quality DJs within our market. To save you guys from the stress & trouble, I briefed the replacement-DJ myself. Everything was happening so fast in the last month leading up to your event, so I couldn’t inform you about this mix-up until the day of your event. If I had kept you informed from the beginning throughout this process, your entire month prior to your wedding-day would be spent stressing and panicking. I did not want that to happen, so, I took it upon me to source and book the right replacement-DJ for you. I sent you an email about it on the day of your event to reassure you that even though I wouldn’t be able to personally DJ, but everything was under control, and that the replacement-DJ had been fully briefed to handle your event. He came through and did a great job to make your event happen, but a few days after your wedding-weekend, you emailed me to express that even though the replacement-DJ did a decent job, but because of the mix-up and the inconvenience, you wanted a 25% refund, but it wasn’t possible for me to do that because the money you had paid me, was forwarded to the replacement-DJ who came through and did a great job to save your event. Again, I’m sorry about this experience that I wasn’t personally able to DJ your event, but given how things were moving so fast, I feel like I saved you guys from a LOT of stress. If I can ever help my clients in anyway, I always take the initiative to do so. Again, I apologize about this experience, and I hope my response here on this public forum gives you closure. My goal is to always provide the best experience possible, but life can happen sometimes, and I believe I went above & beyond to make this experience as stress-free as I possibly could.

For all my prospective clients who might be reading this review and wondering why this wedding was a 2-day wedding... that is because South-Asian Weddings can usually last up to 3 days, but this particular wedding was a 2-day event that I performed back in July of 2019. ___ P.P.S.
