Kurt was phenomenal!!! Not only the music but the professionalism, hospitality towards us and our guests, people skills, science of what to play and when to play it, transition between genres and excellent customer service. He went above and beyond what we ever could have expected. His 30 + years of experience also helped guide us and give great advice for all parts of our big day (timing, food, songs ect). We learned a lot and he helped to make our day the best it could be!!!!! Having him narrate(DJ) complimented all our hard work! Highly recommend, without a doubt!!!!

DJ Kurt is absolutely amazing!!! First of all, his music kept our guests on the dance floor all night. We got so many compliments from guests of all ages and walks of life about how amazing his music was. He really played the crowd and catered to what would be most successful for our party. Second of all, he is hilarious!! We ended up going with the traditional garter/bouquet toss and he put a spin on it that I had never seen before but that really got the crowd into it (I won’t spoil it for those of you who are booking with him but strongly recommend!). Lastly, he was so amazingly attentive all night. Right after the wedding ceremony, he grabbed my husband and I food and snacks and brought them out to us to have between photos. He also noticed we were running a bit late at one point and worked with our venue staff to adjust the order of events and ensure that our guests got dinner in a timely manner without compromising our photo time. I would recommend Kurt to anybody planning a wedding or special event, he is truly one of a kind.

We went to a wedding that Kurt DJ'd and saved his card for later, knowing we wanted to use him before we were even engaged. Kurt does an amazing job with music selection, and leading and directing the planned moments of your day. Plus, as my husband says, he has a great DJ voice. We would both definitely recommend him!

Kurt was a great DJ and super easy to work with. Beyond doing a great job with the music, he really helped with the flow of the night keeping everything on track, brought us snacks/drinks while we were getting pictures done during cocktail hour and kept checking on us throughout the night, had a very natural way of talking to the crowd and running the show and was overall an amazing MC. He was a helping hand and seems to have mastered weddings - I didn’t really have to worry or have to ask anything of him since he seemed to already be on top of it. All of our guests had great things to say and we would 100% recommend!!

It is hard to put into words how happy we were with Kurt Lewis. Hiring him was easy, the services and pricing he offered were very straight forward and we never felt pressured when we negotiated with him. We also felt like that we got a great deal and the pricing was fair. He also threw in a photo booth, which was a huge hit. We could contact him whenever we wanted and he responded promptly. Moreover, all of that is before we even get to our wedding day. Aside from keeping everyone on the dance floor all night, the man went above and beyond to make our wedding the best day it could be. He did things for us that would usually have come from members of the wedding party or close family. I am not going to list everything he did for two reasons. One, there were too many to keep track of. Two, I think couples who go with him in the future will be surprised by how accommodating he is and I do not want to spoil that for them. It was honestly one of the biggest highlights of our wedding, and I think that says something. Two of our guests are getting married later this summer and at the time, they had not selected a DJ. We were so happy with his professionalism and support that I made sure to give this couple his card before the end of the reception. That is how much we would recommend him to anyone looking for a great DJ.

DJ Kurt was absolutely amazing! He was so easy to communicate with leading up to the wedding and had us fill out a detailed list of music that he went over with us prior to the day of. He was so thorough and made sure everything was perfect. On the day of the wedding he came extra early to set up and go over the music with me one last time because I was a little nervous about the songs we picked. Throughout the entire night he was checking on us and made sure we always had a drink in our hand and were having fun. Our guests all had so much fun and we received so many compliments on the song selection. The dance floor was always packed and everyone looked like they were having a great time! He was incredibly professional and really seems to enjoy what he does. Would highly recommend!

We hired Kurt for our daughters wedding and he did a phenomenal job! He’s great to work with and he goes out of his way to communicate with the bride and groom. He keeps the celebration go throughout the night! I would highly recommend him to everyone. Plus he has a great personality.

