DJ Lightning DJ & Karaoke - BALT

My Passion for becoming a DJ started in December 2010 after I went to a party where the DJ wasn't very good. About early 2011, I was walking home from the store when i noticed a bumper sticker for a DJ down the street from me. That's when the light bulb in my head lit up! So I decided I wanted to learn the basics of what it was like to be a DJ, I got my chance four days later when a man was outside the house that had the DJ sticker. He said that his wife was the DJ, so I gave him my info, and headed home. The next day, I get a call from her, asking if I could come down and ask me a few questions. I walked down, knocked on the door, her husband answered the door, the DJ came out, and said, "dang, you look like a strong guy!" I thanked her, she asked me the regular questions (example: how much can you carry, what kinds of music do you like, do you know how to take pictures), then I apprenticed with her for a year, DJing dozens of weddings, several parties and fundraisers before she stopped DJing in 2012! I acquired some of her equipment after, then on April 1st, 2014 (No April Fools Joke). I started DJing, I've done dozens of events in 2014 and the rest is history! ​
