We could not recommend DJ Malike more highly! He was incredible—so fun, high-energy, and genuinely went above and beyond to make our day so special. The playlist was perfect, and h...
e kept the dance floor packed all night. So many of our guests told us it was the best wedding entertainment they’ve ever seen! The band was also unbelievably fun and talented—they could play absolutely anything and were such an amazing addition to the night. We are so grateful for everything they did to make our wedding unforgettable!
We had the best experience with DJ Malike. Planning was very organized and it was easy to share our vision and let him turn it into something more hype than we ever could’ve imagin...
ed. He even matched his outfit to our color scheme (it was fabulous). Our guests said they have never had so much fun on a dance floor—My husband and I concur!! We will be recommending the DJ band fusion to all of our friends!
DJ Malike and his entire team are incredible. The dance floor was going the whole night! Malike’s energy is unmatched and everyone kept talking about how much they loved him and th...
e music during and after the wedding. Highly recommend Malike and the curate team!!!!
DJ Malike had the party jumping! For our wedding we were very particular about music selection. We came in with the belief that the music and the DJ would make or break the recepti...
on. Our wedding was a blend of people across cultures and generations. Having this reflected in music that all could enjoy was a tall ask. After reviewing many DJs in the area and from afar we decided to have a call with Malike. Within the first 5 minutes it felt like we had known him forever. We felt so at ease that he not only understood what we wanted but that he would more than deliver. As the weeks went on and we provided a bit more info around our wants and music taste Malike gave feedback indicating that he knew exactly where we were coming from. He made it so easy that we even asked if he would be willing to do our welcome party the night before the wedding. We felt like he made us a priority and jumped at the opportunity. For the welcome party all we could really say was that the theme was Mardi gras, he figured out the rest. Not only was Malike an incredible DJ but a FANTASTIC MC and host for the night. He chatted with guests and really felt like just part of the family who happened to be great behind the booth. His energy is infectious and ability to drive the moment, unmatched. Curate Entertainment and Malike were key in making our wedding an unforgettable experience that guests continue to rave about!
We attended a family wedding in Florida 2023 that DJ Malik did and we were absolutely blown away by his talent with people, music and setting the ultimate vibes. Fast forward a yea...
r later we got engaged and his team was the first vendor I reached out to we KNEW we had to have them as a part of our day! DJ Malik and his team are a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Our guests can’t stop talking about how amazing he was and we ALSO can’t stop thinking about how amazing he was! It was the most epic party and he and his team made sure it was authentically us! We will be dreaming about our packed dance floor for years to come!
DJ Malike was absolutely the best choice we could have made for our wedding DJ! He and his team were amazing and very easy to work with they even went above and beyond to ensure we...
could have prints for our photo booth which was extremely important to me. Multiple guests told me our wedding was the most fun they’ve had at a wedding and it was absolutely because DJ Malike was able to keep the dance floor popping all night! We cannot recommend him enough!
I am truly speechless and trying to find the words to write a review for Malike and his team because when I tell you they literally blew me away and have me at a loss for words…it...
is the furthest from an exaggeration. Our party was a RAGER thanks to Malike and his team! I have never in my life been to a wedding where literally EVERYONE was on the dance floor ALL NIGHT LONG. It was actually insane! Everyone has not stopped coming up to us to tell us how absolutely incredible the entertainment was, and it’s all thanks to Curate Entrainment! We gave Malike our vibe when it came to taste in music and asked him to have total free range to do his thing, and I’m so glad we did because he truly was an artist on the spin tables that night and brought ALL THE VIBES AND ALL THE ENERGY. I can truly say that without him, our wedding would not have been even half as amazing as it was! If you’re looking for people to be talking about your wedding for the next decade, hire Malike and his team. I PROMISE you, they are worth every damn penny!
DJ Malike and his team at Curate Entertainment are the best in the business. You truly can’t get any better than them when it comes to executing the greatest party ever. We had a 2...
00+ wedding with guests of all ages from our big families and I was worried we wouldn’t have people on the dance floor. BOY WAS I WRONG. Every single person from ages 18 months to 81 years stayed on the dance floor all night and had the time of their lives thanks to DJ Malike. He was exceptional. He found a way to include the guests in all aspects of the night and kept the energy going strong the entire time. I was blown away by his set up and by the outstanding drummer and saxophone player that accompanied him. Also, the upgrades we made with the uplighting, monogrammed light, premium lighting, and cold sparks absolutely TRANSFORMED the room more than any flower, linen, or charger ever could. AND he surprised us with the CO2 cannon free of charge on the dance floor which brought the house down. DJ Malike and his team were instrumental in the success of our wedding and truly made it the greatest day ever. We cannot thank him and his team enough. They’re also just great, down to earth humans that really care about their clients. They were on top of things throughout our entire planning process and set everything up so seamlessly. There is no one better to host the party of your dreams than DJ Malike. We cannot recommend him enough!
Malike and his team are INCREDIBLE at what they do. Not a single guest left our dance floor once at our wedding. He knows how to keep the energy high while engaging all of the gues...
ts. Multiple people commented to me that they had never been to a wedding with a better DJ. I highly recommend doing the 3-piece trio w/ the steel drums & sax player because it made the music even that much better. Run, dont walk, and book this team!
