so nice and so professional! Before our wedding, he was super easy to get a hold of and has a great website to assist people with their music selection (and he has a HUGE selection). Matt also referred us to our wedding coordinate (Regina @ Aquilone Events) who was a god-send. I can't say enough good things about Matt! You should definitely hire him.

ling to spend a little extra $ for was a wedding DJ because we wanted the right personally to “host” our reception and as well as a DJ that knows how to keep the vibe going. Why We Chose Matt: Upon meeting Matt, we had an instant connection. He's professional, polite, and personable as well as we felt like the pressure was off because we suggested a few songs were must haves and he took it from there on the playlist. He suggested event timeline (since we didn’t have a wedding coordinator) to keep the flow of the reception fluid. He was also in constant communication with us via email/phone if we had questions or last minute requests. At the wedding, Matt went above & beyond expectations. He kept our guests informed by letting them know and what’s happening next (we had an outfit change into traditional Vietnamese wedding attire so Matt had to get everyone’s attention again to introduce us), we had a buffet and instead of announcing over the speaker “Table 5, you may get in line for food” he personally greeted each table & invited them to the line, and once dinner was over the dance floor was never a dull moment. Matt's prices were fair and reasonable (homie's gotta make a living), but for the service he provides on the dance floor and leading up to the wedding … it’s a great value. Overall Experience: My husband and I look back on our wedding day & reception (it feels like a blur!) but we both agreed that the DJ made the biggest impact on a memorable reception -- had everyone dancing, kept us in check with our time frame, and kept the mic away from drunk uncles who wants to make impromptu speeches. We've been to many weddings since ours and I can't stress how important it is to have the right DJ who isn't just there for a paycheck, but because he/she understands that this a big night for you, your family, your guests and they are there to celebrate so much love in the room -- so wouldn't you want your DJ to feel the love too?? Overall experience: A+!

y. We could not of been happier with the performance at the wedding. He knew exactly what to play to get everyone on the dance floor. We had the special privilege also to have him do a live performance with his wife during our cocktail hour. Their performance was fantastic and it was a great addition to making the atmosphere welcoming and fun. Also he was fun to work with, responsive and accommodating.

y level matched ours and immediately we knew it would work. My husband and I we love to be the center of attention, however not like in "Da clubs!!!" Although we don't mind fist pumping here and there, but we wanted our wedding to be fun for everyone on all levels. Whether our guests liked the D.J, they loved the ceremony, or just liked the food, we wanted it to be about us and our guests, not some crazy loud music. And so Matt read into us as a couple and fed off of the energy of the crowd of what they enjoyed and steered in that direction. Without going too much into a certain type of music, but knowing when to let the crowd enjoy themselves :) The thing that set me at ease was that, Matts site made it so easy to manuver over songs we wanted, we didn't want and songs that were a must to play. Both my husband and I picked a few and then Matt got an idea of what we liked and took it from there. The pressure was definately off of us!! Last thing, it was very nice that Matt knew how take the lead with telling our guests what was happening next in our wedding. If we lost track of time, him and the "wedding coordinator," kept it all going smoothly. I don't remember talking about that in the meeting with Matt, but it was great that he took the initiative if he meant to or not!! You will be very happy and relieved to have Matt be a part of your wedding/D.J. He definitely had plenty of experience for our wedding, that people still rave about it tillthis day even though it was 2 years ago!!

erent ways to get everyone on the dance floor throughout the evening. There was another wedding reception going on at the same restaurant and without a doubt ours was much more fun. People from the other party were actually standing in doorway of our reception and wanting to come over. Matt definitely played a large role. To turn a very traditional Asian reception into a fun party atmosphere is a difficult thing to do and Matt seemed to do it with ease. If you're looking for a DJ for any occasion, you can shop around if you'd like but Matt would be your best pick, hands down. From the user-friendly interactive client area to his ability to work with you and your guests, he made it all about us and in the end that's what matters. P.S. bsite. We were able to make song choices, payments and develop a timeline all via the web. So many wedding receptions just drag and there are huge lull's, not with Matt in charge. He kept the evening moving smoothly and the guests on the dance floor. He knew exactly when to play what song, he was the reason the reception was fun and a huge success.
