About this vendor
DJ OC is Andy O'Connell, a Frankenmuth-based wedding DJ and MC who has entertained at more than 300 weddings across Michigan since 2014. When you book DJ OC, the DJ you meet with is the DJ at your wedding, named right in your contract, and I take only one event per day.
Planning is where I put in the most work. We go through my Custom Wedding Reception Guide together, covering every part of your reception, then meet again the week of your wedding to finalize the timeline and go over name pronunciations. On the day, I coordinate with your venue, photographer, videographer and caterer so the toasts, first dances and cake cutting happen right on time.
My all-inclusive wedding package includes unlimited event time, ceremony audio when your ceremony and reception share a location, up to 30 color-matched uplights, and a digital photo booth with unlimited sessions that sends photos straight to your guests' phones. Karaoke is available too.
I've played venues including the Bavarian Inn Lodge, Zehnder's of Frankenmuth, Horizons Conference Center, Apple Mountain, The H Hotel and DoubleTree by Hilton Bay City – Riverfront. I serve Frankenmuth, Saginaw, Bay City, Midland, Freeland, Fairgrove, Birch Run, Bridgeport, Clio and Flint, and travel throughout Michigan. Couples usually book about a year ahead, so reach out with your date and venue.

ding, DJ OC met with my mom, my husband and I to go over the flow of the wedding and music choices that would be best for our guests. He made time to make sure everything was perfect and just the way we wanted it. He packed in a lot of fun songs during the night as well as some of the classics (which my family loves!). I wish I could stress just how easy it was for us to let Andy take the reigns and put on a great show! He provided a projector to play our wedding video so that our guests could watch our destination wedding ceremony before the party started (How cool!) He also used lighting, which made the room look even more beautiful than it already is. Thanks so much for the extra mile service Andy!! You really made our wedding a real hit! <3 Thanks again! - Jake & Michelle Lee
