She brings her own setup that is super sleek so you don't have giant big black speakers in the background of all of your photos. Then the second I met her at our first meeting I instantly felt like I’d met a long lost friend! She knew exactly what I was looking for and wanting before I could even say it. Each meeting and text (and believe me I texted A LOT) she always treated me (us) like one of her most important clients. She went out of her way to research beautiful instrumental versions of songs we wanted... and the work she did made the choosing hard because I wanted them all! She helped give me tips and ideas and referrals for every aspect of putting the wedding together. After months of planning it was finally our big day... she arrived at the venue and set up before I even arrived. She came to visit while we were all getting ready and made sure I had everything I needed. She helped with last minute items and made special deliveries for me to my husband to be. She helped direct guests and had music going to set the ambience as guests arrived. She made me feel like the most special bride there ever was! The timing of each song during the ceremony was perfect and made the experience that much more beautiful and emotional! Still to this day I will play the ceremony playlist and get teary eyed! During the cocktail hour she kept our guests happy and entertained while we took pictures. She knew exactly how to keep the whole event going seamlessly; including helping to release tables during the dinner hour. The whole day/night was such a blur, but what I remember most was how she mingled with our guests by talking to them and even getting on the dance floor and dancing with us all.. especially during line dance songs so that everyone had an example of the moves! She truly was such a pleasure and I will never forget how she made our day that much more special! My husband and I reach out to Kelly, hoping she had room in her schedule to accommodate our special day. Kelly responded immediately, and the energy she brought, just through her initial correspondence, was STELLAR! We KNEW instantly we made the right choice! My husband and I live in Boston, so meeting Kelly in person was a priority because we really wanted to build that in-person connection. Kelly understood completely and invited us to meet with her at the Dallas World Aquarium the next time we were in town visiting family and wrangling wedding shenanigans! Y'all.... when I say Kelly gave us fireworks and a grandiose tour, I AM NOT JOSHIN'!!!! She took us in, coached us through how the day would probably go, and what to start thinking about musically. She also gave a free pass to my family to explore the Aquarium and gave us a private tour while she was at it! UN-BELIEVABLE! ABOVE AND BEYOND! As the days came closer to "The Big One," Kelly was on par with communication. EXTREMELY accomodating of our time, always open to FaceTime, and never skipped a beat when hashing out the deets on the music. She even created our own mash-up for the mother-son dance! But I'm not stoppin' there, oh no, cuz Kelly didn't stop there either! I dunno how much more I can stress that this woman went so far and beyond her call of duty that she was in the stratosphere! C'mon somebody! "The Big Day" is here, and guess where Kelly spent her entire day.....? WITH US! She arrived HOURS before the ceremony even began to setup, mic check, sound check, and make sure all the details were in place. She don't play, y'all! And when the moment arrived to walk down the isle...... we were all in tears! Kelly's power to command music and evoke emotion is unparalleled by none! When I told Kelly "I wanted tears," SHE LITERALLY DELIVERED TEARS. The icing on the cake was the reception. I follow Kelly on Instagram and saw she had done a wedding a few weeks before ours and reached out to her letting her know I was amazed by the dance party wedding she did with all the glow tubes and lighting. Kelly SURPRISED us with freakin' GLOW TUBES!!! She turnt up, y'all! The sweetest gift! She DID NOT have to do this, but because she knew I loved it so much, she came with her A-Game and did not disappoint! But I think my favorite moment of all was when my husband and I had our Sweetheart dance. It was just myself, my husband, and Kelly, and I wouldn't have had it any other way. She is a master of ceremony, she keeps the tempo of the wedding going. She seamlessly transitions from one part of the wedding or song to the next. I’m telling you she helped set up tables, greeted guests, put finishing touches anywhere she could to ensure our day was perfect and it was. I cannot thank her enough for all that she did.
