DJ Perry Washington

ding, both my girls Sweet 16's and now my oldest daughter's wedding. To say the night would not of been the same without him is an understatement. He is professional, keeps the crowd going and his knowledge of music is amazing. He was so helpful with my daughter and her husband in picking out the music for every aspect of their day. He is so easy to talk to and kind. In a world where those attributes are showing up less and less Perry continues to prove that they are still very important. I have one more daughter left to get married and I promise he will be there too. Thank you Perry for being such a beautiful part of our family and all the special times in our lives. You will forever be a part of our family. The Rhodes and The Farmers, The Collins and The Holmes

big positive impact on our day!

ts were so complimentary of him!

First he is extremely responsive and communicative. Answered all our emails so fast! I was so impressed. Our phone conversations were quick easy and to the point. his pricing is super reasonable. Our guests absolutely raved about how awesome he was getting the crowd involved during our reception and on the dance floor. We danced all night. He took some of our favorite songs and mixed them so well! Do not even question it, book Perry for your wedding!

t the dance floor packed and hyped all night. We cannot recommend him enough. Thank you for everything, Perry!

er each call we had with him, we hung up feeling so confident that he was going to take care of everything - and he really did. We provided our input for music and he took it from there! I seriously cannot recommend DJ Perry enough, whether you want to choose all the songs yourself or just let him decide- he has you covered.

the vibes and we knew we made the right choice. We had a few calls with Perry to understand what we needed to plan versus what he was going to handle - all of our calls were fun and we hung up saying "he is the best". The same exact words were said at the end of our wedding. We were married on 12/31/24 and the wedding went 30 minutes past midnight. Perry kept the dance floor packed all night long and carried us into the new year. Our night was so much fun and we can credit so much of that to Perry. THANK YOU!

ic for all different aspects of our wedding day. He's an expert at reading the room and will keep everyone happy and dancing the night away!

usiastic, and willing to work with us on every part of our day-- both ceremony and reception. We got SO many compliments on him, the music he played and how beautifully he ran the ceremony. He kept the party alive all night long and was such a joy to work with. Thank you Perry + team!!

ery single one of my concerns and worked with me to ensure that the music was everything I dreamed of. He worked off numerous playlists I supplied and mixed everything together perfectly. Most importantly, we required the use of computers and projectors during our reception to play a rousing game of Kahoot, and even though Perry had never heard of Kahoot before, he dove head in and made sure all of the technology worked perfectly. The music was exactly what I envisioned and I am so grateful to Perry for bringing my vision to life.

ding and ended up providing a lot of details last minute (playlists, special songs, speeches, etc.), but Perry rolled with it and everything went smoothly. I even forgot to tell him to announce our sparkler exit, but he still managed to get everyone outside at the right moment without a hitch! All my friends kept telling me how great the music was, and I couldn’t agree more. Everything was perfect, and I’m so grateful for their professionalism and how they helped make our day unforgettable! Thank you, Perry!

being amazing with the music, he was so kind, warm, and easy to work with. He covered us all day, from the ceremony to the party, and everything was smooth and seamless. We can't recommend him highly enough!

e things. We, along with our family and friends, love to dance and we had three dedicated hours to this part of the reception, so we really wanted someone who would keep the party going and the dance floor packed all night long. Perry (and his assistant) FAR exceeded our expectations! Not only was he a fantastic emcee, but he made the day (and my now-husband and me) feel so special. His communication leading up to the day was amazing - he was so easy to get ahold of and had very quick response times. He is so kind, caring and professional; he truly made us feel like the only couple in the world. He listened to all of our wishes, our do's and do not's and checked in with us occasionally throughout the evening when he had questions or needed clarity. He brought all of his own equipment - mics, speakers, lights, uplighting, etc. - but is still INCREDIBLY affordable! We were able to have the party of our lives without absolutely breaking the bank. It is so evident that Perry does this because he genuinely loves it. To this day, he remains one of the best decisions we made in our wedding planning process and our guests still rave about how great he was. We have found a friend in him and keep in touch with him to this day. I truly cannot say enough positive things about Perry and I will recommend him again and again to any couple planning their wedding and needing a DJ!

acular job engaging/hyping up the crowd for our entrance and games and got that dance floor moving! I couldn't say enough good things about Perry!