Unfortunately it’s taken me some time to write this review. We were supposed to be married in 2020 when our governor issued a public health advisory against all social or recreatio...
nal gatherings of 10 or more people. We were unable to use any of our vendors due to the mandated Covid shut down. We were married on our original wedding date in March of 2020 with very few family members and had an extremely intimate celebration. When we asked our other vendors for money back for services that were not provided, they happily obliged. Unfortunately, it was not the same for this vendor. Malike told us that he would not be able to run a successful company if he was giving money back. He offered two other available dates within the year but given the uncertainty of the situation and the fact we were already married we weren’t ready to start re-planning another celebration. Our other vendors we carefully selected were not available on the dates he offered, making the “resolution” something that was also not easy. We were very excited to have him as our DJ but unfortunately he showed his true colors in difficult times, when others showed grace and understanding. If I were to suggest a DJ, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.
Amazing! DJ Malike (and his team) brought the energy and fun to my daughter's wedding. There were still 100 people on the dance floor when they played the last song! He is also a ...
lovely person who really cares about delivering an excellent product to his brides and grooms. The drummer and saxaphone player were also great and added the feeling of live music to the event. Highly recommend for a fun wedding or other event!!
DJ Malike is the BEST! It’s hard for me to put into words how amazing he is! He didn’t just play the music that I had requested, he was able to remix those songs in a way that made...
it super unique. He also brought so much hype that my wedding felt like a music festival! I’m very picky when it comes to music and searched for a long time for my wedding. I ended up flying DJ Malike from Florida to New York for our special day. It was so worth it!!! I used his instrumental partner additions (saxophone and drummer)… it was INCREDIBLE!!!! They were able to accent every song in the best way! I also love that he used an app (VIBO) that allowed me to create a timeline and import all of my Spotify playlists. It was very easy to use.
DJ Malike is not only an amazing DJ but also a kind and caring person as well. He was so thoughtful about everything from song requests to the color of his suit. He wanted to make sure that he truly understood our vibe so he could compliment it in the most perfect way.
I would hire him for every event I host from now on!! I can’t recommend him enough for your special day. I promise he will make sure you have the time of your life!!!
Ps. The CO2 cannons are also a great addition too!!!
It’s hard to find a place to start, but the short answer is yes.
Yes to every atom that makes up Malike. Yes to Malike’s energy. Yes to Malike’s taste. His style. His run of show....
His clothing. His DJ booth. Yea to his organization. Yes to Malike being available ANYWHERE in Florida. And a big big big yes to his music.
We hit it off with Malike immediately on our first call. Trust me (and I know you don’t know me whoever is reading this), but I know you will too. Malike is your friend you never ask if you can get the aux cord. He’s got you, got your friends, and has your parents friends you didn’t even really want at the wedding. Everyone’s gonna have so much fun.
Sold yet? Cool. But, wait there’s more…
So, you’ve decided on Malike. Perfect. He’s gonna have you sweating through your tux, and everyone screaming every word of Ultralight Beams, but that’s just the beginning. If you want the full Curate Entertainment experience, which I (again a stranger you don’t know, but you should trust cause I’m writing this review that’s taken me a few months to collate in my brain cause I have so much regard for Malike) recommend, you will also upgrade to the fusion band. Now you’ve got Malike, a saxophonist, a drummer, and keyboards, all making the perfect combination of live music mixed with your favorite tracks. In hindsight we should have had Malike play Mask Off, cause I know a live flute would have magically appeared.
I’m rambling, but you get the picture here right? I’ll hype Malike and his company forever. Star Wars isn’t Star Wars without John Williams scoring it. And the Kaplan wedding isn’t the Kaplan wedding without Malike.
Thank you Malike for everything 👏🫡🙌🏼
DJ Malike starts with the outfit. I have never met a DJ that matched the bridal party!! I have never met a DJ that has people sweating so bad they need to take a breather, put thei...
r hair up and have sore legs for days!!! Malike, I can honestly say is the best DJ I have ever heard. I only wish he lived near me because I would crash all his weddings. No one, I mean no one did not enjoy and love him.
The set up with tight, clean, the sound was clear and yet not too loud. It was everything.
The photo booth, lights and fog … all added to the most amazing night.
I danced the whole time and so did my husband ( who doesn’t dance).
Make the right choice and go with Malike!
I came across Malike via IG. My husband and I currently live in Chicago, but we decided to get married in Naples, FL. I did intensive research on a DJ as to us having someone play ...
the right music at the right time was very important to us. The day we picked out venue, I made a comment about Curate Entertainment and the catering coordinator raved about Malike!! At that moment, I knew I was in the right path. I had a brief conversation with Malike before signing a contract and felt very comfortable hiring him for our wedding. A few months after, I met with our florist who asked me who our DJ was going to be. I mentioned Malike’s name and received another raving review. It goes to show that Malike is very well loved and respected in the Naples area!! The night of our wedding, we had some issues regarding a noise ordinance with our venue.. Malike immediately notified us of the issue. Even though we were dealing with that, Malike still had us dancing until the party was over. Everyone had great things to say about Malike. Thank you so much for everything Malike. Having you there, made our wedding unforgettable!!!

