nted that she did not play all of the songs from our "must play" playlist. I honestly don't understand why she asked for this list if she wasn't going to follow it completely. There was no prior communication that she wanted to make the executive creative decisions for music on our wedding day, nor did I ask her to. The owner reached out to me and let me know that she played one song from our "must play" playlist during dinner instead of when it was time to dance. This was odd because I gave the DJ a dinner playlist told her to stick to that playlist only. I'm sure the DJ felt that she was doing what was best but it's not her wedding. I would've appreciated communication regarding these decisions beforehand, otherwise I would've hired my own DJ. She also made an announcement to take photos at the photobooth even though we didn't have one lol. On top of that, I had specifically asked multiple times to keep things moving and for songs to not to play for too long. The songs were repeatedly allowed to play much longer than we wanted and I could tell our guests were getting bored on the dance floor. Unfortunately, the audio wasn't working for the first five minutes of our ceremony, which took away from an important moment. I understand technical difficulties happen, so she couldn't do much about that. At the end of the day, I was highly disappointed our DJ couldn't deliver on providing quality service that was initially promised. I unfortunately can't recommend the DJ we had, but I hope other people have a better experience with the DJs from DJ Maestro.

Our ceremony music was perfect - exactly what we asked for, along with the cocktail hour & dinner music (which was actually better than what we asked for), and she played the reception hits we wanted. Her instructions for the guests were detailed and easy to follow (shuttle times, last hour is a cash bar, etc) were informative and helpful. I'd recommend Michelle again and again!

My favorite part of the night was when my husband and I were having our very last dance together and we asked them if we can pause it to go to the bathroom and make it seem like we were still dancing.