He was a huge help in making the day run as smoothly as it did- whether it was directing our guests for a group photo or capturing everyone's attention for the toasts. Kurt is truly amazing! He honestly made my wedding. The vast majority of my guests stayed until the end of the night because he found the perfect mix of songs to connect with young and old alike. I'm not exaggerating when I say, the dance floor was literally never empty. All my relatives kept complimenting me on the DJ choice. I personally had little to no experience with weddings while planning my own and he gave me great advice on how to mix the traditional with the new. Kurt is the best of the best! He was the dj for my older sister's wedding and we, as well as the rest of the family and guests, fell in love with him! He was SO pleasant, and flawless at what he does. Of course that following year, my husband and I had him dj for us at our wedding and once again, flawless! Last year, my baby sister got married and who was their dj? Of course, Kurt! You can count on him to have the perfect introductions, all of your favorites songs and a genuine passion for making YOUR day perfect. He was good at keeping our crowd interactive and getting people out on the dance floor and having a good time which was the number one quality we looked for in a DJ for our wedding. Kurt and his partner Steve made our wedding a day we'll never forget. Kurt did great with the lighting and was extremely personable and quick with responses. When we found out Kurt was booked for our day we were bummed but he set us up with his partner DJ Steve. Steve went above and beyond in every way possible and played every song on our 'must play' list. He even played some of the more obscure ones and it made the night! He was extremely personable, I loved his humor, and he was great with the guests. At one point I had a drop in blood sugar and I felt faint (The tight dress didn't help!) and he was patient and went with the flow while I took some time to myself to bring myself up back to speed and get out on the dance floor. All of my guests said they loved him. I'd hire Kurt or Steve any time. I even have a friend who is hoping to use them for her wedding coming up. Thank you!

Kurt was absolutely amazing! So professional, organized and fun in the way he keeps the flow of the night moving. I didn't have to worry about a single thing the whole evening during the reception. He came to me before we started different events throughout the evening to let me know what was coming next. He made sure things kept moving. What a great dj voice he has as well. Multiple other people told me they had been to weddings that used Kurt as the dj, and I only heard good things about him. This is our second wedding hiring Kurt. All i can say are good things!! He's so professional. Very attentive to the bride and groom making their night everything they want. He even goes as far as getting them appetizers and cocktails while they are busy with photos. Thank you Kurt for everything. We would hire him again for a special event in a heartbeat!!

I would recommend DJ Kurt Lewis one hundred times over, he was absolutely amazing. He kept everything in a very timely manner to make sure that we had all of "the important stuff" done before our photographer left, but at the same time I didn't feel rushed. Also, the power went out at my reception and he and one of my guests tried rigging his set up to a car so we could have music! It only worked for one song, but he played for an extra 40 minutes after the power came back on!

DJ Tim was assigned to do our wedding. He was AWESOME! The biggest thing I wanted from my wedding was people to walk away saying that was the most FUN they had at a wedding in a long time. DJ Tim totally helped this become reality. My dance floor wasn't empty the entire night, it helps that my family is a little crazy and loves to dance. But, he played all the right music, at all the right times. We chatted a few days before and I explained to him our ridiculous entrance that we wanted to do to the Space Jam theme song with like a basketball tunnel announcement... He channeled his inner sports announcer and pulled it off perfectly!! I would absolutely recommend DJ Tim!!

Kurt was not only a wonderful DJ, but a wonderful coordinator. He helped the day go very smoothly. He made sure all our needs and the needs of our guests were met. He even made sure we had snacks, food and water when we were too busy to sit down. He helped us have a great party and played some amazing Detroit Motown. It was a wonderful time and everyone had a great time dancing! We are so grateful for his great service!

We had DJ Steve Woldorf for our wedding a few weeks ago and couldn't be happier! Kurt is an awesome DJ. I've known him for awhile from working banquet events and he has always been the best DJ I've seen. He is so helpful and always willing to go out of his way to make sure your day goes smoothly. Plus, he has the perfect DJ voice and knows how to keep the party going!

DJ Steve Waldorf was assingned to our wedding through DJ Kurt Lewis and he was phenomenal! I spoke with Steve a few times prior to the wedding and he helped me with the flow of the reception. He really listens to what types of music you like and goes from there. Our guests LOVED him!!! Many said they felt like they were in a movie. He really knows how to keep everyone on the dance floor. Steve also helped me set up a surprise birthday announcement for the groom. It puts a huge smile on my face just remembering it all! :)

He played what we wanted him to, and he always asked before he played a guest's request. He walked us through our cake cutting and how the order of the evening should go, since we were kind of clueless!