s “This is the best DJ I’ve ever heard!” My new wife’s 94 year old grandmother wound up on the dance floor. Malike is the right choice, at any price, for the best wedding DJ money can buy.

ust that. Everyone had the best time. He was also a pleasure to work with through the planning process. The app he had is use was so easy to navigate and made it so we could customize our wedding at our pace. I was even more excited to use him when everytime I mentioned we had Malike as our DJ people got excited. Thank you again for making our party so much more than we could of dreamed of.
Words can’t even describe how pleased we are with our experience with Malike and Curate entertainment! From the first consultation call all the way to our big day Malike was super ...
professional and so cool! He made sure he was attentive to what we wanted and the music vibes we imagined for our wedding. The day of the wedding Malike did such and awesome job DJing we received so many compliments from our guest about him. His attire, the set up, the music selection, cold sparks, and professionalism was all top tier! He also was able to accommodate all of our special request as well. I 100/100 recommend if you’re having a wedding in Florida to book with Curate Entertainment! We reached out to quite a few other DJ’s while planning our destination wedding and we are soooo pleased with our choice!

ime they say the DJ was amazing! DJ Malike is kept everyone engaged with his MCing and brought the energy with the music. Everyone danced non-stop.
A special shout out to his hora-loca package. My wife is Colombian and hora-loca was a must have. I have to say it was (expletive) AWESOME! Malike brought in dancers, a drummer, a guy on stilts and bumped the energy to the max!
Malike THANK YOU!! You made the day unforgettable and we cannot thank you enough!

