w great the music was during the night and afterwards! His equipment is top notch, even offering white speakers that matched our aesthetic better. We had a large outdoor venue and the music sounded amazing. His transitions between songs were great and he had a great pulse and when to let a song play out vs on to the next. We had also had a few unique cultural aspects to our wedding that we asked him to help MC and he did so without any hesitation and executed flawlessly. His website is user friendly, he's generous with meeting times, very experienced and keeps you on track, and overall a very warm and nice guy! . He took our playlists and ran them and kept the party GOING. Multiple people told us how fun our wedding was and a huge part of that is due to Kevin. When we had a slight switch from a casual entrance to more of a grand entrance Kevin didn't even flinch and handled it with ease. His technical capabilities are second to none and made the event flow effortlessly from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception. Thank you so much for all your help Kevin!!

ss especially during our wedding week because we knew we could count on him to respond quickly to emails and requests. For example, we were indecisive about what we wanted our first dance song to be. We asked Kevin to customize a song for us (crop out portions of a song, cut together others, and slow down the beat). He did so within the hour we requested it and we were able to iterate once on that to get the perfect rendition of what we were looking for. Lastly, the sound quality and execution was excellent for all necessary portions of the wedding, including speeches, vows, and dance floor music. In addition to working with Kevin, the guitarist he hired for our cocktail hour and ceremony was fantastic. Can't recommend working with Kevin enough!

nuinely excited to help us craft the perfect soundtrack for our day. Kevin went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. He not only nailed the party and kept the dance floor alive all night long (our guests couldn’t stop talking about him!), but he also handled the smaller, easy-to-overlook details with total professionalism. For example, during our processional the timing ran longer than expected, and Kevin seamlessly looped the track on the fly without anyone noticing. That level of attentiveness gave us so much peace of mind. One thing we especially appreciated: Kevin struck the perfect balance with volume. We asked him to keep the energy high on the dance floor, but to also make sure guests could still have meaningful conversations outside of it. He achieved that balance beautifully — the dance floor was electric, but people who wanted to chat could do so comfortably. He completely respected our play and do-not-play lists, while also taking the playlists and suggestions we shared and elevating them with his own expertise. The result was a flow of music that felt natural, fun, and perfectly “us.” Throughout the entire process, Kevin was punctual, professional, and brought a great energy that carried through to the wedding day itself. We can’t recommend Kevin and KVN Events highly enough — if you want a DJ who is talented, professional, and truly cares about making your day perfect, Kevin is the one to book!

face the whole time! He did a phenomenal job at listening to the 'vibe' we were going for - choosing both songs that we requested to hear while also choosing songs that everybody knew and loved. Our reception was everything we hoped it would be as we loved every song - and the dance floor was packed all night! And almost as important, he was so good about listening to the songs we didn't want, so there was never a dull moment for us. He also was so accommodating; working with me on doing a last-minute voice-over recording to play before the ceremony. It ended up being one of our, and our guests, most memorable moments of the day and I'm so thankful he was so willing to help make it happen! We would work with Kevin again without a second thought! He was such a big part in making our big day so memorable!

culate. My husband is a musician so music was one of the most important aspects of the wedding for him and DJ Kevin met his high standards. Leading up to the wedding, Kevin was informative, communicative, and has the type of personality that helps melt the stress away (and I couldn't have appreciated that more in the last week before the wedding!). He was also adaptable without judgement which is sometimes in short supply in the wedding industry but goes a long, long way in my book. For the wedding, we created playlists for the different sections of the wedding, and Kevin knew just how to make our vision come to life --playing the right songs at just the right time and helping the wedding flow seamlessly. He also helped curate the perfect mood for dancing with his light design, and his new Photo Booth add on gave our guests an endless source of enjoyment when they needed to catch their breath off the dance floor. (And even more enjoyment for us when we got to see all the pictures and gifs people took after the wedding!). And if all that wasn't enough already, he even volunteered to take pictures during our sparkler exit and captured one of my favorite pictures of the whole day! If I ever needed to plan a big event again in the future, the choice for DJ is already made.

Throughout the night he was approachable and helpful. At the outset of searching for a DJ I felt a little aimless on Google and following Instagram links. I feel extremely fortunate to have landed on KVN Events. From the time of our planning phonecall I immediately felt at ease with Kevin's professionalism and enthusiasm, and he certainly delivered day of (and leading up to!) the wedding.