mories of his brother's wedding a decade ago, where DJ Perry left everyone raving about the music. After hearing how amazing the music was back then, we knew we had to have him for our wedding, and he absolutely did not disappoint! From our very first conversation, he was incredibly communicative and made the entire planning process enjoyable. He took the time to understand our vision, and we could tell he genuinely cared about making our night unforgettable. He expertly mixed our playlist with similar songs, creating an atmosphere that perfectly reflected our style. The transitions and mixing were epic! We were in awe of his talent and how seamlessly he kept the energy flowing throughout the night. The dance floor was packed with non-stop bangers, and our guests were raving about how much fun they had dancing the night away. We can't recommend him highly enough—he truly is the best!

of what we needed songs for, helped us keep them in one place, and even handled cocktail hour for us so we had one less thing we had to think about. He kept the dance floor bumping the entire evening. He even came out on the dance floor and led our guests on the electric slide because they were just not getting it lol. He played music that all generations of guests enjoyed. Perry is absolutely amazing.

ed several compliments from guests on how great he was! Would highly recommend to anyone!

loved working with him and raved that he was the best. He in fact was, and the music & ceremony hosting were all perfect. Plus he made the planning phase so smooth and easy, we couldn't have asked for a better DJ to make the music of the day exactly what we needed.

We met with him before the wedding to talk music which was cool, and he got all of our requests. He helped the wedding run smoothly, and knew how to get people on the dance floor! Hire him!!!

Perry for my "When I'm 64/Beatles Birthday Party" and he was simply fantastic! Extremely professional, engaging, kind, funny and flexible. He provided more than I expected. I highly recommend Perry for your wedding or other celebration. We had THE BEST TIME!!

him, you must do so immediately. He is a master at his craft and had the dance floor packed for the entire 2.5 hours of our reception! Don’t waste your time researching other inferior DJs - this is the one.

including lapel mics for the ceremony, music for dinner, and, of course, music and lighting for dancing! Perry kept everyone moving throughout the whole night and was able to read the room perfectly. He definitely brought the party!

e to worry about anything on our wedding day. Perry was on top of it from the ceremony to the final song. We heard from so many of our guests about how much fun they had and how the music was great. Our dance floor was always full. Perry's ability to keep the crowd excited and mix different songs together is amazing. Strongly recommend him.

ly the best music that my Wife and I wanted the whole time. But beyond that, he goes above and beyond what you could ask. When I asked him to make an announcement to the group so that we could get a picture of all our friends we went to college with, he found our college's fight song online and played it right after we took the pictures. I didn't ask him to do it, he just did and what an amazing personal and fun touch. He is the kindest person you'll ever meet. You have to hire him for your wedding. You'll never regret it.

me decisions regarding the wedding day and music to ensure that you and your guests have the best possible outcome. I highly recommend Perry and his team.

were doing our dances with parents and each other! Highly recommend!

the wedding. He did an amazing job with audio for the ceremony and for the reception he hit every cue perfectly - fading out our first dance song at the right time, introducing speeches, etc. He took requests and kept the party going. Definitely hire him!

eren't sure on what song to use for some of the events during the wedding. Day of, Perry knocked it out of the park! He read the dance floor and adjusted the songs accordingly to keep the energy up during the reception. I would highly recommend Perry for any event DJing needs!

, upbeat, and professional. His song transitions were perfect and he moved on if he could tell the crowd wasn't feeling a particular song. He is one of The Oaks preferred vendors and I can see why! Highly recommend him!

raction with DJ Perry was professional, friendly and we felt like we were planning our wedding music with a friend. He truly made us feel the love and the wedding night was full of dancing and great music. He truly brought our night to life and was amazing to work with. Thank you DJ Perry!

ys fun, upbeat, and professional. He was great to bounce ideas off of and even helped us by suggesting processional and recessional songs, and was able to provide us with a sample timeline itinerary for our day. His lighting is hands down the best I have ever seen from a DJ in my lifetime. Our party pictures are phenomenal because he knew how to get everyone dancing and set the stage! We requested a handful of songs be played at our wedding, and DJ Perry made sure that both myself and my husband were on the dance floor before he played those songs so that we could enjoy them too! He also is extremely affordable, you get way more than what you pay for with DJ Perry!

ideas off of. He was a joy to work with during planning and kept everything flowing smoothly on the day of! We can’t thank you enough Perry!