hype guy. He brought the energy the whole time, and all the guys he worked with were just as nice. It literally started pouring rain, hours before our wedding, and Malik and his team were running around out there, completely accommodating without reservation or complaint. In fact, they were more than happy and willing. They were a big part of making our day feel so special, and we would recommend this team to anyone for every occasion.
Also, they sent us a care package of all the necessities for a wedding day, which made us even more excited. He was organized, his app was easy to use, and the music was great.
10/10 stars.
DJ Malike was great! I love his attention to detail and recommendations on songs. We are a pretty laid back couple that enjoys dancing and having a good time. We knew we wanted som...
eone that can read a crowd and keep people on their toes. DJ Malike was all that and more! He provided the ceremony with current and traditional love songs. He played upbeat songs for cocktail hour, while implementing our "island" feel with steel drums. Reception was nothing but a party! I love to dance and sing, and DJ Malike nailed it with some of my favorite songs! There was never an empty dance floor during the whole wedding! We really let him take the reins when it came to song choice. We only picked the select few like, father-daughter dance, mother-son dance, first dance, and wedding processional. Everything else was Dj Malike. It was comforting know we could trust him to being the right atmosphere without guidance from us. I couldn't have asked for a better DJ!!
DJ Malike went above and beyond for our wedding. His ability to read the room and get an idea of what guests will get excited about and what will get them on the dance floor with w...
as amazing! Every part from first talks through to the wedding day felt incredibly easy and open. I think originally when looking for DJs I didn't fully grasp how greatly a DJ effects the vibe and energy of the day-- I am SO glad we went for the best of the best. I'm still hearing two weeks after our wedding how great all our guests thought Malike was. Thank you so much for adding to the magic of our day!
DJ Malike was absolutely amazing! Nothing short of perfection! We had so many guests come up to us telling us how awesome our DJ was! Malike is such a pleasure to work with, knows ...

ing from out of state, especially during COVID. One of the best decisions we made was to hire Curate/Malike for our wedding: our experience was wonderfully smooth, with strong communication throughout the planning process and wedding itself, and excellent music was played from start to finish - I could go on for days with compliments. Our guests commented that it was the best and clearest sound at any wedding they'd attended. No word was missed during the ceremony or speeches. They also said it was the best DJ at any wedding they'd been to (and at 33, we've all been to a lot of weddings). Malike and his assistant were funny, welcoming and jovial with our guests and also perfectly organized. We had zero concern or worries during the ceremony and were just able to enjoy and allow our wedding experience to be enhanced by the presence of Curate Entertainment. We are so grateful to Malike and his team. Look no further than hiring these personable professionals for your wedding - you will not regret it!
From start to finish, our experience with Malike was fantastic! On day one, he set up a call with us to get to know us as a couple, and what we were hoping the night to be like. He...
was very communicative throughout the planning process, and set up a call before the wedding to be sure we were all on the same page. The song app was very user friendly too!
During the wedding, Malike was so entertaining! He kept our guests involved and the mood upbeat! His personality really shines, and spreads to everyone around him! He really listened to the type of music we did and didn’t want played, and made excellent selections throughout the evening. I would highly suggest him as a great addition to your event! He played a much larger role than “the DJ!”
5 STARS!
I cannot have asked for a better DJ and crew to be the entertainment at my wedding. They went above and beyond any requests I had, as well as very interactive with my guest. Malike...
and his crew are ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING! I will be using them for all my future events!

ul and as most know a DJ will make or break your wedding. You were very kind and cool from the beginning. I felt as if you were my friend rather than a paid vendor at the wedding. You personalize each persons wedding and you got the crowd involved. I had so many compliments afterwards on your performance. I would give you 5 stars all day long but I truly feel you deserve more. I recommend you to anyone and everyone. You made our night very special.
Thank you a million!!

eft it to him to choose most of the music being played at the cocktail hour and during the reception- even though my husband and I weren’t at the cocktail hour (busy taking photos)- we had a lot of guests tell us later that they really enjoyed the music he played! As far as the reception goes, he LITERALLY had everyone on the dance floor!! And he let people request songs which was great. Again, we had multiple guests text us that night about how much fun they had and how much they enjoyed Malike. We highly recommend Malike if you are looking for a DJ for an event. Thank you so much, Malike!!
DJ Malike is the man! Totally got our vibe down perfectly and played amazing music all night long during our wedding. People told us multiple times how wonderful the DJ was. After ...
attending many wedding where DJ's only play the classic wedding music, it was really refreshing to work with someone who understood good music! I would absolutely work with Malike again and can't recommend him enough.
