DJ Rockin Steve

DJ Rockin Steve is amazing! Our wedding was on 7/16/16 at the Carnegie Music Hall and we have gotten compliment after compliment about how much fun people had at our wedding and we owe a lot of that to Steve and his wife! They are quite the dynamic duo. They played a lot of the music we requested but also played crowd pleasers I wouldn't have even thought of! Steve met with us almost a year before our wedding and was so knowledgeable about the wedding industry. He also met with us to go over details a few months prior to the wedding. He really has his stuff together and knows how to DJ a great party! I would book him again and again, just need to think of my next party idea!! Excellent value too! We booked a pretty pricey venue so had to keep a strict budget when it came to vendors and Steve had great pricing but also stellar service! Book with Steve without a doubt!

My fiancé and I live in the DC area and we really wanted to incorporate the traditional Pittsburgh bridal dance into our wedding but I couldn't find the polka song anywhere online. I emailed 3 different Pittsburgh area DJs and Steve was the only one that responded to help out. He returned my email request within a few hours and volunteered to mail me a cd at no charge. Steve actually took his own time and money to help us out even though he was not our wedding day DJ. I offered to pay several times and Steves response was "no thanks just have a good time at your wedding!" As if that wasn't enough, the cd arrived two days later and Steve sent me an email to make sure it arrived safely. Now we didn't actually hire Steve as our wedding DJ only because we live 300 miles away but if this is the kind of effort and attention to detail that he gave to us, I can only imagine how well he takes care of his clients and their needs. Thank you Steve, you are a great guy and a class act. I would not hesitate for a second to hire you for any event.

DJ Steve was organized, professional, and accommodating during the entire planning process. Choosing vendors, in particular DJs, can be difficult, but trust me when I recommend DJ Steve! He was incredibly organized and professional. He wasn't a showboat, and he hosted and directed the flow of the evening perfectly. I felt COMPLETE ease knowing the DJ Steve was in charge of the music and dancing. He kept me in the loop the entire evening, which was hugely appreciated. The cost of his services was extremely competitive, and the included uplighting was absolutely perfect. If you book DJ Steve for your next event, you won't regret it!

Dj Steve did our wedding in November at The Club at Shadow Lakes and he was fantastic. The uplighting he did was so beautiufl. Also he gave a list of songs we needed for the wedding. This helped so we knew everything we wanted was taken care of. He kept us on a scehdule to make sure everything went smoothly. All of guests had such a great time dancing at our wedding with the variety of songs he played. I highly recommend him for any DJ services you or anyone you know may need.

The most organized and professional person i dealt with my entire wedding. He kept me calm and everything on track throughout the night. Everyone had a great time on the dance floor.

Where do we begin?! DJ Steve is the absolute BEST choice we made with everything-wedding. Our day would not have been the same without him and his wife there to run, entertain, and make our special day so memorable! From the very beginning, we knew it would be the greatest decision we’ve made throughout this whole planning process to book Steve as our DJ! We first met to discuss our wedding details and we were just blown away. He had answered all of our questions before we could ask any, he calmed all my nerves at once (truly amazing), and he made us feel so comfortable and confident that our day was going to run smoothly and be the greatest day (and it was!!!). One thing that stuck with me is when he said, “You will not have to worry about a thing. When you’re needed somewhere or we’re moving onto dances or bouquet toss, I will come and get you. Do not worry or think about anything else that day – you just enjoy your day together and have fun.” We walked away from that initial meeting “to talk it over” and we called him 4 minutes later to book!! There was a huge weight lifted off of our shoulders and our dreams really did come true. We didn’t worry about a thing and had so much fun! The BEST time! DJ Steve takes great pride in his experience and abilities to RUN your wedding. From day one, he ensured us that we would not need to think/stress/worry at all on our big day. He reviewed everything with us ahead of time, went over our plans, hopes, special requests and must-haves and he organized everything into a timeline/itinerary. He was the “go-to” person and he quickly established an excellent rapport with the event coordinator at the venue, our photographers and videographer, our pastor, and our parents! DJ Steve was like a member of our family that day – he had a nice pep talk with my dad and I and fluffed my train before we walked down the aisle, he had microphones in the right places and at the right times, he played the greatest music that targeted all generations present so everyone had a blast, took special requests, and really “rocked” the reception! Some of my clearest and fondest memories from our wedding day are when Steve was there – behind the scenes and running the show to make sure it was everything we wanted it to be. He is very talented, flexible, accommodating, professional, experienced and knowledgeable in the realm of everything wedding. This will be the BEST DECISION you’ll ever make to make Steve your DJ! It surely was for us :-)

What can I say about DJ Rockin' Steve except...fun, fun and fun!!! DJ Rockin' Steve had all of our guests on the dance floor all night long. He played a variety of songs for all ages and genres, and he knew what to play at what time. My guests are still talking about our wedding and how fun my DJ was. He was on the dance floor with the rests of us and he even brings props, if you wish to have them. Having the perfect DJ for your wedding is a must, and you will never go wrong if you have DJ Rockin' Steve!!!

I can not say enough good things about DJ Steve! He's a wonderful guy! He's been a DJ for many years so he knows how to please the old and the young guests! He had people dancing that I never DREAMED would be on the dance floor! He and his wife are very organized and make sure your announcing is perfect and your wedding reception is the most wonderful evening! Thank you DJ Steve! Our guests are STILL saying how our reception was one of the most fun ones they've ever been to! :) Mission accomplished! :)

DJ Rockin' Steve really got the party going! We loved him & his wife. They played a great variety of music that kept our guests on the dance floor all night - even some friends that do not dance! He didn't talk too too much; he just let the party flow. We got a lot of compliments! In addition, Steve ran our ceremony (at no extra cost) - making sure bridesmaids & groomsmen knew where to be - timing of walking down the aisle, and was cool, calm & collected the entire time. What a relief he brought! He has ton a million weddings, and it really shows. Totally recommended!!!

DJ kept things moving all night and did a great job with announcements etc!

He was great and I am so excited that we got lucky with an good Disc Jockey. He kept the guests dancing and did a great job on the mic too when we were announced.
