a complicated set up however... officiant? feedback. Wedding vows? feedback! Announcements, speeches, literally all night loud screeching feedback. I had to actually stop in the middle in my vows twice while he switched the microphones and then caused the same issues with the new mic. When you ruin a professional violinist's performance while we are walking down the aisle (when she literally just performed at the emmys) and you made her sound like a 10 year old who was just learning how to play, you should just refund the night. Our violinist even came hours early to make sure all the levels were great and instead he caused the whole crowd of guests to cover their ears from the feedback and inability to understand basic leveling. He put on the dance floor lights for the ceremony which we quickly stopped. We paid for fog and designed our backdrops to work into the fog, he refused to use it the entire night, even for our first dance even when we specifically asked. He did not download the 4 hour playlist we curated ahead of time so the music would just randomly cut out and he would blame the wifi. He chose a random disney love song from our playlist and played it 3 times in 20 minutes. He played all the dance floor bangers during dinner. When everyone finally was on the dance floor he would switch the song the moment the drop was about to hit (like just before the chorus of Pink Pony Club for instance, he would switch songs). We bought tons of light up necklaces and bracelets, he never passed them out. He had zero awareness of when people were FINALLY enjoying a song and dancing and singing along, he would immediately change it to something that was not on the list and didn't fit the moment at all like the Macarena lol and everyone would audibly moan! Everyone expressed their frustration with him all night because you couldn't ignore how terrible it was. Even the people giving speeches had to make jokes and ask what was wrong with him when their microphones went out mid sentence. When my wife paid him, she didn't know the balance and accidentally gave him $200 more than the invoice, I had to chase him down as he was driving away to get it refunded because he didn't have the decency to be honest and correct her. The fact he accepted payment at all is shocking. If my wife and I did not have a sense of humor, it truly would have ruined our entire wedding. Please, be warned.

He also provided microphones and music for our outdoor ceremony and made everything run so smoothly. The sound was perfect, the lighting created a magical atmosphere, and he even surprised us with a special mix for our first dance that brought everyone to tears.
